Nakon dugo vremena čekanja zbog sudskih sporova, prodaje se hotel “Bellevue”, vijest je koja je do nas došla neslužbenim putem. No, nažalost, prodaja hotela i dalje ostaje plan i želja brojnih vjerovnika firme Laurus u stečaju. Hotel i dalje ima oglašen buking za sobe i najam prostora.

– Još uvijek nije donesena odluka o prodaji hotela, a niti je izvršena procjena. Nadam se da će se to dogoditi tijekom ljeta – kratko nam je odgovorio stečajni upravitelj Maroje Stjepović na naš upit o konačnom rješavanju sudbine “Bellevuea”, odnosno namirenja oko 150 nekadašnjih radnika 16 tvrtki kćeri “Laurusa” koji već godinama čekaju na rješenje ovog spora.

Nismo uspjeli doznati kakav je interes za kupnju ovog poznatog hotela, smještenog na atraktivnoj lokaciji na Prokurativama, no priča se da se na desetke zainteresiranih kupaca raspituje za hotel, od renomiranih hotelskih lanaca do manjih tvrtki.

Ogroman je interes investitora za kupnju hotela 'Bellevue'

Priča oko hotela, od stečaja proglašenog 2001. godine, samo se komplicirala. U njemu je poslovala tvrtka Laurus Bellevue u stečaju, koja se u postupku pojavila kao umješač, a kao suvlasnik smatrao se i Grad Split.

Koncem prošle godine, nakon osmogodišnjeg spora, Visoki trgovački sud potvrdio je presudu Trgovačkog suda u Splitu iz veljače 2013. kojom je Laurus d.d. u stečaju stekao vlasništvo nad gotovo cijelim hotelom “Bellevue”, ukupne površine od 2209 kvadrata u prizemlju jedan i dva, prvom, drugom, trećem katu te potkrovlju. Najavljeno je tada da će se hotel oglasiti na prodaju na međunarodnom javnom natječaju.

Obradovat će to najviše brojne radnike koji su prije dva desetljeća ostali bez posla. Inače, firma “Laurus” davne 1990. godine zapošljavala je čak 1200 radnika u šezdesetak objekata.

Nakon dugo vremena čekanja zbog sudskih sporova, prodaje se hotel “Bellevue”, vijest je koja je do nas došla neslužbenim putem. No, nažalost, prodaja hotela i dalje ostaje plan i želja brojnih vjerovnika firme Laurus u stečaju. Hotel i dalje ima oglašen buking za sobe i najam prostora.

– Još uvijek nije donesena odluka o prodaji hotela, a niti je izvršena procjena. Nadam se da će se to dogoditi tijekom ljeta – kratko nam je odgovorio stečajni upravitelj Maroje Stjepović na naš upit o konačnom rješavanju sudbine “Bellevuea”, odnosno namirenja oko 150 nekadašnjih radnika 16 tvrtki kćeri “Laurusa” koji već godinama čekaju na rješenje ovog spora.

Nismo uspjeli doznati kakav je interes za kupnju ovog poznatog hotela, smještenog na atraktivnoj lokaciji na Prokurativama, no priča se da se na desetke zainteresiranih kupaca raspituje za hotel, od renomiranih hotelskih lanaca do manjih tvrtki.

Priča oko hotela, od stečaja proglašenog 2001. godine, samo se komplicirala. U njemu je poslovala tvrtka Laurus Bellevue u stečaju, koja se u postupku pojavila kao umješač, a kao suvlasnik smatrao se i Grad Split.

Koncem prošle godine, nakon osmogodišnjeg spora, Visoki trgovački sud potvrdio je presudu Trgovačkog suda u Splitu iz veljače 2013. kojom je Laurus d.d. u stečaju stekao vlasništvo nad gotovo cijelim hotelom “Bellevue”, ukupne površine od 2209 kvadrata u prizemlju jedan i dva, prvom, drugom, trećem katu te potkrovlju. Najavljeno je tada da će se hotel oglasiti na prodaju na međunarodnom javnom natječaju.

Obradovat će to najviše brojne radnike koji su prije dva desetljeća ostali bez posla. Inače, firma “Laurus” davne 1990. godine zapošljavala je čak 1200 radnika u šezdesetak objekata.
