Desetljećima se čekalo, a onda je ipak došao taj dan. Objavljen je javni natječaj za izvedbu radova na spoju Smiljanićeve i Tršćanske ulice. Riječ je o 50-tak metara neuređenog prostora koji tako stoji tko zna od kada.

Projektna dokumentacija za spoj Smiljanićeve i Tršćanske završena je još u travnju 2019. godine. Procijenjena vrijednost nabave radova iznosi 190 tisuća eura, bez PDV-a. Krajnji rok za ispunjenje Ugovora je dva mjeseca nakon što sve strane potpišu ugovor i uvede se izvođača u posao. U javnoj nabavi stoji da će naručitelj ugovor sklopiti najkasnije u roku od 90 dana nakon što donese odluku od odabiru izvođača. Dakle, ako ne bude odugovlačenja sa žalbama, radovi bi mogli biti završeni do kraja godine.

Davno nekad planiralo se da će se Dubrovačka nadsvoditi pješačkim mostom koji bi povezao Tršćansku i Smiljanićevu, pa su zato ove dvije ulice desetljećima bile nedovršene. No, priča o mostu koji je trebao povezati Kman i Bol otišla je u povijest kada je duž tog dijela Dubrovačke ulice izgrađen niz velikih stambenih zgrada.

Spajanje Smiljanićeve i Tršćanske izvest će se tako što će se postojeća Smiljanićeva ulica (koja je zapravo gruba površina loša za zdravlje automobila) rekonstruirati u duljini od oko 55 metara. Na početku i kraju zahvata ulica će se uklopiti u postojeći kolnik. Prometnica će biti namijenjena za dvosmjerni promet, svaka traka imat će 2,75 metara, odnosno, kolnik će imati ukupnu širinu 5,5 metara.

Nogostup će se prilagoditi postojećim objektima pa će se značajno razlikovati po širini od 1,3 m do 2,3 metra. Na istočnoj strani dobit će se 5 parkirnih mjesta. Uz postojeće objekte na jugozapadnoj strani, pokraj budućeg nogostupa, predviđena je izgradnja armirano-betonskih potpornih i ogradnih zidova visine do dva metra.

Zamijenit će se postojeća javna rasvjeta i dodati nova s LED rasvjetom, a stupovi će biti visine 6 metara.

Projektiranim vodovodom formirat će se vodovodni prsten, čime će se osigurati sigurnija opskrba vodom potrošnih mjesta i hidrantske mreže. Izgradit će se i nova "EKI kanalizacija" koja će zamijeniti postojeću telekomunikacijsku infrastrukturu unutar obuhvata i u koju će se premjestiti postojeći vodovi telekom operatera.

Izvođač mora dobiti od operatera informacije o položaju infrastrukture prije nego krene u izmještanje. U tome bi trebao imati više uspjeha nego kad su izvođeni radovi u susjedstvu na završetku Mosećke jer je tamo premještaj telekom infrastrukture bio jedan od razloga zašto su značajno zapeli radovi. Drugi, puno očitiji razlog zastoja, bio je što se neko vrijeme izvođače radova uopće nije moglo vidjeti na terenu.

Ovim projektom nije predviđeno da se uređuje improvizirano parkiralište na istočnoj i sjevernoj strani na koje se parkiraju stanari okolnih zgrada. Iza lokacije na kojoj se spajaju ulice Smiljanićeva i Tršćanska namjerava se staviti upušteni nogostup kojem su rubnjaci viši od središnjeg dijela.

Desetljećima se čekalo, a onda je ipak došao taj dan. Objavljen je javni natječaj za izvedbu radova na spoju Smiljanićeve i Tršćanske ulice. Riječ je o 50-tak metara neuređenog prostora koji tako stoji tko zna od kada.

Projektna dokumentacija za spoj Smiljanićeve i Tršćanske završena je još u travnju 2019. godine. Procijenjena vrijednost nabave radova iznosi 190 tisuća eura, bez PDV-a. Krajnji rok za ispunjenje Ugovora je dva mjeseca nakon što sve strane potpišu ugovor i uvede se izvođača u posao. U javnoj nabavi stoji da će naručitelj ugovor sklopiti najkasnije u roku od 90 dana nakon što donese odluku od odabiru izvođača. Dakle, ako ne bude odugovlačenja sa žalbama, radovi bi mogli biti završeni do kraja godine.

Davno nekad planiralo se da će se Dubrovačka nadsvoditi pješačkim mostom koji bi povezao Tršćansku i Smiljanićevu, pa su zato ove dvije ulice desetljećima bile nedovršene. No, priča o mostu koji je trebao povezati Kman i Bol otišla je u povijest kada je duž tog dijela Dubrovačke ulice izgrađen niz velikih stambenih zgrada.

Spajanje Smiljanićeve i Tršćanske izvest će se tako što će se postojeća Smiljanićeva ulica (koja je zapravo gruba površina loša za zdravlje automobila) rekonstruirati u duljini od oko 55 metara. Na početku i kraju zahvata ulica će se uklopiti u postojeći kolnik. Prometnica će biti namijenjena za dvosmjerni promet, svaka traka imat će 2,75 metara, odnosno, kolnik će imati ukupnu širinu 5,5 metara.

Nogostup će se prilagoditi postojećim objektima pa će se značajno razlikovati po širini od 1,3 m do 2,3 metra. Na istočnoj strani dobit će se 5 parkirnih mjesta. Uz postojeće objekte na jugozapadnoj strani, pokraj budućeg nogostupa, predviđena je izgradnja armirano-betonskih potpornih i ogradnih zidova visine do dva metra.

Zamijenit će se postojeća javna rasvjeta i dodati nova s LED rasvjetom, a stupovi će biti visine 6 metara.

Projektiranim vodovodom formirat će se vodovodni prsten, čime će se osigurati sigurnija opskrba vodom potrošnih mjesta i hidrantske mreže. Izgradit će se i nova "EKI kanalizacija" koja će zamijeniti postojeću telekomunikacijsku infrastrukturu unutar obuhvata i u koju će se premjestiti postojeći vodovi telekom operatera.

Izvođač mora dobiti od operatera informacije o položaju infrastrukture prije nego krene u izmještanje. U tome bi trebao imati više uspjeha nego kad su izvođeni radovi u susjedstvu na završetku Mosećke jer je tamo premještaj telekom infrastrukture bio jedan od razloga zašto su značajno zapeli radovi. Drugi, puno očitiji razlog zastoja, bio je što se neko vrijeme izvođače radova uopće nije moglo vidjeti na terenu.

Ovim projektom nije predviđeno da se uređuje improvizirano parkiralište na istočnoj i sjevernoj strani na koje se parkiraju stanari okolnih zgrada. Iza lokacije na kojoj se spajaju ulice Smiljanićeva i Tršćanska namjerava se staviti upušteni nogostup kojem su rubnjaci viši od središnjeg dijela.
