Grodonačelnik Ivica Puljak je nedavno svečano predstavio idejna rješenja za uređenje Istočne obale, a otad se nižu reakcije na konto ovog važnog i uvijek aktualnog i nikad aktualiziranog projekta. Sada, iz Domovinskog pokreta aformativno pričaju o pokretanju ove priče, u kojoj bi se ovaj lokalitet prometnuo u živi dio grada. 

‘Ovaj dio grada pruža nevjerojatne mogućnosti za oživljavanje grada i života u gradu. Ovo se posebno odnosi na prostore nekadašnjeg Dalmacijavina. Blizina stare gradske jezgre i najveće putničke luke na Jadranu mogu od, sada devastiranog prostora, načiniti najreprezentativnije lice grada. No, kako bi se nekadašnji prostor Dalmacijavina sačuvao kao javni, društveni, prostor svih građana ovog grada potrebno je donijeti neke odluke. Ovim putem javno apeliramo na gradonačelnika Puljka da u budućim gradskim planskim dokumentima sadašnje prostore Dalmacijavina označi i predvidi kao prostore u kojima su dopušteni isključivo javni sadržaji‘, kazuju iz Domovinskog pokreta.

Istaknuli su i da, iako nadležnost nad spomenutim objektom nije u ingerenciji Grada, mišljenja su kako nitko ne može omesti gradonačelnika da tom prostoru ponudi namjenu kroz gradske prostorne i urbanističke planove. 

‘Kada Split i Splićani definiraju što žele u svom gradu i u kojem pravcu žele razvijati svoj grad, tražit ćemo i ispuštanje vlasništva nad spomenutom zgradom od Vlade RH. No, kako bi došli do zahtjeva za povratom trebamo napraviti prvi korak i definirati ovaj prostor kao javni, a ne kao turističko-stambeni. 

Podsjećamo kako je Domovinski pokret u više navrata predlagao da se u spomenuti prostor preseli Hrvatski pomorski muzej Split koji trenutno egzistira u tvrđavi Gripe. Ne postoji bolje mjesto za prezentaciju hrvatske pomorske baštine od prostora Dalmacijavina. Pametnim projektnim rješenjem ovaj prostor može biti dnevni boravak Splićana. Ako nešto ne poduzmemo moglo bi se dogoditi da izgubimo još jedan biser u moru betonsko-turističkih kompleksa od kojih Split i Splićani na koncu neće imati ništa‘, poručili su iz Domovinskog pokreta.

Grodonačelnik Ivica Puljak je nedavno svečano predstavio idejna rješenja za uređenje Istočne obale, a otad se nižu reakcije na konto ovog važnog i uvijek aktualnog i nikad aktualiziranog projekta. Sada, iz Domovinskog pokreta aformativno pričaju o pokretanju ove priče, u kojoj bi se ovaj lokalitet prometnuo u živi dio grada. 

‘Ovaj dio grada pruža nevjerojatne mogućnosti za oživljavanje grada i života u gradu. Ovo se posebno odnosi na prostore nekadašnjeg Dalmacijavina. Blizina stare gradske jezgre i najveće putničke luke na Jadranu mogu od, sada devastiranog prostora, načiniti najreprezentativnije lice grada. No, kako bi se nekadašnji prostor Dalmacijavina sačuvao kao javni, društveni, prostor svih građana ovog grada potrebno je donijeti neke odluke. Ovim putem javno apeliramo na gradonačelnika Puljka da u budućim gradskim planskim dokumentima sadašnje prostore Dalmacijavina označi i predvidi kao prostore u kojima su dopušteni isključivo javni sadržaji‘, kazuju iz Domovinskog pokreta.

Istaknuli su i da, iako nadležnost nad spomenutim objektom nije u ingerenciji Grada, mišljenja su kako nitko ne može omesti gradonačelnika da tom prostoru ponudi namjenu kroz gradske prostorne i urbanističke planove. 

‘Kada Split i Splićani definiraju što žele u svom gradu i u kojem pravcu žele razvijati svoj grad, tražit ćemo i ispuštanje vlasništva nad spomenutom zgradom od Vlade RH. No, kako bi došli do zahtjeva za povratom trebamo napraviti prvi korak i definirati ovaj prostor kao javni, a ne kao turističko-stambeni. 

Podsjećamo kako je Domovinski pokret u više navrata predlagao da se u spomenuti prostor preseli Hrvatski pomorski muzej Split koji trenutno egzistira u tvrđavi Gripe. Ne postoji bolje mjesto za prezentaciju hrvatske pomorske baštine od prostora Dalmacijavina. Pametnim projektnim rješenjem ovaj prostor može biti dnevni boravak Splićana. Ako nešto ne poduzmemo moglo bi se dogoditi da izgubimo još jedan biser u moru betonsko-turističkih kompleksa od kojih Split i Splićani na koncu neće imati ništa‘, poručili su iz Domovinskog pokreta.

Grodonačelnik Ivica Puljak je nedavno svečano predstavio idejna rješenja za uređenje Istočne obale, a otad se nižu reakcije na konto ovog važnog i uvijek aktualnog i nikad aktualiziranog projekta.
