Odlučili Puljak, Ivošević i Kuzmanić srušiti planine. Zapeli, momci, svojski, ali ne daju se brda tek tako pomaknuti s mjesta. Kao da je lako prizemljiti nešto što se od samog početka gradilo na nepotizmu, korupciji, neradu i javašluku; čvrstim temeljima povezanim najboljim vezivnim materijalom - interesnim sponama jer ruka ruku mije. 

I tako iz mandata u mandat, četiri po četiri godine. Profesionalci u Banovini, gradskim tvrtkama i ustanovama, radni i čestiti ljudi, povlačili su se pred parazitima s vezetinama i putrom na glavi, kao što se, uostalom, povlače i drugdje po Hrvatskoj. Talog je isplivao na površinu.

Kasica prasica 

Odlučili Puljak, Ivošević i Kuzmanić srušiti planine, a gdje god u njih dirnu - zakotrlja se lavina konstrukcija, insinuacija, poluinformacija. Krenuli Splitu, kojem se otvorila proračunska rupa široka 130 milijuna kuna, objedinavanjem javne nabave uštedjeti priličan novac, zakrpati gaće, da bi ih se optužilo za namještanje poslova tvrtki koja odavno posluje s Gradom?!  

Odlučio je, dakle, trojac voditi Split, a da Splićaninu ne gura ruku u džep, pa se začudio što tako nešto mnogima ne odgovara. Grad je, naime, dugo služio raznim političkim opcijama, njihovim donatorima i uvijek manje-više istim privatnim tvrtkama, kao kasica prasica iz koje vadi tko god može i hoće, i kad mu se prohtije.

A u tim "Iancima sreće" bilo je uvezano na tisuće ljudskih karika i sudbina: od direktora kojeg je postavio "xy" iz ove ili one stranke i kooperanata koji su radili s "xy" tvrtkom pa jedino tako dolazili do posla, do zadnjeg uhljebljenog administratora, kućnog majstora ili čistačice.

Iz Grada se izvlačilo, cijedilo, uzimalo, a sad se, eto, Puljak, Ivošević i Kuzmanić ponašaju kao Bračani. Pokušavaju ga voditi domaćinski pa nailaze na otpore. "P(lj)ucaju" na njih sa svih strana i iz svih mogućih oružja.

Najviše je žuči u gradskim tvrtkama. Kako upravljati poduzećima koje mahom vode žestoki politički protivnici koji su već spremili kufere i tek im se ostaje pozdraviti s onima koje su tu zaposlili? 

Nije tajna da se "Splitska obala" punila gotovo isključivo Kerumovim kadrovima, u "ViK-u" i "Parkovima i nasadama", na primjer, cijela je armija radnika bliskih HGS-u, HDZ-u, ali i SDP-u, kao i u "Stanoupravi", zbog koje, tako se piše, vlast puca po šavovima, a ni drugdje nije puno drugačije.

E, sad, to su te planinčuge koje se ne daju razmaknuti jer ne možeš svima dati otkaz, niti svi loše rade svoj posao, dapače, premda je dobar dio njih, što kažu u Bosni, "imo šnjuru", ni to što su se zaposlili odškrinuvši zadnja vrata ne znači da su krali i otaljavali. I da pošteno ne zarađuju svoje. 

Trganje plijena

Zato samo rezultati mogu biti mjerilo. I zato se toga naš "trio rio" mora držati kao pijan plota. Direktori čije tvrtke posluju pozitivno i obavljaju dobro komunalne djelatnosti kojima služe valja ostaviti u sedlu, a druge sjašiti, pa nakon poštenog i fer natječaja izabrati nasljednike na odgovornim mjestima.

To je jedini pravi put. Sve ostalo bi bilo krivo i nalik onome što su radili prethodnici, trgajući rukama i nogama, temeljem koalicijskih sporazuma, gradski plijen.

Bit će još buke i halabuke oko nove splitske vlasti. Neprijatelja je napretek. Opozicija mora, za dobro Splićana, raditi svoje i udarati po njima iz sve snage, ali ne kao Maksim po diviziji, a pozicija će s vladajućim Centrom i dalje surađivati kako tko i tako-tako. Nema tu iskrenosti.

No, prepoznaju li Splićani da se stvari miču s mjesta, kao što su pomaknuti ilegalni kiosci s vrha Rive i Istočne obale, Pujanki..., ako se, velim, bude uvodilo reda poštujući zakone i proceduru, podrška vlasti će jačati. Imao ju je na početku, zbog akcije uklanjanja bespravnih objekata na Žnjanu, i gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, no kad se shvatilo da od uređenja platoa neće biti ništa - istopila se. To je HDZ poslije, među ostalim, stajalo poraza.

Ali i to je politika, usponi i padovi, pobjede i porazi. I planine. Koje ne možeš, a moraš srušiti. Barem pokušati nemoguće pa umiriti savjest. Vlastitu i onih koji su te birali. Koji misle da ti, vi, možete skinuti paučinu u koju se zapleo cijeli jedan grad. I koja mu dugo nije dopuštala zakoračiti naprijed.

Odlučili Puljak, Ivošević i Kuzmanić srušiti planine. Zapeli, momci, svojski, ali ne daju se brda tek tako pomaknuti s mjesta. Kao da je lako prizemljiti nešto što se od samog početka gradilo na nepotizmu, korupciji, neradu i javašluku; čvrstim temeljima povezanim najboljim vezivnim materijalom - interesnim sponama jer ruka ruku mije. 

I tako iz mandata u mandat, četiri po četiri godine. Profesionalci u Banovini, gradskim tvrtkama i ustanovama, radni i čestiti ljudi, povlačili su se pred parazitima s vezetinama i putrom na glavi, kao što se, uostalom, povlače i drugdje po Hrvatskoj. Talog je isplivao na površinu.

Kasica prasica 

Odlučili Puljak, Ivošević i Kuzmanić srušiti planine, a gdje god u njih dirnu - zakotrlja se lavina konstrukcija, insinuacija, poluinformacija. Krenuli Splitu, kojem se otvorila proračunska rupa široka 130 milijuna kuna, objedinavanjem javne nabave uštedjeti priličan novac, zakrpati gaće, da bi ih se optužilo za namještanje poslova tvrtki koja odavno posluje s Gradom?!  

Odlučio je, dakle, trojac voditi Split, a da Splićaninu ne gura ruku u džep, pa se začudio što tako nešto mnogima ne odgovara. Grad je, naime, dugo služio raznim političkim opcijama, njihovim donatorima i uvijek manje-više istim privatnim tvrtkama, kao kasica prasica iz koje vadi tko god može i hoće, i kad mu se prohtije.

A u tim "Iancima sreće" bilo je uvezano na tisuće ljudskih karika i sudbina: od direktora kojeg je postavio "xy" iz ove ili one stranke i kooperanata koji su radili s "xy" tvrtkom pa jedino tako dolazili do posla, do zadnjeg uhljebljenog administratora, kućnog majstora ili čistačice.

Iz Grada se izvlačilo, cijedilo, uzimalo, a sad se, eto, Puljak, Ivošević i Kuzmanić ponašaju kao Bračani. Pokušavaju ga voditi domaćinski pa nailaze na otpore. "P(lj)ucaju" na njih sa svih strana i iz svih mogućih oružja.

Najviše je žuči u gradskim tvrtkama. Kako upravljati poduzećima koje mahom vode žestoki politički protivnici koji su već spremili kufere i tek im se ostaje pozdraviti s onima koje su tu zaposlili? 

Nije tajna da se "Splitska obala" punila gotovo isključivo Kerumovim kadrovima, u "ViK-u" i "Parkovima i nasadama", na primjer, cijela je armija radnika bliskih HGS-u, HDZ-u, ali i SDP-u, kao i u "Stanoupravi", zbog koje, tako se piše, vlast puca po šavovima, a ni drugdje nije puno drugačije.

E, sad, to su te planinčuge koje se ne daju razmaknuti jer ne možeš svima dati otkaz, niti svi loše rade svoj posao, dapače, premda je dobar dio njih, što kažu u Bosni, "imo šnjuru", ni to što su se zaposlili odškrinuvši zadnja vrata ne znači da su krali i otaljavali. I da pošteno ne zarađuju svoje. 

Trganje plijena

Zato samo rezultati mogu biti mjerilo. I zato se toga naš "trio rio" mora držati kao pijan plota. Direktori čije tvrtke posluju pozitivno i obavljaju dobro komunalne djelatnosti kojima služe valja ostaviti u sedlu, a druge sjašiti, pa nakon poštenog i fer natječaja izabrati nasljednike na odgovornim mjestima.

To je jedini pravi put. Sve ostalo bi bilo krivo i nalik onome što su radili prethodnici, trgajući rukama i nogama, temeljem koalicijskih sporazuma, gradski plijen.

Bit će još buke i halabuke oko nove splitske vlasti. Neprijatelja je napretek. Opozicija mora, za dobro Splićana, raditi svoje i udarati po njima iz sve snage, ali ne kao Maksim po diviziji, a pozicija će s vladajućim Centrom i dalje surađivati kako tko i tako-tako. Nema tu iskrenosti.

No, prepoznaju li Splićani da se stvari miču s mjesta, kao što su pomaknuti ilegalni kiosci s vrha Rive i Istočne obale, Pujanki..., ako se, velim, bude uvodilo reda poštujući zakone i proceduru, podrška vlasti će jačati. Imao ju je na početku, zbog akcije uklanjanja bespravnih objekata na Žnjanu, i gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara, no kad se shvatilo da od uređenja platoa neće biti ništa - istopila se. To je HDZ poslije, među ostalim, stajalo poraza.

Ali i to je politika, usponi i padovi, pobjede i porazi. I planine. Koje ne možeš, a moraš srušiti. Barem pokušati nemoguće pa umiriti savjest. Vlastitu i onih koji su te birali. Koji misle da ti, vi, možete skinuti paučinu u koju se zapleo cijeli jedan grad. I koja mu dugo nije dopuštala zakoračiti naprijed.
