Na 28. sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Splita, koja počinje danas u 9 sati u Banovini, pred gradskim vijećnicima naći će se velik broj tema za raspravu - najavljena je 51 točka dnevnog reda. 

Raspravljat će se tako o izmjenama i dopunama proračuna za 2024. godinu s projekcijama za 2025. i 2026. godinu. Split će se, ako ova točka bude izglasana, zadužiti za dodatnih 5 milijuna eura.

Razlog tome je što se moraju korigirati iznosi na nekoliko gradskih projekata, a sve kako bi se moglo početi s javnim nabavama i radovima. Ti projekti su: dječji vrtić Kila, dječji vrtić Gariful, Tehnološki park Split na Dračevcu, dječji vrtić "Cvit Mediterana" i projekt “Brdo Marjan” (uz ostale nužne izmjene plana proračuna).

Žustru će raspravu zasigurno potaknuti točka “Prijedlog Odluke o preuzimanju obveze osiguranja financiranja zatvaranja odlagališta otpada „Karepovac“, održavanja i nadzora istog odlagališta nakon zatvaranja za razdoblje od najmanje 30 godina nakon zatvaranja”. 

Ovo je jedan od gorućih splitskih problema. Kapaciteti Karepovca gotovo su popunjeni, a Lećevica vjerojatno neće biti gotova 2026. kako je najavljeno pa bi građanima u budućnosti značajno mogao narasti račun za odvoz smeća.

Još jedna zanimljiva novost je i "Pravilnik o zaštiti građevina od grafita na području Grada Splita" po kojem bi Grad sufinancirao 50 posto troška uklanjanja grafita s pročelja građevina, ali i nanošenje zaštitnog antigrafitnog premaza.

Vjerojatno će biti izglasana i "Odluka o lokacijama i najvišoj dopuštenoj razini buke tijekom održavanja manifestacija na području Grada Splita". Njom je održavanje manifestacija na otvorenom dopušteno na 29 lokacija na području Splita. Najmanja dopuštena emisijska razina buke na području Splita bit će na Trgu braće Radić i iznosit će 75 dB(C), dok će najviša biti na Rivi, Poljudu i Turskoj kuli i iznosit će 105 dB(C). Razine imisijske buke, što je zapravo i ono što je za stanare najznačajnije, varirat će između 60 i 70 dB(A).

Od točaka još valja izdvojiti i prijedlog odobrenja izvođenja radova rekonstrukcije hotela Marjan te hotela Ruzmarin na području Trstenika kojima bi se investitorima dopustili radovi za vrijeme trajanja sezone od 15. lipnja do 15. rujna, kada su građevinski radovi na području Splita inače zabranjeni.

Na 28. sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Splita, koja počinje danas u 9 sati u Banovini, pred gradskim vijećnicima naći će se velik broj tema za raspravu - najavljena je 51 točka dnevnog reda. 

Raspravljat će se tako o izmjenama i dopunama proračuna za 2024. godinu s projekcijama za 2025. i 2026. godinu. Split će se, ako ova točka bude izglasana, zadužiti za dodatnih 5 milijuna eura.

Razlog tome je što se moraju korigirati iznosi na nekoliko gradskih projekata, a sve kako bi se moglo početi s javnim nabavama i radovima. Ti projekti su: dječji vrtić Kila, dječji vrtić Gariful, Tehnološki park Split na Dračevcu, dječji vrtić "Cvit Mediterana" i projekt “Brdo Marjan” (uz ostale nužne izmjene plana proračuna).

Žustru će raspravu zasigurno potaknuti točka “Prijedlog Odluke o preuzimanju obveze osiguranja financiranja zatvaranja odlagališta otpada „Karepovac“, održavanja i nadzora istog odlagališta nakon zatvaranja za razdoblje od najmanje 30 godina nakon zatvaranja”. 

Ovo je jedan od gorućih splitskih problema. Kapaciteti Karepovca gotovo su popunjeni, a Lećevica vjerojatno neće biti gotova 2026. kako je najavljeno pa bi građanima u budućnosti značajno mogao narasti račun za odvoz smeća.

Još jedna zanimljiva novost je i "Pravilnik o zaštiti građevina od grafita na području Grada Splita" po kojem bi Grad sufinancirao 50 posto troška uklanjanja grafita s pročelja građevina, ali i nanošenje zaštitnog antigrafitnog premaza.

Vjerojatno će biti izglasana i "Odluka o lokacijama i najvišoj dopuštenoj razini buke tijekom održavanja manifestacija na području Grada Splita". Njom je održavanje manifestacija na otvorenom dopušteno na 29 lokacija na području Splita. Najmanja dopuštena emisijska razina buke na području Splita bit će na Trgu braće Radić i iznosit će 75 dB(C), dok će najviša biti na Rivi, Poljudu i Turskoj kuli i iznosit će 105 dB(C). Razine imisijske buke, što je zapravo i ono što je za stanare najznačajnije, varirat će između 60 i 70 dB(A).

Od točaka još valja izdvojiti i prijedlog odobrenja izvođenja radova rekonstrukcije hotela Marjan te hotela Ruzmarin na području Trstenika kojima bi se investitorima dopustili radovi za vrijeme trajanja sezone od 15. lipnja do 15. rujna, kada su građevinski radovi na području Splita inače zabranjeni.
