– Još ne mogu doći k sebi. Otišla sam na Hitni dječji na Firulama, gdje sam upućena da se s bebom javim na Hitni kirurški prijem. Dolazim tamo, sat i pol čekam da mi prime bebu. U redu, ima i hitnijih slučajeva. Ubrzo je u čekaonici bilo petero djece različite dobi. Najgore je to što su ta djeca morala gledati druge pacijente – čovjeka bez noge, drugog koji je krvav i ranjene glave, trećega koji povraća. Tu je i policija koja ga čuva. Katastrofalna situacija.

Roditelji ne znaju gdje će s djecom, pokrivaju im oči, okreću ih da ne gledaju. Jadna djeca koja su već tu zbog nekog razloga pa moraju doživljavati i dodatne traume.

U ta četiri sata, koliko sam tamo provela, nagledala sam se ružnih scena za cijeli život i ne mogu zamisliti što je djeci u glavi nakon što vide te prizore – podijelila je jedna mama svoje iskustvo iz čekaonice Hitnog kirurškog prijema KBC-a Split na društvenim mrežama, te s pravom pita:

– Zar stvarno mora biti tako da mali i veliki čekaju u istoj prostoriji i da tamo djeca od nekoliko godina moraju gledati prizore kojih se i odrasli groze?! Razočarana sam da nikome nije palo na pamet da djecu odvoje od slučajeva koji ostavljaju traumu kad ih vidiš.

S druge strane, nahvalila je liječnike i medicinske sestre.

Odmah su joj se javile druge majke, među kojima je i zaposlenica šibenske bolnice:

– U ta četiri sata, koliko ste čekali u Splitu, i to je još malo koliko se tamo inače čeka, mogli ste doći do Šibenika, gdje bi vam dijete bilo brže pregledano, i vratiti se u Split. Uz to, u Šibeniku imamo odvojeni ulaz za pacijente koji su životno ugroženi. Eto, samo informacija za drugi put, ako vam bude trebalo.

Druga majka ispričala je svoje iskustvo iz splitske bolnice:

– Od tri puta, koliko je moja mala bila naručena za pregled na kožnom odjelu, dva puta doveli su zatvorenika u lancima, čak je zadnji put sjeo do nas. Nije nam bilo ugodno, ali opet, što da rade? I oni trebaju kod doktora.

Hitni kirurski prijem KBC-a Split

Zbog svega navedenog upitali smo KBC Split što mogu učiniti kako bi se mamama s djecom omogućilo da ne čekaju u istoj prostoriji s teško ozlijeđenim osobama kako djeca ne bi bila izložena strašnim prizorima.

Zatim, može li se eventualno za životno ugrožene pacijente napraviti odvojeni ulaz kako ne bi svi gledali strašne prizore i bili traumatizirani, te je li moguće provesti neku reorganizaciju kako na dermatologiji ili drugim odjelima pokraj djece ne bi čekali zatvorenici u lisičinama, o čemu su svjedočile mame na društvenim mrežama.

Pitali smo i što KBC Split može učiniti kako bi pacijenti kraće čekali na Hitnom kirurškom, a ne, kao ponekad, po četiri sata. Ubrzo nam je stigao odgovor.

– Djeca se s Hitnog dječjeg prijema šalju na Hitni kirurški prijem prema stručnim kriterijima, kad se procijeni da im je potrebno kirurško liječenje.

Nažalost, nemamo prostornih mogućnosti za odvajanje pacijenata kojima je potrebna kirurška skrb. No, važno je naglasiti da u čekaonicu Hitnog kirurškog prijema ne ulaze životno ugroženi pacijenti, nego oni imaju zaseban ulaz i prostore u kojima ih se zbrinjava – odgovorili su nam iz Kliničkog bolničkog centra i nastavili:

– U tijeku su radovi na uređenju kirurškog dijela Objedinjenog hitnog bolničkog prijema. U tim novim prostorima bit će zaseban dio za opservaciju djece, ali ni tada neće biti moguće u potpunosti izbjeći miješanje pacijenata.

– Još ne mogu doći k sebi. Otišla sam na Hitni dječji na Firulama, gdje sam upućena da se s bebom javim na Hitni kirurški prijem. Dolazim tamo, sat i pol čekam da mi prime bebu. U redu, ima i hitnijih slučajeva. Ubrzo je u čekaonici bilo petero djece različite dobi. Najgore je to što su ta djeca morala gledati druge pacijente – čovjeka bez noge, drugog koji je krvav i ranjene glave, trećega koji povraća. Tu je i policija koja ga čuva. Katastrofalna situacija.

Roditelji ne znaju gdje će s djecom, pokrivaju im oči, okreću ih da ne gledaju. Jadna djeca koja su već tu zbog nekog razloga pa moraju doživljavati i dodatne traume.

U ta četiri sata, koliko sam tamo provela, nagledala sam se ružnih scena za cijeli život i ne mogu zamisliti što je djeci u glavi nakon što vide te prizore – podijelila je jedna mama svoje iskustvo iz čekaonice Hitnog kirurškog prijema KBC-a Split na društvenim mrežama, te s pravom pita:

– Zar stvarno mora biti tako da mali i veliki čekaju u istoj prostoriji i da tamo djeca od nekoliko godina moraju gledati prizore kojih se i odrasli groze?! Razočarana sam da nikome nije palo na pamet da djecu odvoje od slučajeva koji ostavljaju traumu kad ih vidiš.

S druge strane, nahvalila je liječnike i medicinske sestre.

Odmah su joj se javile druge majke, među kojima je i zaposlenica šibenske bolnice:

– U ta četiri sata, koliko ste čekali u Splitu, i to je još malo koliko se tamo inače čeka, mogli ste doći do Šibenika, gdje bi vam dijete bilo brže pregledano, i vratiti se u Split. Uz to, u Šibeniku imamo odvojeni ulaz za pacijente koji su životno ugroženi. Eto, samo informacija za drugi put, ako vam bude trebalo.

Druga majka ispričala je svoje iskustvo iz splitske bolnice:

– Od tri puta, koliko je moja mala bila naručena za pregled na kožnom odjelu, dva puta doveli su zatvorenika u lancima, čak je zadnji put sjeo do nas. Nije nam bilo ugodno, ali opet, što da rade? I oni trebaju kod doktora.

Zbog svega navedenog upitali smo KBC Split što mogu učiniti kako bi se mamama s djecom omogućilo da ne čekaju u istoj prostoriji s teško ozlijeđenim osobama kako djeca ne bi bila izložena strašnim prizorima.

Zatim, može li se eventualno za životno ugrožene pacijente napraviti odvojeni ulaz kako ne bi svi gledali strašne prizore i bili traumatizirani, te je li moguće provesti neku reorganizaciju kako na dermatologiji ili drugim odjelima pokraj djece ne bi čekali zatvorenici u lisičinama, o čemu su svjedočile mame na društvenim mrežama.

Pitali smo i što KBC Split može učiniti kako bi pacijenti kraće čekali na Hitnom kirurškom, a ne, kao ponekad, po četiri sata. Ubrzo nam je stigao odgovor.

– Djeca se s Hitnog dječjeg prijema šalju na Hitni kirurški prijem prema stručnim kriterijima, kad se procijeni da im je potrebno kirurško liječenje.

Nažalost, nemamo prostornih mogućnosti za odvajanje pacijenata kojima je potrebna kirurška skrb. No, važno je naglasiti da u čekaonicu Hitnog kirurškog prijema ne ulaze životno ugroženi pacijenti, nego oni imaju zaseban ulaz i prostore u kojima ih se zbrinjava – odgovorili su nam iz Kliničkog bolničkog centra i nastavili:

– U tijeku su radovi na uređenju kirurškog dijela Objedinjenog hitnog bolničkog prijema. U tim novim prostorima bit će zaseban dio za opservaciju djece, ali ni tada neće biti moguće u potpunosti izbjeći miješanje pacijenata.
