Nešto prije 17 sati jako nevrijeme pogodilo je splitsko područje, a u Kaštelima je padala i krupa. Ovi teški vremenski uvjeti su omeli slijetanje zrakoplova Croatia Airlinesa, koji je putovao iz Munchena. Putnici svjedoče da je avion nekih pola sata kružio nad kaštelanskim zaljevom, nakon čega je procijenjeno da sigurno spuštanje neće biti moguće. Zbog toga je let preusmjeren za Zadar.

Iako je sasvim razumljivo da zrakoplov uslijed oluje ne može izvršiti svoju predviđenu putanju, ono što je nekima na letu zasmetalo bio manjak komunikacije s putnicima o tekućim zbivanjima.

- Najavljeno je spuštanje u Split i to je trajalo skoro uru, jer smo kružili iznad, a da nitko nije znao razlog zašto. Nije nas bilo strah, ali nitko nije znao sto se događa. Prekasno su nam dali info da krećemo u Zadar - potužio se jedan od putnika.

Dodao je da se trenutno nalaze na zadarskoj pisti te, iako je tamo sunce, ne smiju vani.

Kad su prizemljili u Zadru, prvo im je navodno rečeno da mogu izaći, ali je ta odluka, svega dvije minute nakon, poništena jer "su radovi u zgradi" i jer im "nešto može pasti na glavu". Posada ih je, dok je avion punio gorivo, opskrbila vodom.

Avion je poletio za Split u 17:56, gdje je sletio oko 18:15 sati.

Glasnogovornik Croatia Airlinesa Davor Janušić nam je rekao da je preusmjerenje operativna odluka, nakon što je procijenjeno da je nevrijeme prejako, bez čvrstih saznanja kad bi se moglo smiriti. Naglasio je da se sve operativne odluke Croatia Airlinesa donose u skladu s najvišim sigurnosnim procedurama, pa tako i ova.

- Putnicima se ispričavamo na kašnjenju kojem su razlog vremenske nepogode. U Zadru putnici nisu izlazili vani kako bi se organiziralo da što prije polete za Split. Procedura izlaska bi oduzela puno više vremena nego čekanje u unutrašnjosti zrakoplova - objasnio je.

Na pitanje zašto putnici nisu ranije obavješteni o stanju stvari, Janušić je kazao da je avion još u letu pa se ne može provjeriti što je ili nije iskomunicirano s putnicima.

- To je diskrecijsko pravo kapetana da obavijesti putnike ili ne. Jako nevrijeme nije sasvim uobičajena situacija i pilot u tim trenucima ima na sebi veliku odgovornost, zbog čega se dojavljivanje putnicima aktualne situacije može malo prolongirati. Svakako, bilo bi uputno putnike obavijestiti što se događa tijekom nepredviđenih situacija - kazao je glasnogovrnik.

Nešto prije 17 sati jako nevrijeme pogodilo je splitsko područje, a u Kaštelima je padala i krupa. Ovi teški vremenski uvjeti su omeli slijetanje zrakoplova Croatia Airlinesa, koji je putovao iz Munchena. Putnici svjedoče da je avion nekih pola sata kružio nad kaštelanskim zaljevom, nakon čega je procijenjeno da sigurno spuštanje neće biti moguće. Zbog toga je let preusmjeren za Zadar.

Iako je sasvim razumljivo da zrakoplov uslijed oluje ne može izvršiti svoju predviđenu putanju, ono što je nekima na letu zasmetalo bio manjak komunikacije s putnicima o tekućim zbivanjima.

- Najavljeno je spuštanje u Split i to je trajalo skoro uru, jer smo kružili iznad, a da nitko nije znao razlog zašto. Nije nas bilo strah, ali nitko nije znao sto se događa. Prekasno su nam dali info da krećemo u Zadar - potužio se jedan od putnika.

Dodao je da se trenutno nalaze na zadarskoj pisti te, iako je tamo sunce, ne smiju vani.

Kad su prizemljili u Zadru, prvo im je navodno rečeno da mogu izaći, ali je ta odluka, svega dvije minute nakon, poništena jer "su radovi u zgradi" i jer im "nešto može pasti na glavu". Posada ih je, dok je avion punio gorivo, opskrbila vodom.

Avion je poletio za Split u 17:56, gdje je sletio oko 18:15 sati.

Glasnogovornik Croatia Airlinesa Davor Janušić nam je rekao da je preusmjerenje operativna odluka, nakon što je procijenjeno da je nevrijeme prejako, bez čvrstih saznanja kad bi se moglo smiriti. Naglasio je da se sve operativne odluke Croatia Airlinesa donose u skladu s najvišim sigurnosnim procedurama, pa tako i ova.

- Putnicima se ispričavamo na kašnjenju kojem su razlog vremenske nepogode. U Zadru putnici nisu izlazili vani kako bi se organiziralo da što prije polete za Split. Procedura izlaska bi oduzela puno više vremena nego čekanje u unutrašnjosti zrakoplova - objasnio je.

Na pitanje zašto putnici nisu ranije obavješteni o stanju stvari, Janušić je kazao da je avion još u letu pa se ne može provjeriti što je ili nije iskomunicirano s putnicima.

- To je diskrecijsko pravo kapetana da obavijesti putnike ili ne. Jako nevrijeme nije sasvim uobičajena situacija i pilot u tim trenucima ima na sebi veliku odgovornost, zbog čega se dojavljivanje putnicima aktualne situacije može malo prolongirati. Svakako, bilo bi uputno putnike obavijestiti što se događa tijekom nepredviđenih situacija - kazao je glasnogovrnik.

Nešto prije 17 sati jako nevrijeme pogodilo je splitsko područje, a u Kaštelima je padala i krupa. Ovi teški vremenski uvjeti su omeli slijetanje zrakoplova Croatia Airlinesa, koji je putovao iz Munchena. Putnici svjedoče da je avion nekih pola sata kružio nad kaštelanskim zaljevom, nakon čega je procijenjeno da sigurno spuštanje neće biti moguće. Zbog toga je let preusmjeren za Zadar.

Iako je sasvim razumljivo da zrakoplov uslijed oluje ne može izvršiti svoju predviđenu putanju, ono što je nekima na letu zasmetalo bio manjak komunikacije s putnicima o tekućim zbivanjima.

- Najavljeno je spuštanje u Split i to je trajalo skoro uru, jer smo kružili iznad, a da nitko nije znao razlog zašto. Nije nas bilo strah, ali nitko nije znao sto se događa. Prekasno su nam dali info da...
