Split bi, prema najavama, prije nove turističke sezone trebao dobiti još smještajnih kapaciteta visoke kategorije. Na križanju Zadarske i Šubićeve ulice (preko puta "Kraša" na dnu Pjace), u samom centru grada, upravo traju radovi na uređenju četverokatnice, stare 300-injak godina, od koje je splitski poduzetnik Filip Voloder odlučio napraviti luksuzni hotel.
– Bit će tu šest-sedam luksuznih soba s četiri zvjezdice, a u nekoj bližoj budućnosti želimo od tog prostora napraviti heritage hotel. Sobe za dvije osobe bit će veličine od 25 do 30 četvornih metara i, naravno, svaka će imati svoju kupaonicu, kao i klimatizacijski sustav, TV, minibar, odnosno sve ono što je potrebno gostu – otkriva nam Voloder.
Na prvom katu nalazit će se mala blagovaonica i recepcija.
– Budući da je riječ o staroj građevini, koja je uz to još u samom centru grada, bile su potrebne i konzervatorske dozvole kako bismo uopće započeli s projektom. Naravno, sve smo dozvole sukladno zakonu dobili i pred ljeto 2015. godine počeli smo s radovima. Očekujemo da ćemo sve radove završiti do početka sljedeće turističke sezone – zaključio je Filip Voloder.

Split bi, prema najavama, prije nove turističke sezone trebao dobiti još smještajnih kapaciteta visoke kategorije. Na križanju Zadarske i Šubićeve ulice (preko puta "Kraša" na dnu Pjace), u samom centru grada, upravo traju radovi na uređenju četverokatnice, stare 300-injak godina, od koje je splitski poduzetnik Filip Voloder odlučio napraviti luksuzni hotel.
– Bit će tu šest-sedam luksuznih soba s četiri zvjezdice, a u nekoj bližoj budućnosti želimo od tog prostora napraviti heritage hotel. Sobe za dvije osobe bit će veličine od 25 do 30 četvornih metara i, naravno, svaka će imati svoju kupaonicu, kao i klimatizacijski sustav, TV, minibar, odnosno sve ono što je potrebno gostu – otkriva nam Voloder.
Na prvom katu nalazit će se mala blagovaonica i recepcija.
– Budući da je riječ o staroj građevini, koja je uz to još u samom centru grada, bile su potrebne i konzervatorske dozvole kako bismo uopće započeli s projektom. Naravno, sve smo dozvole sukladno zakonu dobili i pred ljeto 2015. godine počeli smo s radovima. Očekujemo da ćemo sve radove završiti do početka sljedeće turističke sezone – zaključio je Filip Voloder.
