Čelnik splitskog HDZ-a i direktor Vodovoda Tomislav Šuta je, na osnovu kolektivnog ugovora potpisanog koncem prošle godine, radnicima povećao primanja, i to za 18 posto! Učinio je to mimo Skupštine tvrtke - koju predstavlja Ivica Puljak - i Nadzornog odbora, u kojemu sjede gradonačelniku bliski ljudi.

Podsjećamo, pri potpisivanju ugovora je također izbila velika javna svađa, jer je Puljak tvrdio da mu je HDZ-ovac spletkario iza leđa, ne uzevši u obzir njegove preporuke o povišicama od maksimalnih šest posto. Šuta je tada kazao kako je ovjeravanje kolektivnog ugovora njegova nadležnost, a isto je odradio u svojstvu vršitelja dužnosti direktora.

Spomenuto povećanje plaća je parafirao kao "privremeni upravitelj", što je uloga koju, po odluci Trgovačkog suda, obnaša do izbora nove uprave.

Također, važno je spomenuti da je, i to pred samo dva mjeseca, poručivao kako će radnici moži dobiti veće plaće tek kada se Splićanima poveća cijena vode; do čega još nije došlo.

- Budući da su sve gradske tvrtke ispred Vodovoda i kanalizacije po visini primanja radnika, budući da se plaće nisu korigirale od 2005. godine i budući da taj trošak nema veliki udjel u rashodima i ne ugrožava poslovne rezultate, to smo učinili - rekao je Šuta za tportal.

Predsjednik lokalnog HDZ-a sugerira kako će se cijena vode za splitsko okruženje svakako povećati, i to još ove godine, jer se trenutno provode nekoliko milijardi kuna vrijedni projekti aglomeracije, pa je za poskupljenje ‘"dano obećanje Europskoj uniji". Isto tako, ironično je pozvao Puljka da preispita plaće u agenciji Eko Kaštelanski zaljev, gdje gradonačelnikov bliski suradnik Nenad Uvodić, navodno, kao inženjer prima preko 20 tisuća kuna mjesečno, što je više nego dvostruko od inženjera u Vodovodu.

Šuta tvrdi da se osobno odrekao povišice, da se to ne protumači kao djelovanje za vlastitu korist.

"i druge gradske firme povećale su plaće za iste vrijednosti", istaknuo je privremeni upravitelj. Naglasio je da su u Vodovodu plaće regulirane još 2005. godine i jako niske, zbog čega stručni kadrovi stalno odlaze, a broj zaposlenih se nije povećavao unatoč značajnom povećanom opsegu posla.

Inače, u splitskom Prometu je ukupna masa plaća povećana za 6,3 posto (iako su sindikati zahtijevali ono od 12,7 posto; koliko je iznosila i sama inflacija). Doduše, tamo su i prošle godine digli primanja, i to za oko pet posto.

- Moramo provjeriti navedenu informaciju, ali ukoliko je ona istinita, radi se o skandaloznoj i nezakonitoj radnji mimo Nadzornog odbora i Skupštine i još jednoj potvrdi zašto je Grad Split odlučio smijeniti gospodina Šutu, a odgovornost za novonastalu štetu snosi i Trgovački sud, koji je mimo volje većinskog vlasnika za privremenog upravitelja postavio čelnika oporbene stranke. Gospodina Šutu ćemo prijaviti nadležnim institucijama i nadamo se da će reagirati jednako brzo kao u nekim drugim slučajevima.

Inflatorni dodatak, dodao je, možda postoji u nekim tvrtkama i nekim starim kolektivnim ugovorima, no ova gradska vlast ne namjerava ga uvoditi u one nove.

Čelnik splitskog HDZ-a i direktor Vodovoda Tomislav Šuta je, na osnovu kolektivnog ugovora potpisanog koncem prošle godine, radnicima povećao primanja, i to za 18 posto! Učinio je to mimo Skupštine tvrtke - koju predstavlja Ivica Puljak - i Nadzornog odbora, u kojemu sjede gradonačelniku bliski ljudi.

Podsjećamo, pri potpisivanju ugovora je također izbila velika javna svađa, jer je Puljak tvrdio da mu je HDZ-ovac spletkario iza leđa, ne uzevši u obzir njegove preporuke o povišicama od maksimalnih šest posto. Šuta je tada kazao kako je ovjeravanje kolektivnog ugovora njegova nadležnost, a isto je odradio u svojstvu vršitelja dužnosti direktora.

Spomenuto povećanje plaća je parafirao kao "privremeni upravitelj", što je uloga koju, po odluci Trgovačkog suda, obnaša do izbora nove uprave.

Također, važno je spomenuti da je, i to pred samo dva mjeseca, poručivao kako će radnici moži dobiti veće plaće tek kada se Splićanima poveća cijena vode; do čega još nije došlo.

- Budući da su sve gradske tvrtke ispred Vodovoda i kanalizacije po visini primanja radnika, budući da se plaće nisu korigirale od 2005. godine i budući da taj trošak nema veliki udjel u rashodima i ne ugrožava poslovne rezultate, to smo učinili - rekao je Šuta za tportal.

Predsjednik lokalnog HDZ-a sugerira kako će se cijena vode za splitsko okruženje svakako povećati, i to još ove godine, jer se trenutno provode nekoliko milijardi kuna vrijedni projekti aglomeracije, pa je za poskupljenje ‘"dano obećanje Europskoj uniji". Isto tako, ironično je pozvao Puljka da preispita plaće u agenciji Eko Kaštelanski zaljev, gdje gradonačelnikov bliski suradnik Nenad Uvodić, navodno, kao inženjer prima preko 20 tisuća kuna mjesečno, što je više nego dvostruko od inženjera u Vodovodu.

Šuta tvrdi da se osobno odrekao povišice, da se to ne protumači kao djelovanje za vlastitu korist.

"i druge gradske firme povećale su plaće za iste vrijednosti", istaknuo je privremeni upravitelj. Naglasio je da su u Vodovodu plaće regulirane još 2005. godine i jako niske, zbog čega stručni kadrovi stalno odlaze, a broj zaposlenih se nije povećavao unatoč značajnom povećanom opsegu posla.

Inače, u splitskom Prometu je ukupna masa plaća povećana za 6,3 posto (iako su sindikati zahtijevali ono od 12,7 posto; koliko je iznosila i sama inflacija). Doduše, tamo su i prošle godine digli primanja, i to za oko pet posto. 

Evo kako je sve komentirao Bojan Ivošević:

- Moramo provjeriti navedenu informaciju, ali ukoliko je ona istinita, radi se o skandaloznoj i nezakonitoj radnji mimo Nadzornog odbora i Skupštine i još jednoj potvrdi zašto je Grad Split odlučio smijeniti gospodina Šutu, a odgovornost za novonastalu štetu snosi i Trgovački sud, koji je mimo volje većinskog vlasnika za privremenog upravitelja postavio čelnika oporbene stranke. Gospodina Šutu ćemo prijaviti nadležnim institucijama i nadamo se da će reagirati jednako brzo kao u nekim drugim slučajevima.

Inflatorni dodatak, dodao je, možda postoji u nekim tvrtkama i nekim starim kolektivnim ugovorima, no ova gradska vlast ne namjerava ga uvoditi u one nove.
