Na arbitražnom sudištu Hrvatske gospodarske komore u Zagrebu za sutra je zakazano zadnje ročište radi rješavanja spora između riječkog brodogradilišta “Viktor Lenac” i tvrtke “Fractal Shipping Company” zbog neplaćenih 240 tisuća eura za remont broda “Ane” – potvrdio nam je Nikša Giovanelli, direktor “Fractala”.

To je važan podatak jer kad se taj postupak okonča, izvan snage bi se trebala staviti privremena mjera zaustavljanja broda “Ane” u Sjevernoj luci, koju je Trgovački sud u Splitu, na traženje riječkih “remontaša”, donio još 27. siječnja ove godine.

To je najduže zaustavljeni brod po nalogu splitskog suda jer se u svim ostalim slučajevima brodar odmah uspijevao nagoditi s vjerovnikom, pa je brodovima ubrzo bilo omogućeno isplovljavanje.

Teret još u ‘štivama’

Prvi čovjek “Fractal Shippinga” nije platio 240.000 eura od ukupno 400.000 eura za remont broda izgrađenog 1986. godine jer je, kako je kazao, osam dana nakon odlaska iz škvera, tijekom plovidbe prema Alžiru, s broda otpala cjelokupna boja.

Kada je “Ane”, po prijedlogu predstavnika “Viktora Lenca”, zaustavljena u Sjevernoj luci sa “štivama” punim građevinskog željeza za naručitelja u Sjevernoj Africi, kompanija je ostala bez novca i pomorcima više nije isplaćivala plaće, utvrdio je Giovanelli.

Vlasnik broda “Ane” jučer je na Trgovačkom sudu trebao biti ispitan u predmetu u kojem “Brodotrogir” od “Fractal Shippinga” još od 2012. potražuje 48.000 eura za popravak dijela pomoćnog stroja broda “Ane”.

Bivši direktor trogirskog remonta i dvojica rukovoditelja posvjedočili su kako je popravljen dio generatora koji je i danas ispravan.

Kazali su i da se radovi na brodovima mogu obavljati jedino na temelju naloga brodovlasnika, te da je problem što vlasnik “Ane” nije tražio da se utvrdi i uzrok kvara.U sudnici se mogla čuti samo strana predstavnika “Brodotrogira”, dok će Giovanelli svoj iskaz dati na ročištu najavljenom za ožujak iduće godine.

“Fractal Shipping”, inače, tvrdi da trogirski škver nije popravio generator, jer je ponovno došlo do kvara zbog kojeg se nakon uplovljavanja u luku nije moglo upravljati dizalicom, te da su tada kvar uklonili radnici pulskog “Uljanik Tesua” kojem je popravak -plaćen.

Na arbitražnom sudištu Hrvatske gospodarske komore u Zagrebu za sutra je zakazano zadnje ročište radi rješavanja spora između riječkog brodogradilišta “Viktor Lenac” i tvrtke “Fractal Shipping Company” zbog neplaćenih 240 tisuća eura za remont broda “Ane” – potvrdio nam je Nikša Giovanelli, direktor “Fractala”.

To je važan podatak jer kad se taj postupak okonča, izvan snage bi se trebala staviti privremena mjera zaustavljanja broda “Ane” u Sjevernoj luci, koju je Trgovački sud u Splitu, na traženje riječkih “remontaša”, donio još 27. siječnja ove godine.

To je najduže zaustavljeni brod po nalogu splitskog suda jer se u svim ostalim slučajevima brodar odmah uspijevao nagoditi s vjerovnikom, pa je brodovima ubrzo bilo omogućeno isplovljavanje.

Teret još u ‘štivama’

Prvi čovjek “Fractal Shippinga” nije platio 240.000 eura od ukupno 400.000 eura za remont broda izgrađenog 1986. godine jer je, kako je kazao, osam dana nakon odlaska iz škvera, tijekom plovidbe prema Alžiru, s broda otpala cjelokupna boja.

Kada je “Ane”, po prijedlogu predstavnika “Viktora Lenca”, zaustavljena u Sjevernoj luci sa “štivama” punim građevinskog željeza za naručitelja u Sjevernoj Africi, kompanija je ostala bez novca i pomorcima više nije isplaćivala plaće, utvrdio je Giovanelli.

Vlasnik broda “Ane” jučer je na Trgovačkom sudu trebao biti ispitan u predmetu u kojem “Brodotrogir” od “Fractal Shippinga” još od 2012. potražuje 48.000 eura za popravak dijela pomoćnog stroja broda “Ane”.

Bivši direktor trogirskog remonta i dvojica rukovoditelja posvjedočili su kako je popravljen dio generatora koji je i danas ispravan.

Kazali su i da se radovi na brodovima mogu obavljati jedino na temelju naloga brodovlasnika, te da je problem što vlasnik “Ane” nije tražio da se utvrdi i uzrok kvara.U sudnici se mogla čuti samo strana predstavnika “Brodotrogira”, dok će Giovanelli svoj iskaz dati na ročištu najavljenom za ožujak iduće godine.

“Fractal Shipping”, inače, tvrdi da trogirski škver nije popravio generator, jer je ponovno došlo do kvara zbog kojeg se nakon uplovljavanja u luku nije moglo upravljati dizalicom, te da su tada kvar uklonili radnici pulskog “Uljanik Tesua” kojem je popravak -plaćen.
