Poznata svjetska aukcijska kuća Sotheby's Internacional Reality u siječnju iduće godine svoja vrata otvara u Hrvatskoj, u sklopu splitskog Hotela Le Meridien Lav, a bogatim klijentima diljem svijeta nudit će hrvatske nekretnine u skladu s njihovim stilom života.
Radi se o najpoznatijoj svjetskoj aukcijskoj kući, koja radi od 1744. godine, spaja kupce i prodavatelje luksuznih umjetnina i drugih prestižnih vrijednosti. Od 1976. godine djeluje i mreža tvrtki za promet luksuznim nekretninama diljem svijeta Sotheby's International Reality.
Brend Sotheby's posluje u 65 zemalja svijeta s 840 ureda i devetu je godinu zaredom dobitnik nagrade "Franchise Business Review's Best in Category for Real Estate Award". Dizajnirana je tako da jedinstvenim personaliziranim uslugama povezuje najkvalitetnije nekretnine s najprestižnijim klijentima diljem svijeta.
Direktor budućeg ureda Croatia Sotheby's Int. Reality u Splitu i ovlaštena osoba za zastupanje je ekonomist Marko Pažanin, kojemu je uspjelo s tvrtkom Porta Stella Luxury Estate zadovoljiti niz poslovnih kriterija složene procedure selekcije za ulazak u odabrano društvo franšizera Sotheby's International Reality.
"Činjenica da je Sotheby odabrao Hrvatsku za širenje svoje mreže ureda za promet nekretninama potvrđuje rast ugleda naše zemlje u svijetu. Cilj nam je dovesti što veći broj kupaca koji će u Hrvatskoj imati svoj drugi ili treći dom, ali i potaknuti potencijalne investitore na ulaganje. Uz vrhunsku profesionalnu ekspertizu naš ured u Splitu će imati pristup globalnoj mreži investitora i kupaca luksuznih nekretnina što je jedinstvena prednost na domaćem tržištu", kazao je Pažanin.
Najveći interes stranih kupaca su vPoznata aukcijska kuća stiže u splitski hotel: bogatim klijentima nudit će hrvatske nekretnine, da je nekretnina u skladu sa stilom života kojeg njeguju. Zanimljivo je da se identitet kupaca i prodavatelja drži potpunoj diskreciji, a doznaje se da kupce interesiraju vile s bazenima koje su izdvojene iz stambenih područja, većinom su u vlasništvu gospodarstvenika i poznatih sportaša te im je tržišna vrijednost veća od milijun i pol eura. Nije isključeno da budućim kupcima u Hrvatskoj ne bude interesantna i primamljiva i neka od državnih rezidencija.
Internacional Reality Affiliates LLC u prošloj je godini samo u Americi zabilježio rekordnu zaradu u povijesti tvrtke sa oko 80 milijardi dolara vrijednosti prodanih nekretnina, a sve je to postignuto putem više od 100 tisuća transakcija. Radi se o porastu od 13 posto u odnosu na 2014. godinu.

Poznata svjetska aukcijska kuća Sotheby's Internacional Reality u siječnju iduće godine svoja vrata otvara u Hrvatskoj, u sklopu splitskog Hotela Le Meridien Lav, a bogatim klijentima diljem svijeta nudit će hrvatske nekretnine u skladu s njihovim stilom života.
Radi se o najpoznatijoj svjetskoj aukcijskoj kući, koja radi od 1744. godine, spaja kupce i prodavatelje luksuznih umjetnina i drugih prestižnih vrijednosti. Od 1976. godine djeluje i mreža tvrtki za promet luksuznim nekretninama diljem svijeta Sotheby's International Reality.
Brend Sotheby's posluje u 65 zemalja svijeta s 840 ureda i devetu je godinu zaredom dobitnik nagrade "Franchise Business Review's Best in Category for Real Estate Award". Dizajnirana je tako da jedinstvenim personaliziranim uslugama povezuje najkvalitetnije nekretnine s najprestižnijim klijentima diljem svijeta.
Direktor budućeg ureda Croatia Sotheby's Int. Reality u Splitu i ovlaštena osoba za zastupanje je ekonomist Marko Pažanin, kojemu je uspjelo s tvrtkom Porta Stella Luxury Estate zadovoljiti niz poslovnih kriterija složene procedure selekcije za ulazak u odabrano društvo franšizera Sotheby's International Reality.
"Činjenica da je Sotheby odabrao Hrvatsku za širenje svoje mreže ureda za promet nekretninama potvrđuje rast ugleda naše zemlje u svijetu. Cilj nam je dovesti što veći broj kupaca koji će u Hrvatskoj imati svoj drugi ili treći dom, ali i potaknuti potencijalne investitore na ulaganje. Najveći interes stranih kupaca su vPoznata aukcijska kuća stiže u splitski hotel: bogatim klijentima nudit će hrvatske nekretnine, da je nekretnina u skladu sa stilom života kojeg njeguju. Zanimljivo je da se identitet kupaca i prodavatelja drži potpunoj diskreciji, a doznaje se da kupce interesiraju vile s bazenima koje su izdvojene iz stambenih područja, većinom su u vlasništvu gospodarstvenika i poznatih sportaša te im je tržišna vrijednost veća od milijun i pol eura. Nije isključeno da budućim kupcima u Hrvatskoj ne bude interesantna i primamljiva i neka od državnih rezidencija.
Internacional Reality Affiliates LLC u prošloj je godini samo u Americi zabilježio rekordnu zaradu u povijesti tvrtke sa oko 80 milijardi dolara vrijednosti prodanih nekretnina, a sve je to postignuto putem više od 100 tisuća transakcija. Radi se o porastu od 13 posto u odnosu na 2014. godinu.
