Stanovnici Kopilice obnovili su vojni bunker koji sadrži posljednji trag 'marketinške' akcije povodom Mediteranskih igara u Splitu 1979. godine.

'Split je za vrijeme Mediteranskih igara koje su održane 1979. godine napredovao divovskim koracima. Tih godina nastalo je skoro sve što ima više od par stotina kvadrata sportske infrastrukture u gradu: izgrađen je Poljudski stadion i bazen, kompleks na Gripama, teniski tereni na Firulama, renovirane su dvorane i površine, proširene ceste i izgrađeni tuneli... Tih je godina na krilima sporta Split prošao kroz renesansu razvoja i sporta, ali i prostora te kulture. Splićani i danas uživaju plodove te renesanse, osvajaju sportske medalje po svijetu, podižu kupove, vode djecu na treninge različitih sportova, odmaraju se u hladu stabala zasađenih u davna vremena i pamte dane kada smo, riječima Tome Bebića, cili svit doveli u naš Split! Na sličan način proteklih godina Kopilica, kvart koji je samo u mentalnoj slici fetivih Splićana na rubu grada, premda je zemljopisno u samom središtu druge najveće aglomeracije u Hrvatskoj, prolazi kroz svojevrsnu mikro - renesansu', podsjetili su iz Udruge Kopilica Split - KoST.

Napisali su da je naporima stanovnika i članova Udruge Kopilica Split južni dio Kopilice dobio asfaltirano i uređeno nogometno igralište, koš za basket, uredan zog za balote, zelene površine i asfaltirani parking, javnu rasvjetu, a zasađeno je nekoliko stabala za budući hlad nekih idućih generacija koje će odrastati u Kopilici.

'Bez nekog konkretnog povoda, ali kako to obično biva s dobrim idejama, s nizom malih i lijepih podudarnosti, ovi sadašnji stanovnici Kopilice odlučili su obnoviti vojni bunker na kojem je ostao zadnji trag 'marketinške' akcije MIS-ovih igara održanih u Splitu: logo s tekstom Mediteranske igre Split 1979 i tri figure koje predstavljaju tri seminalna projekta igara - atletičare, plivače i gimnastičare, odnosno Poljudski stadion i bazen te dvoranu na Gripama. Logo je stajao na tada periferijskom kolodovoru Split Predgrađe i polako poput Kopilice četrdesetak godina blijedio na suncu i u zaboravu. Međutim, prednost zaboravljenih mjesta je što ostanu sačuvani od nekih stihijskih napredaka te razvojnih strategija i planova. Nikome ne padne napamet uljepšavati ih za turiste, pretvarati u atrakcije i antologijske priče za sitan novac.

Umjesto toga polako prirastu srcu i oku te postanu trag identiteta koji povezuje generacije i ljude. Baš zato što je mural na bunkeru jedini trag jednog prosperitetnog vremena koji je ostao u Splitu i jedini trag identiteta tog istog grada u prostoru kvarta, koji Kopilicu identificira isključivo kao 'propalu industriju', obnovili smo ga kao zajedničku točku grada i kvarta. Obnovili smo kroz kvartovsku inicijativu, sami bez puno filozofije, jer tko ako ne mi, kad, ako ne sad', realni su iz udruge.

Ističu da su ga obnovili zajedničkim snagama uz pomoć glavnog kormilara Makija i njegove posade - Dene, Jere, Marjana, Ružice i Alejandre, Daria na gradelama, Edite i Ivana, Nikole Križanca koji im je dao ruke oko reprodukcije loga i fonta. Podrška je došla i od Društva arhitekata, na čemu im mnogo zahvaljujuju, kao i drugim donatorima koji su pomogli oko nabavke materijala i opreme.

'Nadamo se kako ćemo s ovom malom gestom i mi privući ako ne cili svit, onda barem naš Split u naš mali kvart u centru grada! Neka igre počnu', poručili su.

Stanovnici Kopilice obnovili su vojni bunker koji sadrži posljednji trag 'marketinške' akcije povodom Mediteranskih igara u Splitu 1979. godine.

'Split je za vrijeme Mediteranskih igara koje su održane 1979. godine napredovao divovskim koracima. Tih godina nastalo je skoro sve što ima više od par stotina kvadrata sportske infrastrukture u gradu: izgrađen je Poljudski stadion i bazen, kompleks na Gripama, teniski tereni na Firulama, renovirane su dvorane i površine, proširene ceste i izgrađeni tuneli... Tih je godina na krilima sporta Split prošao kroz renesansu razvoja i sporta, ali i prostora te kulture. Splićani i danas uživaju plodove te renesanse, osvajaju sportske medalje po svijetu, podižu kupove, vode djecu na treninge različitih sportova, odmaraju se u hladu stabala zasađenih u davna vremena i pamte dane kada smo, riječima Tome Bebića, cili svit doveli u naš Split! Na sličan način proteklih godina Kopilica, kvart koji je samo u mentalnoj slici fetivih Splićana na rubu grada, premda je zemljopisno u samom središtu druge najveće aglomeracije u Hrvatskoj, prolazi kroz svojevrsnu mikro - renesansu', podsjetili su iz Udruge Kopilica Split - KoST.

Napisali su da je naporima stanovnika i članova Udruge Kopilica Split južni dio Kopilice dobio asfaltirano i uređeno nogometno igralište, koš za basket, uredan zog za balote, zelene površine i asfaltirani parking, javnu rasvjetu, a zasađeno je nekoliko stabala za budući hlad nekih idućih generacija koje će odrastati u Kopilici.

'Bez nekog konkretnog povoda, ali kako to obično biva s dobrim idejama, s nizom malih i lijepih podudarnosti, ovi sadašnji stanovnici Kopilice odlučili su obnoviti vojni bunker na kojem je ostao zadnji trag 'marketinške' akcije MIS-ovih igara održanih u Splitu: logo s tekstom Mediteranske igre Split 1979 i tri figure koje predstavljaju tri seminalna projekta igara - atletičare, plivače i gimnastičare, odnosno Poljudski stadion i bazen te dvoranu na Gripama. Logo je stajao na tada periferijskom kolodovoru Split Predgrađe i polako poput Kopilice četrdesetak godina blijedio na suncu i u zaboravu. Međutim, prednost zaboravljenih mjesta je što ostanu sačuvani od nekih stihijskih napredaka te razvojnih strategija i planova. Nikome ne padne napamet uljepšavati ih za turiste, pretvarati u atrakcije i antologijske priče za sitan novac.

Umjesto toga polako prirastu srcu i oku te postanu trag identiteta koji povezuje generacije i ljude. Baš zato što je mural na bunkeru jedini trag jednog prosperitetnog vremena koji je ostao u Splitu i jedini trag identiteta tog istog grada u prostoru kvarta, koji Kopilicu identificira isključivo kao 'propalu industriju', obnovili smo ga kao zajedničku točku grada i kvarta. Obnovili smo kroz kvartovsku inicijativu, sami bez puno filozofije, jer tko ako ne mi, kad, ako ne sad', realni su iz udruge.

Ističu da su ga obnovili zajedničkim snagama uz pomoć glavnog kormilara Makija i njegove posade - Dene, Jere, Marjana, Ružice i Alejandre, Daria na gradelama, Edite i Ivana, Nikole Križanca koji im je dao ruke oko reprodukcije loga i fonta. Podrška je došla i od Društva arhitekata, na čemu im mnogo zahvaljujuju, kao i drugim donatorima koji su pomogli oko nabavke materijala i opreme.

'Nadamo se kako ćemo s ovom malom gestom i mi privući ako ne cili svit, onda barem naš Split u naš mali kvart u centru grada! Neka igre počnu', poručili su.
