U trenutku kada gradonačelnik i njegovi zamjenici napuste svoje mjesto, davši ostavku, kao u našem splitskom slučaju, tada Vlada Republike Hrvatske šalje u grad povjerenika.
Povjerenik je sa svojim skučenim ovlastima zadužen za "hladni" pogon grada, treba voditi računa o tome da se ne donese neka odluka koja će štetiti gradu ali isto tako voditi računa i o tome da se zbog nečinjenja ne našteti gradu.

Detaljnije nam je objasnila pravila profesorica Branka Ramljak, sada gradska vijećnica, a ne tako davno i sama povjerenica za Split.
- U vrijeme kad sam ja bila povjerenica bilo mi je važno da se sve što se radilo vezano uz OŠ Žnjan Pazdigrad nastavi, jer bi tri mjeseca nečinjenja značilo da se škola neće otvoriti u rujnu 2017. Uspjela sam donijeti i odluku o isplati stipendija studentima za tri mjeseca koliko mi je bilo trajanje mandata. Prethodno im nažalost nije bila isplaćena niti jedna stipendija, prisjetila se profesorica.
- Stalno sam bila u komunikaciji s Ministarstvom uprave, uvijek su mi govorili da trebam sama procijeniti hoće li odluka biti dobra za građane ili ako je neću donijeti, opet trebam procijeniti činim li time štetu zbog nečinjenja. Bilo je to i vrijeme intenzivnih kulturno umjetničkih i sportskih te vjerskih aktivnosti oko zaštitnika našeg grada Svetog Duje. Svakako, bilo je to vrlo zanimljivo razdoblje koje sam zajedno sa gradskom administracijom, nadam se uspješno premostila do izbora novog gradonačelnika, veli nam.

Devedeset dana, ili možda koji tjedan duže, ako se na izbor gradonačelnika bude odlučivalo u drugom krugu, povjerenik će biti alfa i omega. Grad uz njega mora normalno funkcionirati, obaveze preuzete u prethodnim razdobljima koje dospijevaju u periodu njegova mandata moraju biti dovedeni do kraja. Ne smije preuzimati neke obaveze koje bi mogle prouzročiti štetu ili doći na naplatu u nekom sljedećem razdoblju.

U trenutku kada gradonačelnik i njegovi zamjenici napuste svoje mjesto, davši ostavku, kao u našem splitskom slučaju, tada Vlada Republike Hrvatske šalje u grad povjerenika.
Povjerenik je sa svojim skučenim ovlastima zadužen za "hladni" pogon grada, treba voditi računa o tome da se ne donese neka odluka koja će štetiti gradu ali isto tako voditi računa i o tome da se zbog nečinjenja ne našteti gradu.

Detaljnije nam je objasnila pravila profesorica Branka Ramljak, sada gradska vijećnica, a ne tako davno i sama povjerenica za Split.
- U vrijeme kad sam ja bila povjerenica bilo mi je važno da se sve što se radilo vezano uz OŠ Žnjan Pazdigrad nastavi, jer bi tri mjeseca nečinjenja značilo da se škola neće otvoriti u rujnu 2017. Uspjela sam donijeti i odluku o isplati stipendija studentima za tri mjeseca koliko mi je bilo trajanje mandata. Prethodno im nažalost nije bila isplaćena niti jedna stipendija, prisjetila se profesorica.
- Stalno sam bila u komunikaciji s Ministarstvom uprave, uvijek su mi govorili da trebam sama procijeniti hoće li odluka biti dobra za građane ili ako je neću donijeti, opet trebam procijeniti činim li time štetu zbog nečinjenja. Bilo je to i vrijeme intenzivnih kulturno umjetničkih i sportskih te vjerskih aktivnosti oko zaštitnika našeg grada Svetog Duje. Svakako, bilo je to vrlo zanimljivo razdoblje koje sam zajedno sa gradskom administracijom, nadam se uspješno premostila do izbora novog gradonačelnika, veli nam.

Devedeset dana, ili možda koji tjedan duže, ako se na izbor gradonačelnika bude odlučivalo u drugom krugu, povjerenik će biti alfa i omega. Grad uz njega mora normalno funkcionirati, obaveze preuzete u prethodnim razdobljima koje dospijevaju u periodu njegova mandata moraju biti dovedeni do kraja. Ne smije preuzimati neke obaveze koje bi mogle prouzročiti štetu ili doći na naplatu u nekom sljedećem razdoblju.
