- Moje političke protivnike očigledno je uhvatila panika što ću se ponovno kandidirati za splitskoga gradonačelnika, pa me preko svojih "glasnogovornika" žele diskreditirati iznoseći laži u medijima. Ova posljednja izjava Marinka Biškića, vlasnika tvrtke "Nadalina", da mu ja dugujem 350 tisuća kuna je čista laž i ništa drugo. Želi me se na sve moguće načine ocrniti u javnosti, ali ovakve izjave više govore o njima samima nego o meni. Zbog ove izjave koju je dao "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji" tužit ću gospodina Marinka Biškića. Dapače, ne da ne dugujem Marinku Biškiću nego ne dugujem nikome ništa, a potražujem puno novca od raznih dobavljača, s kojima sam radio proteklih dvadesetak godina. Zbog čega je Biškić istupio u javnost s ovom laži to samo zna on, vjerojatno ima svoju političku opciju, koja je moja konkurencija, pa joj se na ovaj način želi dodvoriti - kazao nam je Željko Kerum, kojega je poznati splitski meštar čokolade prozvao za dug od 350 tisuća kuna.
Tvrtka "Kerum" je, prema riječima samoga Keruma, poslovala 22 godine od 1990. do 2012. godine i u tom je razdoblju bila među pet vodećih tvrtki u Hrvatskoj.
- Redovito smo servisirali sve svoje obveze i radili godišnje 1,5 milijardi kuna prometa. Dobavljači koji su svoju robu i proizvode plasirali preko tvrtke "Kerum" na tržište praktično su tako i postali brendovi prepoznatljivi na hrvatskom tržištu. Ni od koga tvrtka "Kerum" nije tražila da plasira svoju robu na tržište preko naših dućana. Svi su oni molili i dolazili nama, da mi uzmemo njihovu robu i da je stavimo na svoje police. U ove 22 godine što su radili s tvrtkom "Kerum" svi su dobavljači imali ogroman prihod od prodaje svojih proizvoda preko tvrtke "Kerum" - kazuje Željko Kerum.
Kako nam je rekao, poslove sa svim dobavljačima je dogovarao menadžment tvrtke "Kerum".
- Ja sam poslovanje svoje tvrtke prepustio drugima još 2008. godine, kada sam ušao u politiku. Ti dobavljači su morali tvrtki "Kerum" odobravati uredbu kalo, lom i rastur, što se nije događalo. (Kalo, lom i rastur je Uredba o količini rashoda na koji se ne plaća porez na dodanu vrijednost. Rashodom se smatraju gubici koji nastaju pri manipulaciji dobrima kao posljedica prirodnih utjecaja, tehnološkog procesa ili kao posljedica poduzimanja neophodnih radnji u postupku proizvodnje i prometa dobara, op.a.). Stoga je vrlo upitno tko kome i što duguje. Ja ću na osnovi kalo, loma i rastura tražiti nadoknadu štete od dobavljača, a vjerujte mi, ta šteta nije mala - istaknuo je Kerum.
On je siguran u svoju istinu i ne boji se ni jednog sudskog procesa.
- Postoje institucije i sudovi u ovoj zemlji, pa će oni odlučiti tko komu i što duguje. Ja Marinku Biškiću nisam dužan ni kune - zaključuje Željko Kerum.
Vjeruje u pravnu državu
Kada smo Kerumu spomenuli da njegovi vjerovnici potražuju 1,5 milijardi kuna, da je 715 njegovih dobavljača prijavilo tražbine u predstečajnom postupku, te da je na popisu i 110 javnih ustanova koje žele namiriti potraživanja, Kerum je smireno odgovorio:

- Moje političke protivnike očigledno je uhvatila panika što ću se ponovno kandidirati za splitskoga gradonačelnika, pa me preko svojih "glasnogovornika" žele diskreditirati iznoseći laži u medijima. Ova posljednja izjava Marinka Biškića, vlasnika tvrtke "Nadalina", da mu ja dugujem 350 tisuća kuna je čista laž i ništa drugo. Želi me se na sve moguće načine ocrniti u javnosti, ali ovakve izjave više govore o njima samima nego o meni. Zbog ove izjave koju je dao "Slobodnoj Dalmaciji" tužit ću gospodina Marinka Biškića. Dapače, ne da ne dugujem Marinku Biškiću nego ne dugujem nikome ništa, a potražujem puno novca od raznih dobavljača, s kojima sam radio proteklih dvadesetak godina. Zbog čega je Biškić istupio u javnost s ovom laži to samo zna on, vjerojatno ima svoju političku opciju, koja je moja konkurencija, pa joj se na ovaj način želi dodvoriti - kazao nam je Željko Kerum, kojega je poznati splitski meštar čokolade prozvao za dug od 350 tisuća kuna.
Tvrtka "Kerum" je, prema riječima samoga Keruma, poslovala 22 godine od 1990. do 2012. godine i u tom je razdoblju bila među pet vodećih tvrtki u Hrvatskoj.
- Redovito smo servisirali sve svoje obveze i radili godišnje 1,5 milijardi kuna prometa. Dobavljači koji su svoju robu i proizvode plasirali preko tvrtke "Kerum" na tržište praktično su tako i postali brendovi prepoznatljivi na hrvatskom tržištu. Ni od koga tvrtka "Kerum" nije tražila da plasira svoju robu na tržište preko naših dućana. Svi su oni molili i dolazili nama, da mi uzmemo njihovu robu i da je stavimo na svoje police. U ove 22 godine što su radili s tvrtkom "Kerum" svi su dobavljači imali ogroman prihod od prodaje svojih proizvoda preko tvrtke "Kerum" - kazuje Željko Kerum.
Kako nam je rekao, poslove sa svim dobavljačima je dogovarao menadžment tvrtke "Kerum".
- Ja sam poslovanje svoje tvrtke prepustio drugima još 2008. godine, kada sam ušao u politiku. Ti dobavljači su morali tvrtki "Kerum" odobravati uredbu kalo, lom i rastur, što se nije događalo. (Kalo, lom i rastur je Uredba o količini rashoda na koji se ne plaća porez na dodanu vrijednost. Rashodom se smatraju gubici koji nastaju pri manipulaciji dobrima kao posljedica prirodnih utjecaja, tehnološkog procesa ili kao posljedica poduzimanja neophodnih radnji u postupku proizvodnje i prometa dobara, op.a.). Stoga je vrlo upitno tko kome i što duguje. Ja ću na osnovi kalo, loma i rastura tražiti nadoknadu štete od dobavljača, a vjerujte mi, ta šteta nije mala - istaknuo je Kerum.
On je siguran u svoju istinu i ne boji se ni jednog sudskog procesa.
- Postoje institucije i sudovi u ovoj zemlji, pa će oni odlučiti tko komu i što duguje. Ja Marinku Biškiću nisam dužan ni kune - zaključuje Željko Kerum.
Vjeruje u pravnu državu
Kada smo Kerumu spomenuli da njegovi vjerovnici potražuju 1,5 milijardi kuna, da je 715 njegovih dobavljača prijavilo tražbine u predstečajnom postupku, te da je na popisu i 110 javnih ustanova koje žele namiriti potraživanja, Kerum je smireno odgovorio:
- Postoje sudovi koji će dokazati tko kome koliko i što duguje.
