- U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji današnjim prvim pregledanim građaninom obilježili smo početak provođenja posebne reformske mjere Pilot-projekta preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda. Pilot-projektom želimo potaknuti naše građane na brigu o vlastitom zdravlju, ali i osvijestiti važnost prevencije u svrhu sprječavanja nastanka i razvitka težih oblika nezaraznih bolesti.

Pokazatelji zdravstvenog stanja nacije pokazuju kako imamo potrebu za većim, ali isto tako novim pristupom preventivi unutar našeg zdravstvenog sustava.

Preventivni zdravstveni pregledi upravo su taj novi preventivni pravac u postizanju jednakosti u sustavu kao i stvaranju uvjeta da svatko ima priliku biti što zdraviji -  izjavio je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš uoči početka provođenja spomenutog Pilot – projekta u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji.

Kako doznajemo, Splićanin koji je imao čast da bude prvi pacijent u našoj Županiji koji je dio ovog projekta nije bio kod doktora dvije godine, a obrađen je na punktu Doma zdravlja u zgradi Starog rodilišta. Pregled je trajao od 7.30 do 13.30 sati, a pregledala ga je dr. Tina Aljinović.

Dolaskom su ga podržali i Helena Bandalović, zamjenica pročelnice za zdravstvo i socijalnu skrb Splitsko-dalmatinske županije Marko Rađa, ravnatelj županijskog Doma zdravlja, Tomislav Benjak, predstavnik Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo i voditelj Radne skupine te ostali predstavnici zdravstvenih ustanova u županiji.

Kao što je već poznato, Pilot - projekt obuhvaća pet županija, a njegovo provođenje je započelo u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji prije gotovo dva mjeseca, potom u Sisačko-moslavačkoj, nedavno je krenuo u Međimurskoj, danas u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj te kao posljednja županija koju će se obuhvatiti je Primorsko-goranska.

U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji projekt će se provoditi po modelu punktova, koji će biti u okviru domova zdravlja. Punktovi će biti na različitim lokacijama koje za sada uključuju grad Split, Kaštel Šućurac i Sinj, a do kraja kolovoza otoke Brač, Hvar i Vis.

- Naspram Osječko-baranjske i Sisačko-moslavačke, gdje su se preventivni zdravstveni pregledi odvijali u domovima zdravlja, u Međimurskoj županiji, pa i ovdje u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji svjedočimo provođenju preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda po modelu punktova - pojasnio je Tomislav Benjak dodajući kako će na punktu u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji raditi i liječnik i prvostupnica sestrinstva, a bit će osposobljen za obavljanje cjelokupnog preventivnog zdravstvenog pregleda čime će se testirati i ovaj model provedbe pregleda.

Kako bi što bolje, kvalitetnije i funkcionalnije implementirali preventivne zdravstvene preglede u cjelokupni zdravstveni sustav, kroz Pilot-projekt testirat će se različiti modeli provedbe na različitim županijama koje imaju jedan dom zdravlja, a specifične su po svojim geografskim i demografskim karakteristikama.

- Krajnji cilj Pilot projekta održive su promjene u zdravstvu, konkretno na način da se usluge u zdravstvu uvede i usluga preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda za sve naše građane koji su punoljetni i da oni to pravo ostvaruju kroz obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje unutar javnog zdravstvenog sustava.

Odaziv na preventivni zdravstveni pregled odrazit će se na sve nas kao pojedince, na naše bližnje, ali i na cjelokupno društvo. Što smo zdraviji kao pojedinci - to su nam i zdravstveni sustav, gospodarstvo, turizam i ostale sfere društva - jače u cjelini - zaključio je ministar Beroš.

- U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji današnjim prvim pregledanim građaninom obilježili smo početak provođenja posebne reformske mjere Pilot-projekta preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda. Pilot-projektom želimo potaknuti naše građane na brigu o vlastitom zdravlju, ali i osvijestiti važnost prevencije u svrhu sprječavanja nastanka i razvitka težih oblika nezaraznih bolesti.

Pokazatelji zdravstvenog stanja nacije pokazuju kako imamo potrebu za većim, ali isto tako novim pristupom preventivi unutar našeg zdravstvenog sustava.

Preventivni zdravstveni pregledi upravo su taj novi preventivni pravac u postizanju jednakosti u sustavu kao i stvaranju uvjeta da svatko ima priliku biti što zdraviji -  izjavio je ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš uoči početka provođenja spomenutog Pilot – projekta u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji.

Kako doznajemo, Splićanin koji je imao čast da bude prvi pacijent u našoj Županiji koji je dio ovog projekta nije bio kod doktora dvije godine, a obrađen je na punktu Doma zdravlja u zgradi Starog rodilišta. Pregled je trajao od 7.30 do 13.30 sati, a pregledala ga je dr. Tina Aljinović.

Dolaskom su ga podržali i Helena Bandalović, zamjenica pročelnice za zdravstvo i socijalnu skrb Splitsko-dalmatinske županije Marko Rađa, ravnatelj županijskog Doma zdravlja, Tomislav Benjak, predstavnik Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo i voditelj Radne skupine te ostali predstavnici zdravstvenih ustanova u županiji.

Kao što je već poznato, Pilot - projekt obuhvaća pet županija, a njegovo provođenje je započelo u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji prije gotovo dva mjeseca, potom u Sisačko-moslavačkoj, nedavno je krenuo u Međimurskoj, danas u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj te kao posljednja županija koju će se obuhvatiti je Primorsko-goranska.

U Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji projekt će se provoditi po modelu punktova, koji će biti u okviru domova zdravlja. Punktovi će biti na različitim lokacijama koje za sada uključuju grad Split, Kaštel Šućurac i Sinj, a do kraja kolovoza otoke Brač, Hvar i Vis.

- Naspram Osječko-baranjske i Sisačko-moslavačke, gdje su se preventivni zdravstveni pregledi odvijali u domovima zdravlja, u Međimurskoj županiji, pa i ovdje u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji svjedočimo provođenju preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda po modelu punktova - pojasnio je Tomislav Benjak dodajući kako će na punktu u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji raditi i liječnik i prvostupnica sestrinstva, a bit će osposobljen za obavljanje cjelokupnog preventivnog zdravstvenog pregleda čime će se testirati i ovaj model provedbe pregleda.

Kako bi što bolje, kvalitetnije i funkcionalnije implementirali preventivne zdravstvene preglede u cjelokupni zdravstveni sustav, kroz Pilot-projekt testirat će se različiti modeli provedbe na različitim županijama koje imaju jedan dom zdravlja, a specifične su po svojim geografskim i demografskim karakteristikama.

- Krajnji cilj Pilot projekta održive su promjene u zdravstvu, konkretno na način da se usluge u zdravstvu uvede i usluga preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda za sve naše građane koji su punoljetni i da oni to pravo ostvaruju kroz obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje unutar javnog zdravstvenog sustava.

Odaziv na preventivni zdravstveni pregled odrazit će se na sve nas kao pojedince, na naše bližnje, ali i na cjelokupno društvo. Što smo zdraviji kao pojedinci - to su nam i zdravstveni sustav, gospodarstvo, turizam i ostale sfere društva - jače u cjelini - zaključio je ministar Beroš.
