Fasade išarane grafitima, zapaljeni kontejneri, razbijene klupe i slično, nažalost, nisu rijetka slika u gradu.
Kako bi pokušao stati na kraj tome Grad Split je izradio akcijski plan čiji je nacrt prijedloga upućen na javno savjetovanje koje je upravo u tijeku, sve u cilju sprječavanja vandalizma na području grada Splita.
Ovaj plan uključuje "sustavno preventivno djelovanje svih gradskih dionika u uskoj suradnji s nadležnom Policijskom upravom, a sve kako bi se spriječili vandalski činovi te lakše otkrili i sankcionirali počinitelji". Ideja je sasvim u redu, ali pitanje je kako će se provesti u djelo.

– Grad bi, između ostalog, radio na pojačavanju javne rasvjete i postavljaju nadzornih kamera na javnim površinama na kojima je utvrđena učestala pojava vandalizma, te na najizloženijim javnim površinama. Na vlasnicima objekata je da ih održavaju urednima i čistima, dok će Grad pravovremeno intervenirati u čišćenju učestalo šaranih zidova, osobito onih neprimjerenog sadržaja.
Poziva se javnost da se u što većem broju uključi u savjetovanje, a dokument će biti upućen Gradskom vijeću na usvajanje. Nacrt prijedloga dostupan je na internetskoj stranici Grada (https://www.split.hr/ukljuci-se/savjetovanje-s-javnoscu/savjetovanja-u-tijeku/nacrt-prijedloga-akcijskog-plana-za-sprjecavanje-vandalizma-na-podrucju-grada-splita) – poručuju iz Grada Splita.
Prijave kotareva i građana
Zamisao je da se uz vlasnike objekata i upravitelje zgrada, u borbu protiv vandalizma uključe i gradski kotarevi koji bi posredstvom tajnika bili zaduženi za prijavu vandalizama nadležnim gradskim službama, odnosno gradskom komunalnom redarstvu. Isto se očekuje i od gradskih komunalnih tvrtki, a otvorit će se i poseban telefonski broj kojim će se zaprimati prijave građana o zamijećenim vandalizmima.

Na temelju prijava, na teren bi izišli komunalni redari koji bi o tome izvijestili policiju, a koja bi dalje postupala prema svojim nadležnostima i zakonskim ovlastima.
Akcijski plan ima i dodatak – formirala bi se baza podataka kojom će se preko gradskih kotareva evidentirati i pratiti vandalizmi kako bi se preventivno i ciljano djelovalo na njihovo suzbijanje, a provest će se i ankete o stavovima građana te informativno-edukativne aktivnosti kojima će se preko tiskanih materijala i digitalnih alata informirati i dodatno senzibilizirati javnost po ovom pitanju od velike važnosti za sigurnost građana, očuvanje gradske imovine i uvođenje reda na području grada, kažu iz Grada.
Rješenja se dugo čekaju
U svim kotarevima nisu još posve upoznati sa spomenutim akcijskim planom koji je na prvu dobro zamišljen, ali ne donosi ništa novo.
– Vlasnici objekata i upravitelji zgrada moraju se brinuti o tim nekretninama, pa je na njima koliko će pažnje tome posvetiti. Nije problem prijaviti išarane zidove i slično, ali je pitanje koliko ćemo čekati na njihovo čišćenje.
Kao kotar, prijavljujemo razne manjkavosti i situacije koje treba promijeniti na području kotara, ali se dugo čeka na rješenje. Samo na sanaciju rupe na cesti čekalo se godinu dana – kaže Davor Matijević iz GK Blatine-Škrape.

Predsjednik GK Meje Ante Bekavac ističe dobru suradnju s Gradom u pogledu rješavanja problema svog kotara.
– Na svaku prijavu su do sada brzo reagirali. Tako smo, primjerice, dobili dodatnu rasvjetu na jednom parkingu kao prevenciju vandalizma, nakon što je na tom mjestu policija morala dolaziti zbog narušavanja javnog reda i mira – kaže Bekavac.

Fasade išarane grafitima, zapaljeni kontejneri, razbijene klupe i slično, nažalost, nisu rijetka slika u gradu.
Kako bi pokušao stati na kraj tome Grad Split je izradio akcijski plan čiji je nacrt prijedloga upućen na javno savjetovanje koje je upravo u tijeku, sve u cilju sprječavanja vandalizma na području grada Splita.
Ovaj plan uključuje "sustavno preventivno djelovanje svih gradskih dionika u uskoj suradnji s nadležnom Policijskom upravom, a sve kako bi se spriječili vandalski činovi te lakše otkrili i sankcionirali počinitelji". Ideja je sasvim u redu, ali pitanje je kako će se provesti u djelo.

– Grad bi, između ostalog, radio na pojačavanju javne rasvjete i postavljaju nadzornih kamera na javnim površinama na kojima je utvrđena učestala pojava vandalizma, te na najizloženijim javnim površinama. Na vlasnicima objekata je da ih održavaju urednima i čistima, dok će Grad pravovremeno intervenirati u čišćenju učestalo šaranih zidova, osobito onih neprimjerenog sadržaja.
Poziva se javnost da se u što većem broju uključi u savjetovanje, a dokument će biti upućen Gradskom vijeću na usvajanje. Nacrt prijedloga dostupan je na internetskoj stranici Grada (https://www.split.hr/ukljuci-se/savjetovanje-s-javnoscu/savjetovanja-u-tijeku/nacrt-prijedloga-akcijskog-plana-za-sprjecavanje-vandalizma-na-podrucju-grada-splita) – poručuju iz Grada Splita.
Prijave kotareva i građana
Zamisao je da se uz vlasnike objekata i upravitelje zgrada, u borbu protiv vandalizma uključe i gradski kotarevi koji bi posredstvom tajnika bili zaduženi za prijavu vandalizama nadležnim gradskim službama, odnosno gradskom komunalnom redarstvu. Isto se očekuje i od gradskih komunalnih tvrtki, a otvorit će se i poseban telefonski broj kojim će se zaprimati prijave građana o zamijećenim vandalizmima.

Na temelju prijava, na teren bi izišli komunalni redari koji bi o tome izvijestili policiju, a koja bi dalje postupala prema svojim nadležnostima i zakonskim ovlastima.
Akcijski plan ima i dodatak – formirala bi se baza podataka kojom će se preko gradskih kotareva evidentirati i pratiti vandalizmi kako bi se preventivno i ciljano djelovalo na njihovo suzbijanje, a provest će se i ankete o stavovima građana te informativno-edukativne aktivnosti kojima će se preko tiskanih materijala i digitalnih alata informirati i dodatno senzibilizirati javnost po ovom pitanju od velike važnosti za sigurnost građana, očuvanje gradske imovine i uvođenje reda na području grada, kažu iz Grada.
Rješenja se dugo čekaju
U svim kotarevima nisu još posve upoznati sa spomenutim akcijskim planom koji je na prvu dobro zamišljen, ali ne donosi ništa novo.
– Vlasnici objekata i upravitelji zgrada moraju se brinuti o tim nekretninama, pa je na njima koliko će pažnje tome posvetiti. Nije problem prijaviti išarane zidove i slično, ali je pitanje koliko ćemo čekati na njihovo čišćenje.
Kao kotar, prijavljujemo razne manjkavosti i situacije koje treba promijeniti na području kotara, ali se dugo čeka na rješenje. Samo na sanaciju rupe na cesti čekalo se godinu dana – kaže Davor Matijević iz GK Blatine-Škrape.

Predsjednik GK Meje Ante Bekavac ističe dobru suradnju s Gradom u pogledu rješavanja problema svog kotara.
– Na svaku prijavu su do sada brzo reagirali. Tako smo, primjerice, dobili dodatnu rasvjetu na jednom parkingu kao prevenciju vandalizma, nakon što je na tom mjestu policija morala dolaziti zbog narušavanja javnog reda i mira – kaže Bekavac.
