Megajahta, prekrasna i moćna, doplovila je do iste takve uvale - prekrasne i čarobne. Doplovila do uvale Kašjuni i usidrila se. Kako niti jedan brod nije sigurno vezan samo jednim vezom, osim sidra mornari s jahte su je privezali uz siku. Jedan kraj u moru, drugi na obali.
- Ako to nije zabranjeno - onda je dozvoljeno, a u to čisto sumnjam - kazao nam je čitatelj, poslavši nam fotografiju.
Provjerili smo s lučkim vlastima koliko često se ovako što događa, naplaćuju li kazne "krivoveznicima", smetaju li jahte plovnim putovima... Svatko rođen uz more jako dobro zna koliko ono varljivo zna biti, baš kao i što ga život nauči da privezani brod mora biti dovoljno čvrsto vezan da ga valovi i vjetar ne bacaju prema obali ili prema susjednim plovilima, a opet mora biti i opušteno vezan, da izdrži morska gibanja. Znajući sve to nazvali smo inženjera Ivicu Vuletića, voditelja odjela za upravljanje i nadzor pomorskog prometa, kao i poslova traganja i spašavanja u splitskoj Lučkoj kapetaniji.
- Prilikom odabiranja mjesta za sidrenje osoba koja upravlja plovnim objektom mora voditi računa o mjestima gdje je sidrenje zabranjeno kao i o usidrenim plovnim objektima. Sidrenjem se ne smije ometati plovidba drugih plovnih objekata. Što se tiče zabrane sidrenja, isto je zabranjeno u prostorima uređenih i ograđenih plaža, u kanalima, tjesnacima, prilazima lukama, područjima iznad podmorskih instalacija, na udaljenosti do 150 metara od nautičkog sidrišta u pravcu pučine i akvatoriju od nautičkog sidrišta prema obali - nabrojao nam je Vuletić.
A onda se osvrnuo na konkretan primjer s naše fotografije.
- Plovilo se usidrilo na mjestu gdje sidrenje nije zabranjeno. Odgovornost je na zapovjedniku plovila da svojim postupcima ne ugrožava ostale sudionike u pomorskom prometu - jasan je bio.
Inače, prekršajne sankcije za eventualne počinitelje prekršaja iznose od tri do 50 tisuća kuna. S obzirom na područje nadležnosti Lučke kapetanija Split i s obzirom na broj plovila, pogotovo u sezoni, možemo reći da je broj ovakvih slučajeva – malen.
Zapovjednik i član posade mora obavljati poslove na brodu, brodici ili jahti, u skladu sa svojim dužnostima propisanim Pomorskim Zakonikom, drugim propisima i pravilima navigacije, kao i drugim propisima doneseni temeljem Pomorskog zakona iz područja sigurnosti plovidbe, zaštite ljudskih života na moru i zaštite morskog okoliša.
- Imamo povećanje dolaska stranih jahti i brodica za isti period u odnosu na 2021 godinu za 28 posto. S obzirom na povećanje broja plovila kao i broja turista kontrole su svakodnevne, pa je i povećan broj prekršitelja. Prekršaji koji su sankcionirani najčešći su glisiranje, prekrcaj putnika, strana plovila bez vinjete - veli nam Vuletić, pa koristi priliku ponoviti svima:
- Kako bi zaštitili vlastite živote i živote ostalih sudionika u pomorskom prometu nautičari se pozivaju da:
da prate vremensku prognozu prije i tijekom plovidbe, da u slučaju nezgode na moru kontaktiraju broj 195, da ne upravljaju plovilom pod utjecajem alkohola i drugih opijata, da se ne udaljavaju plovilom od obale više nego je dozvoljeno, da ne glisiraju u području bližem od 300 metara od obale. Obavezno moraju prije isplovljenja provjeriti stanje plovila i opreme, kao i potrebnu količinu goriva i ne smiju prekrcavati plovilo iznad dozvoljenog broja putnika - veli Vuletić.
Odgovornost za poštivanje propisa je isključivo u nadležnosti pojedinaca koji sudjeluju u pomorskom prometu - vrime je da se toga počnemo i držati.

Megajahta, prekrasna i moćna, doplovila je do iste takve uvale - prekrasne i čarobne. Doplovila do uvale Kašjuni i usidrila se. Kako niti jedan brod nije sigurno vezan samo jednim vezom, osim sidra mornari s jahte su je privezali uz siku. Jedan kraj u moru, drugi na obali.
- Ako to nije zabranjeno - onda je dozvoljeno, a u to čisto sumnjam - kazao nam je čitatelj, poslavši nam fotografiju.
Provjerili smo s lučkim vlastima koliko često se ovako što događa, naplaćuju li kazne "krivoveznicima", smetaju li jahte plovnim putovima... Svatko rođen uz more jako dobro zna koliko ono varljivo zna biti, baš kao i što ga život nauči da privezani brod mora biti dovoljno čvrsto vezan da ga valovi i vjetar ne bacaju prema obali ili prema susjednim plovilima, a opet mora biti i opušteno vezan, da izdrži morska gibanja. Znajući sve to nazvali smo inženjera Ivicu Vuletića, voditelja odjela za upravljanje i nadzor pomorskog prometa, kao i poslova traganja i spašavanja u splitskoj Lučkoj kapetaniji.
- Prilikom odabiranja mjesta za sidrenje osoba koja upravlja plovnim objektom mora voditi računa o mjestima gdje je sidrenje zabranjeno kao i o usidrenim plovnim objektima. Sidrenjem se ne smije ometati plovidba drugih plovnih objekata. Što se tiče zabrane sidrenja, isto je zabranjeno u prostorima uređenih i ograđenih plaža, u kanalima, tjesnacima, prilazima lukama, područjima iznad podmorskih instalacija, na udaljenosti do 150 metara od nautičkog sidrišta u pravcu pučine i akvatoriju od nautičkog sidrišta prema obali - nabrojao nam je Vuletić.
A onda se osvrnuo na konkretan primjer s naše fotografije.
- Plovilo se usidrilo na mjestu gdje sidrenje nije zabranjeno. Odgovornost je na zapovjedniku plovila da svojim postupcima ne ugrožava ostale sudionike u pomorskom prometu - jasan je bio.
Inače, prekršajne sankcije za eventualne počinitelje prekršaja iznose od tri do 50 tisuća kuna. S obzirom na područje nadležnosti Lučke kapetanija Split i s obzirom na broj plovila, pogotovo u sezoni, možemo reći da je broj ovakvih slučajeva – malen.
Zapovjednik i član posade mora obavljati poslove na brodu, brodici ili jahti, u skladu sa svojim dužnostima propisanim Pomorskim Zakonikom, drugim propisima i pravilima navigacije, kao i drugim propisima doneseni temeljem Pomorskog zakona iz područja sigurnosti plovidbe, zaštite ljudskih života na moru i zaštite morskog okoliša.
- Imamo povećanje dolaska stranih jahti i brodica za isti period u odnosu na 2021 godinu za 28 posto. S obzirom na povećanje broja plovila kao i broja turista kontrole su svakodnevne, pa je i povećan broj prekršitelja. Prekršaji koji su sankcionirani najčešći su glisiranje, prekrcaj putnika, strana plovila bez vinjete - veli nam Vuletić, pa koristi priliku ponoviti svima:
- Kako bi zaštitili vlastite živote i živote ostalih sudionika u pomorskom prometu nautičari se pozivaju da:
da prate vremensku prognozu prije i tijekom plovidbe, da u slučaju nezgode na moru kontaktiraju broj 195, da ne upravljaju plovilom pod utjecajem alkohola i drugih opijata, da se ne udaljavaju plovilom od obale više nego je dozvoljeno, da ne glisiraju u području bližem od 300 metara od obale. Obavezno moraju prije isplovljenja provjeriti stanje plovila i opreme, kao i potrebnu količinu goriva i ne smiju prekrcavati plovilo iznad dozvoljenog broja putnika - veli Vuletić.
Odgovornost za poštivanje propisa je isključivo u nadležnosti pojedinaca koji sudjeluju u pomorskom prometu - vrime je da se toga počnemo i držati.
