Splitski političari, po svemu sudeći, žive u nekoj paralelnoj stvarnosti.

Kako, drukčije, objasniti činjenicu da se rukama i nogama bore protiv ukidanja naknada za rad u nadzornim odborima (NO) gradskih tvrtki dok istovremeno njihovi sugrađani ostaju bez radnih mjesta ili dijela primanja. Financijski rezovi vidljivi su na svakom području života što političare i stranačke zaslužnike ne tjera ni da pomišljaju na solidarnost.

Radi se o tomu da se, unatoč preporuci gradonačelnikova Savjeta o potpunom ukidanju naknada za “nadzornike” za tromjesečno razdoblje, među točkama sutrašnje sjednice Gradskog vijeća našla i ona o “neisplati dijela naknade članovima nadzornih odbora i skupština trgovačkih društava u (većinskom) vlasništvu Grada”.

Kako to sad “neisplata dijela naknade”, zar poteštatov Savjet nije predložio njezino ukidanje, pitamo Igora Stanišića (HGS), predsjednika Gradskog vijeća.

- Odbor za izbor i imenovanja uputio je na Gradsko vijeće prijedlog zaključka o neisplati dijela naknade članovima upravnih vijeća ustanova u kulturi, kazališnih vijeća i vijeća u kulturi Grada te članovima nadzornih odbora i skupština trgovačkih društava u vlasništvu Grada. Kako bilo, oni traže da članovi nadzornih odbora, ipak, dobivaju 50 posto naknade, a ne da im se ona kompletno ukine.

Ne znam što bih rekao, jesu li trebali prihvatiti mišljenje gradonačelnikova Savjeta i izdržati tri mjeseca, o tome će, na koncu, odlučiti vijećnici... Po mom mišljenju, nismo puno gori, ali ni bolji od drugih jedinica lokalne uprave i samouprave. Neki su kompletno ukinuli ove naknade, neki su ih smanjili za 30 posto - kaže Stanišić.

Podsjetimo, članovi NO-a mjesečno primaju do 1900 kuna naknade, bez obzira održali u tom razdoblju sjednicu ili ne. Ako prođe spomenuti prijedlog Odbora za izbor i imenovanja, ukupno 50-ak “nadzornika” dobivat će mjesečno, do srpnja, najmanje po 900 kuna.

Koliko je to u aktualnoj situaciji moralno, pitali smo Petra Škorića (HDZ), predsjednika Odbora za izbor i imenovanja:
- Takva je odluka donesena elektroničkim glasovanjem članova Odbora. Osobno, ne vidim razloga zašto bi članovi nadzornih odbora bili prvi na udaru, dok se još nisu počele ni smanjivati plaće čelnicima gradskih poduzeća, kao ni zaposlenicima. Oni tek rade plan restrukturiranja. Dijelu članova NO-ova naknada je, osim toga, jedini izvor prihoda, pojedinci uz nju možda još primaju mirovinu.

Splitski političari, po svemu sudeći, žive u nekoj paralelnoj stvarnosti.

Kako, drukčije, objasniti činjenicu da se rukama i nogama bore protiv ukidanja naknada za rad u nadzornim odborima (NO) gradskih tvrtki dok istovremeno njihovi sugrađani ostaju bez radnih mjesta ili dijela primanja. Financijski rezovi vidljivi su na svakom području života što političare i stranačke zaslužnike ne tjera ni da pomišljaju na solidarnost.

Radi se o tomu da se, unatoč preporuci gradonačelnikova Savjeta o potpunom ukidanju naknada za “nadzornike” za tromjesečno razdoblje, među točkama sutrašnje sjednice Gradskog vijeća našla i ona o “neisplati dijela naknade članovima nadzornih odbora i skupština trgovačkih društava u (većinskom) vlasništvu Grada”.

Kako to sad “neisplata dijela naknade”, zar poteštatov Savjet nije predložio njezino ukidanje, pitamo Igora Stanišića (HGS), predsjednika Gradskog vijeća.

- Odbor za izbor i imenovanja uputio je na Gradsko vijeće prijedlog zaključka o neisplati dijela naknade članovima upravnih vijeća ustanova u kulturi, kazališnih vijeća i vijeća u kulturi Grada te članovima nadzornih odbora i skupština trgovačkih društava u vlasništvu Grada. Kako bilo, oni traže da članovi nadzornih odbora, ipak, dobivaju 50 posto naknade, a ne da im se ona kompletno ukine.

Ne znam što bih rekao, jesu li trebali prihvatiti mišljenje gradonačelnikova Savjeta i izdržati tri mjeseca, o tome će, na koncu, odlučiti vijećnici... Po mom mišljenju, nismo puno gori, ali ni bolji od drugih jedinica lokalne uprave i samouprave. Neki su kompletno ukinuli ove naknade, neki su ih smanjili za 30 posto - kaže Stanišić.

Podsjetimo, članovi NO-a mjesečno primaju do 1900 kuna naknade, bez obzira održali u tom razdoblju sjednicu ili ne. Ako prođe spomenuti prijedlog Odbora za izbor i imenovanja, ukupno 50-ak “nadzornika” dobivat će mjesečno, do srpnja, najmanje po 900 kuna.

Koliko je to u aktualnoj situaciji moralno, pitali smo Petra Škorića (HDZ), predsjednika Odbora za izbor i imenovanja:
- Takva je odluka donesena elektroničkim glasovanjem članova Odbora. Osobno, ne vidim razloga zašto bi članovi nadzornih odbora bili prvi na udaru, dok se još nisu počele ni smanjivati plaće čelnicima gradskih poduzeća, kao ni zaposlenicima. Oni tek rade plan restrukturiranja. Dijelu članova NO-ova naknada je, osim toga, jedini izvor prihoda, pojedinci uz nju možda još primaju mirovinu.

Splitski političari, po svemu sudeći, žive u nekoj paralelnoj stvarnosti.

Kako, drukčije, objasniti činjenicu da se rukama i nogama bore protiv ukidanja naknada za rad u nadzornim odborima (NO) gradskih tvrtki dok istovremeno njihovi sugrađani ostaju bez radnih mjesta ili dijela primanja. Financijski rezovi vidljivi su na svakom području života što političare i stranačke zaslužnike ne tjera ni da pomišljaju na solidarnost.

Radi se o tomu da se, unatoč preporuci gradonačelnikova Savjeta o potpunom ukidanju naknada za “nadzornike” za tromjesečno razdoblje, među točkama sutrašnje sjednice Gradskog vijeća našla i ona o “neisplati dijela naknade članovima nadzornih odbora i skupština trgovačkih društava u (većinskom) vlasništvu Grada”.
