Pa da nisu kadri dvadeset, pazite, dvadeset godina asfaltirati ovaj makadam, praktički u centru grada. Ne ide mi to nikako u glavu... Ovo je ogromna gradska sramota – riječi su stanovnice Tršćanske ulice koje smo prenijeli u članku iz 2015. godine.

Od tad se nije puno toga promijenilo. U međuvremenu su samo proletjele godine tako da nam jedino preostaje dočekati 30. obljetnicu postojanja takve "gradske sramote".

Riječ je o zemljanoj, neuređenoj površini koja spaja sjeverni kraj Tršćanske sa Smiljanićevom ulicom. U važećem Generalno urbanističkom planu na tom mjestu treba prolaziti sabirna ulica, ali su neriješeni imovinsko pravni odnosi spriječili takav logičan potez.

Neuređena zemljana površina nekoliko puta se nasipala, krpala, ravnala i sanirala, ali se nikada nije uredila kako spada.

Cijelo to vrijeme svakodnevno tim putem prometuje previše automobila čiji su vlasnici morali sanirati i materijalnu štetu zbog katastrofalnog stanja izraubanog zemljišta. Međutim, nemaju izbora, primorani su neadekvatnu površinu koristiti kao parkiralište ili kao cestovni spoj tih dviju ulica, ali i Dubrovačke.

I ovoj garnituri gradske vlasti poslali smo isti upit kao i prošlom gradonačelniku, ali i onom pretprošlom, i onom prije njega…

Zanimalo nas je kad bi mogli očekivati početak rješavanja imovinsko-pravnih odnosa kako bi se riješio taj problem i konačno izgradila cesta na mjestu na kojem nikad nije postojala.

- Izgradnja prometnice spoj Tršćanske i Smiljanićeve ulice u Splitu je u postupku izvlaštenja odnosno u završnoj fazi uređivanja imovinsko-pravnih odnosa. Izvršeno je osiguranje dokaza, ishođene su procijene, provedena su dva ispravna zemljišnoknjižna postupka u svrhu uknjižbe Grada Splita na zemljište koje je isplaćeno fizičkim osobama još u prvoj fazi izgradnje prije 30 godina a na koje nije bila moguća uknjižba radi sporova između grada Splita i stambene zadruge "Predvodnik".

Nakon izdvajanja potrebnih sredstava na poseban račun od strane Grada, bit će moguće dokazati pravni interes u postupku ishođenja građevinske dozvole koja je preduvjet za građenje - odgovorili su iz Banovine.

Ukratko, imovinsko-pravni odnosi za Grad se kreću u pozitivnom smjeru, ali vrlo lagano, a tek se trebaju pronaći sredstva u proračunu s kojima bi se kupilo zemljište.

Koliko je taj spoj važan, dovoljno govori podatak da je prije tjedan dana tim uskim grlom bio blokiran promet na sat vremena jer kamion "Čistoće" nije mogao proći zbog nepropisno parkiranih automobila.

Zamislite, nepropisno parkirani tamo gdje nema nikakvog reda i dogovora. Reagirali su prometni redari, kaznili su vlasnika nepropisno parkiranog vozila, ali nije pomoglo radnicima "Čistoće" koji su svejedno trebali čekati pomicanje nekoliko automobila kako bi uopće mogli nastaviti sa svojim poslom.

Iz Grada nisu precizirali kada namjeravaju izdvojiti sredstva u proračunu za uređenje problematične površine, ali je jasno da ćemo se čekati još neko vrijeme i vrlo vjerojatno "proslaviti" tri desetljeća rugla na spoju Tršćanske i Smiljanićeve.

Pa da nisu kadri dvadeset, pazite, dvadeset godina asfaltirati ovaj makadam, praktički u centru grada. Ne ide mi to nikako u glavu... Ovo je ogromna gradska sramota – riječi su stanovnice Tršćanske ulice koje smo prenijeli u članku iz 2015. godine.

Od tad se nije puno toga promijenilo. U međuvremenu su samo proletjele godine tako da nam jedino preostaje dočekati 30. obljetnicu postojanja takve "gradske sramote".

Riječ je o zemljanoj, neuređenoj površini koja spaja sjeverni kraj Tršćanske sa Smiljanićevom ulicom. U važećem Generalno urbanističkom planu na tom mjestu treba prolaziti sabirna ulica, ali su neriješeni imovinsko pravni odnosi spriječili takav logičan potez.

Neuređena zemljana površina nekoliko puta se nasipala, krpala, ravnala i sanirala, ali se nikada nije uredila kako spada.

Cijelo to vrijeme svakodnevno tim putem prometuje previše automobila čiji su vlasnici morali sanirati i materijalnu štetu zbog katastrofalnog stanja izraubanog zemljišta. Međutim, nemaju izbora, primorani su neadekvatnu površinu koristiti kao parkiralište ili kao cestovni spoj tih dviju ulica, ali i Dubrovačke.

I ovoj garnituri gradske vlasti poslali smo isti upit kao i prošlom gradonačelniku, ali i onom pretprošlom, i onom prije njega…

Zanimalo nas je kad bi mogli očekivati početak rješavanja imovinsko-pravnih odnosa kako bi se riješio taj problem i konačno izgradila cesta na mjestu na kojem nikad nije postojala.

- Izgradnja prometnice spoj Tršćanske i Smiljanićeve ulice u Splitu je u postupku izvlaštenja odnosno u završnoj fazi uređivanja imovinsko-pravnih odnosa. Izvršeno je osiguranje dokaza, ishođene su procijene, provedena su dva ispravna zemljišnoknjižna postupka u svrhu uknjižbe Grada Splita na zemljište koje je isplaćeno fizičkim osobama još u prvoj fazi izgradnje prije 30 godina a na koje nije bila moguća uknjižba radi sporova između grada Splita i stambene zadruge "Predvodnik".

Nakon izdvajanja potrebnih sredstava na poseban račun od strane Grada, bit će moguće dokazati pravni interes u postupku ishođenja građevinske dozvole koja je preduvjet za građenje - odgovorili su iz Banovine.

Ukratko, imovinsko-pravni odnosi za Grad se kreću u pozitivnom smjeru, ali vrlo lagano, a tek se trebaju pronaći sredstva u proračunu s kojima bi se kupilo zemljište.

Koliko je taj spoj važan, dovoljno govori podatak da je prije tjedan dana tim uskim grlom bio blokiran promet na sat vremena jer kamion "Čistoće" nije mogao proći zbog nepropisno parkiranih automobila.

Zamislite, nepropisno parkirani tamo gdje nema nikakvog reda i dogovora. Reagirali su prometni redari, kaznili su vlasnika nepropisno parkiranog vozila, ali nije pomoglo radnicima "Čistoće" koji su svejedno trebali čekati pomicanje nekoliko automobila kako bi uopće mogli nastaviti sa svojim poslom.

Iz Grada nisu precizirali kada namjeravaju izdvojiti sredstva u proračunu za uređenje problematične površine, ali je jasno da ćemo se čekati još neko vrijeme i vrlo vjerojatno "proslaviti" tri desetljeća rugla na spoju Tršćanske i Smiljanićeve.
