Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak donio je zaključke kojima se udrugama branitelja "Dar mora" i udruzi branitelja i invalida "Karet" ukida mogućnost da ubuduće postavljaju štandove u Marmontovoj ulici.

Prvi akt gradonačelnika zove se "Zaključak o ukidanju Zaključka o neposrednoj dodjeli u zakup javne gradske površine – lok. br. 26, Braniteljskoj udruzi ‘Dar mora‘, za postavljanje štanda na anagrafskoj oznaci Marmontova ulica".

Drugi Zaključak se zove "Zaključak o ukidanju Zaključka o neposrednoj dodjeli u zakup javne površine za postavljanje štanda na lokaciji broj 18, Marmontova ulica, Udruzi branitelja i invalida ‘Karet‘".

Upitali smo Ured Grada zašto je gradonačelnik ovo učinio, a odgovor smo dobili od njegova zamjenika Bojana Ivoševića.

– Što se tiče vašeg upita, navedeni zakupci su dobili atraktivne lokacije bez ikakvog natječaja još 2017. godine, stoga im se ugovor dosad obnavljao iz godine u godinu.

Kako su im ugovori istekli, a nemamo namjeru takav sadržaj dodatno zadržavati u staroj gradskoj jezgri jer nije u skladu s konzervatorskim smjernicama, zaključci su poništeni – objašnjava Ivošević, koji najavljuje kako ovo nije kraj čišćenja Marmontove od štandova.

– Dugoročno će Marmontova biti oslobođena od štandova koji su uzrok brojnih kritika građana, te sukladno konzervatorskim smjernicama za staru gradsku jezgru tu ne bi trebali niti biti. Nažalost, pred kraj mandata, bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara je raspisao novi natječaj, pa većina njih ima ugovore do 1. siječnja 2025. te će do tada biti u Marmontovoj – odgovorio je Ivošević.

Inače, u aktima koje je donio Puljak navode se brojevi "Službenih glasnika" u kojima su njegovi prethodnici dodijelili lokacije u Marmontovoj braniteljskim udrugama. Tako se može vidjeti da je 1. lipnja 2016. udruzi branitelja "Dar mora" Ivo Baldasar neposredno dodijelio u zakup lokaciju u Marmontovoj, za štand namijenjen za trgovinu, površine dva četvorna metra, po najmu od 600 kuna mjesečno.

U rujnu 2017. Andro Krstulović Opara je izveo izmjenu tako što je površina za postavu štanda smanjena na 1,5 "kvadrata", a lokacija u Marmontovoj i cijena najma su ostale iste.

Udruga branitelja i invalida "Karet" dobila je na samom kraju Baldasarova mandata, 23. ožujka 2017. neposrednom dodjelom, u zakup lokaciju u Marmontovoj ulici za štand od dva četvorna metra uz najam od 600 kuna mjesečno. Nedugo zatim privremeno vođenje grada je preuzela povjerenica Vlade RH Branka Ramljak.

Ukratko, čak dva gradonačelnika su na koncu svojih mandata omogućili udrugama branitelja korištenje štanda u Marmontovoj ulici i produženje ugovora. Puljkovim zaključcima uklonilo se one kojima su, kako tvrdi Ivošević, istekli ugovori.

Ostali kojima je Opara produžio ugovore do 1. siječnja 2025. moći će prodavati na štandu najduže do Silvestrova 2024. godine. Ali već u prvim satima Nove 2025. godine sadašnja gradska vlast ne želi vidjeti njihove štandove u Marmontovoj.

Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak donio je zaključke kojima se udrugama branitelja "Dar mora" i udruzi branitelja i invalida "Karet" ukida mogućnost da ubuduće postavljaju štandove u Marmontovoj ulici.

Prvi akt gradonačelnika zove se "Zaključak o ukidanju Zaključka o neposrednoj dodjeli u zakup javne gradske površine – lok. br. 26, Braniteljskoj udruzi ‘Dar mora‘, za postavljanje štanda na anagrafskoj oznaci Marmontova ulica".

Drugi Zaključak se zove "Zaključak o ukidanju Zaključka o neposrednoj dodjeli u zakup javne površine za postavljanje štanda na lokaciji broj 18, Marmontova ulica, Udruzi branitelja i invalida ‘Karet‘".

Upitali smo Ured Grada zašto je gradonačelnik ovo učinio, a odgovor smo dobili od njegova zamjenika Bojana Ivoševića.

– Što se tiče vašeg upita, navedeni zakupci su dobili atraktivne lokacije bez ikakvog natječaja još 2017. godine, stoga im se ugovor dosad obnavljao iz godine u godinu.

Kako su im ugovori istekli, a nemamo namjeru takav sadržaj dodatno zadržavati u staroj gradskoj jezgri jer nije u skladu s konzervatorskim smjernicama, zaključci su poništeni – objašnjava Ivošević, koji najavljuje kako ovo nije kraj čišćenja Marmontove od štandova.

– Dugoročno će Marmontova biti oslobođena od štandova koji su uzrok brojnih kritika građana, te sukladno konzervatorskim smjernicama za staru gradsku jezgru tu ne bi trebali niti biti. Nažalost, pred kraj mandata, bivši gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara je raspisao novi natječaj, pa većina njih ima ugovore do 1. siječnja 2025. te će do tada biti u Marmontovoj – odgovorio je Ivošević.

Inače, u aktima koje je donio Puljak navode se brojevi "Službenih glasnika" u kojima su njegovi prethodnici dodijelili lokacije u Marmontovoj braniteljskim udrugama. Tako se može vidjeti da je 1. lipnja 2016. udruzi branitelja "Dar mora" Ivo Baldasar neposredno dodijelio u zakup lokaciju u Marmontovoj, za štand namijenjen za trgovinu, površine dva četvorna metra, po najmu od 600 kuna mjesečno.

U rujnu 2017. Andro Krstulović Opara je izveo izmjenu tako što je površina za postavu štanda smanjena na 1,5 "kvadrata", a lokacija u Marmontovoj i cijena najma su ostale iste.

Udruga branitelja i invalida "Karet" dobila je na samom kraju Baldasarova mandata, 23. ožujka 2017. neposrednom dodjelom, u zakup lokaciju u Marmontovoj ulici za štand od dva četvorna metra uz najam od 600 kuna mjesečno. Nedugo zatim privremeno vođenje grada je preuzela povjerenica Vlade RH Branka Ramljak.

Ukratko, čak dva gradonačelnika su na koncu svojih mandata omogućili udrugama branitelja korištenje štanda u Marmontovoj ulici i produženje ugovora. Puljkovim zaključcima uklonilo se one kojima su, kako tvrdi Ivošević, istekli ugovori.

Ostali kojima je Opara produžio ugovore do 1. siječnja 2025. moći će prodavati na štandu najduže do Silvestrova 2024. godine. Ali već u prvim satima Nove 2025. godine sadašnja gradska vlast ne želi vidjeti njihove štandove u Marmontovoj.
