[alias] => hoci-li-proci-prijedlog-nagodbe-promet-placa-32-milijuna-kn [catid] => 253 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Na prvoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća u ovoj godini koja će se održati u četvrtak, 12. veljače, gradske vijećnike dočekat će 33 točke dnevnog reda. Pred lokalnim zastupnicima naći će se, između ostalog, prijedlog nagodbe između „Prometa“ i slovenskog „A-Cosmosa“ „teške“ 32 milijuna kuna bez kamata na rok od četiri godine, a sve zbog neplaćenih vozila koja su 90-ih godina od Slovenaca uzeti na leasing.

Ako vijećnici prihvate nagodbu, Promet će do 2018. godine kvartalno plaćati taj iznos, a Grad će u slučaju nemogućnosti ispunjenja obveze biti solidarni dužnik. Također, u nagodbi stoji da se odobrava i hipoteka nad Prometovim nekretninama kao osiguranje naplate dugovanja.

Pred vijećnicima će se naći i aneks ugovora između Grada Splita i „Parkova i nasada“ zbog zemljišta koje je Grad od ove komunalne tvrtke kupio na Pazdigradu zbog izgradnje škole i vrtića, a nije im po ugovoru platio cijenu od 16 milijuna kuna. Aneksom ugovora Grad “Parkovima” nudi zamjenska zemljišta na Karepovcu i u Kaštel Štafiliću koja vrijede 12, 8 milijuna kuna, a razliku od 3,8 milijuna platio bi u 24 jednaka mjesečna obroka.

Nadalje, na dnevnom redu je konačno zaključenje nagodbe pred Uredom državne uprave za isplatu naknade od 1,25 milijuna kuna za oduzetu zemlju vlasnicima na trasi Bračke ulice kako bi se stvorili preduvjeti za izgradnju ove prometnice.

Vijećnici će raspravljati i o radu gradonačelnika u drugoj polovini 2014. godine, a pred njima će biti prijedlog razriješenja Snježane Lisičić, ravnateljice Centra Zlatna Vrata i imenovanje Tamare Visković za novu čelnu ženu ove ustanove, kao i prijedlog da do izbora nove ravnateljice Muzeja Grada Splita v.d. bude i dalje Elvira Šarić Kostić.

Pred lokalnim zastupnicima naći će se, između ostalog, prijedlog nagodbe između „Prometa“ i slovenskog „A-Cosmosa“ „teške“ 32 milijuna kuna bez kamata na rok od četiri godine, a sve zbog neplaćenih vozila koja su 90-ih godina od Slovenaca uzeti na leasing.

Ako vijećnici prihvate nagodbu, Promet će do 2018. godine kvartalno plaćati taj iznos, a Grad će u slučaju nemogućnosti ispunjenja obveze biti solidarni dužnik. Također, u nagodbi stoji da se odobrava i hipoteka nad Prometovim nekretninama kao osiguranje naplate dugovanja.

Pred vijećnicima će se naći i aneks ugovora između Grada Splita i „Parkova i nasada“ zbog zemljišta koje je Grad od ove komunalne tvrtke kupio na Pazdigradu zbog izgradnje škole i vrtića, a nije im po ugovoru platio cijenu od 16 milijuna kuna. Aneksom ugovora Grad “Parkovima” nudi zamjenska zemljišta na Karepovcu i u Kaštel Štafiliću koja vrijede 12, 8 milijuna kuna, a razliku od 3,8 milijuna platio bi u 24 jednaka mjesečna obroka.

Nadalje, na dnevnom redu je konačno zaključenje nagodbe pred Uredom državne uprave za isplatu naknade od 1,25 milijuna kuna za oduzetu zemlju vlasnicima na trasi Bračke ulice kako bi se stvorili preduvjeti za izgradnju ove prometnice.

Vijećnici će raspravljati i o radu gradonačelnika u drugoj polovini 2014. godine, a pred njima će biti prijedlog razriješenja Snježane Lisičić, ravnateljice Centra Zlatna Vrata i imenovanje Tamare Visković za novu čelnu ženu ove ustanove, kao i prijedlog da do izbora nove ravnateljice Muzeja Grada Splita v.d. bude i dalje Elvira Šarić Kostić.

Na prvoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća u ovoj godini koja će se održati u četvrtak, 12. veljače, gradske vijećnike dočekat će 33 točke dnevnog reda. Pred lokalnim zastupnicima naći će se, između ostalog, prijedlog nagodbe između „Prometa“ i slovenskog „A-Cosmosa“ „teške“ 32 milijuna kuna bez kamata na rok od četiri godine, a sve zbog neplaćenih vozila koja su 90-ih godina od Slovenaca uzeti na leasing.
