Ovo što Grad radi je kozmetičko privremeno rješenje, ovo nije rekonstrukcija Pazara, imamo tu potvrdu od konzervatora – kazao nam je Denis Kulušić, odvjetnik zakupaca sa Pazara, te napomenuo kako imaju podršku Konzervatorskog odjela u Splitu.

Kako navodi, konzervatori smatraju da južni dio Pazara mora ostati zelena tržnica, a UNESCO i Konzervatorski odjel štite djelatnost prodavanja na Pazaru kao nematerijalnu kulturnu baštinu.

Zanimalo nas je što na te tvrdnje imaju reći i konzervatori, pa smo poslali upit i Radoslavu Bužančiću, pročelniku Konzervatorskog odjela u Splitu.

– Stari splitski Pazar, smješten uz zapadne zidine Dioklecijanove palače, zaštićen je kao kulturno dobro unutar zone A kulturno-povijesne cjeline Splita i upisan u Registar zaštićenih kulturnih dobara Republike Hrvatske. Uz to, nalazi se unutar granica kulturnog dobra koje je 1979. godine upisano u Popis dobara svjetske baštine pod nazivom Povijesna jezgra Splita s Dioklecijanovom palačom.

Dodatno, splitski Pazar je i sastavni dio hrvatske nematerijalne baštine pod nazivom Mediteranska prehrana, što ne znači samo pripremu jela, nego i cjelokupan način života, a upisan je 2013. godine u Popis nematerijalnih kulturnih dobara svjetske baštine – navodi Bužančić.

Naglašava kako obnova Pazara nije jednostavan zahvat i kako su za to potrebni novi projekti i predradnje, poput izrade konzervatorskog elaborata temeljenog na arheološkim istraživanjima, i ishođenje potvrde projektne dokumentacije. Aktualnim planom gradske vlasti o uređenju Pazara, smatra Bužančić, neće se provesti kompletna rekonstrukcija ovoga područja.

– Najnoviji zahtjev gradske uprave svodi se na obnovu stolova na središnjem južnom dijelu zelene tržnice i mali je zahvat kojim se Pazar neće bitno promijeniti, nego će se samo obnoviti dotrajali stolovi. Osim novih stolova, bit će posađene nove platane na mjestima gdje su stare propale. Grad Split je od Konzervatorskog odjela zatražio dozvolu za spomenute radove na dijelu zelene tržnice, kojom su propisana arheološka istraživanja i dozvoljeno je uklanjanje betonskih banaka te njihova zamjena pomičnima – navodi šef splitskih konzervatora.

Inače, na mjestu srušenih banaka otkopan je teren za arheološka istraživanja.

Puno se govorilo o tome što učiniti s dotrajalim štandovima u Hrvojevoj, odnosno treba li se njihovim uklanjanjem osloboditi pogled na istočni zid Palače.

Bužančić je i za tu lokaciju ponudio rješenje koje bi zadovoljilo obje strane – i trgovce, i one željne šetnje i pogleda na zid.

– Trgovanje pod istočnim zidom Palače povijesni je fenomen, a trgovanje i mediteranska živost pod zidovima Palače nisu same po sebi štetne pojave, naprotiv, imaju uporište u tradiciji mediteranskog načina života. Međutim, jednako je važno omogućiti pogled na cijeli istočni zid Dioklecijanove palače, barem u nekim dijelovima dana.

To je razlog zbog čega je Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu isticao svim dosadašnjim gradskim upravama kako bi trgovanje u Hrvojevoj moglo opstati, no u dogovorenom vremenskom razdoblju, te bi se nakon završetka radnog vremena trebalo uklanjati štandove do sljedećeg dana. Dakako, to je jedan od prijedloga koji bi omogućio i prezentaciju spomenika i tradicionalnu trgovinu – ponudio je drugu opciju.

Kako navodi, UNESCO i Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu štite djelatnost trgovanja na Pazaru kao nematerijalnu kulturnu baštinu, sa stavom kako je uz restauraciju područja važno i njegovo oživljavanje.

Ovo što Grad radi je kozmetičko privremeno rješenje, ovo nije rekonstrukcija Pazara, imamo tu potvrdu od konzervatora – kazao nam je Denis Kulušić, odvjetnik zakupaca sa Pazara, te napomenuo kako imaju podršku Konzervatorskog odjela u Splitu.

Kako navodi, konzervatori smatraju da južni dio Pazara mora ostati zelena tržnica, a UNESCO i Konzervatorski odjel štite djelatnost prodavanja na Pazaru kao nematerijalnu kulturnu baštinu.

Zanimalo nas je što na te tvrdnje imaju reći i konzervatori, pa smo poslali upit i Radoslavu Bužančiću, pročelniku Konzervatorskog odjela u Splitu.

– Stari splitski Pazar, smješten uz zapadne zidine Dioklecijanove palače, zaštićen je kao kulturno dobro unutar zone A kulturno-povijesne cjeline Splita i upisan u Registar zaštićenih kulturnih dobara Republike Hrvatske. Uz to, nalazi se unutar granica kulturnog dobra koje je 1979. godine upisano u Popis dobara svjetske baštine pod nazivom Povijesna jezgra Splita s Dioklecijanovom palačom.

Dodatno, splitski Pazar je i sastavni dio hrvatske nematerijalne baštine pod nazivom Mediteranska prehrana, što ne znači samo pripremu jela, nego i cjelokupan način života, a upisan je 2013. godine u Popis nematerijalnih kulturnih dobara svjetske baštine – navodi Bužančić.

Naglašava kako obnova Pazara nije jednostavan zahvat i kako su za to potrebni novi projekti i predradnje, poput izrade konzervatorskog elaborata temeljenog na arheološkim istraživanjima, i ishođenje potvrde projektne dokumentacije. Aktualnim planom gradske vlasti o uređenju Pazara, smatra Bužančić, neće se provesti kompletna rekonstrukcija ovoga područja.

– Najnoviji zahtjev gradske uprave svodi se na obnovu stolova na središnjem južnom dijelu zelene tržnice i mali je zahvat kojim se Pazar neće bitno promijeniti, nego će se samo obnoviti dotrajali stolovi. Osim novih stolova, bit će posađene nove platane na mjestima gdje su stare propale. Grad Split je od Konzervatorskog odjela zatražio dozvolu za spomenute radove na dijelu zelene tržnice, kojom su propisana arheološka istraživanja i dozvoljeno je uklanjanje betonskih banaka te njihova zamjena pomičnima – navodi šef splitskih konzervatora.

Inače, na mjestu srušenih banaka otkopan je teren za arheološka istraživanja.

Puno se govorilo o tome što učiniti s dotrajalim štandovima u Hrvojevoj, odnosno treba li se njihovim uklanjanjem osloboditi pogled na istočni zid Palače.

Bužančić je i za tu lokaciju ponudio rješenje koje bi zadovoljilo obje strane – i trgovce, i one željne šetnje i pogleda na zid.

– Trgovanje pod istočnim zidom Palače povijesni je fenomen, a trgovanje i mediteranska živost pod zidovima Palače nisu same po sebi štetne pojave, naprotiv, imaju uporište u tradiciji mediteranskog načina života. Međutim, jednako je važno omogućiti pogled na cijeli istočni zid Dioklecijanove palače, barem u nekim dijelovima dana.

To je razlog zbog čega je Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu isticao svim dosadašnjim gradskim upravama kako bi trgovanje u Hrvojevoj moglo opstati, no u dogovorenom vremenskom razdoblju, te bi se nakon završetka radnog vremena trebalo uklanjati štandove do sljedećeg dana. Dakako, to je jedan od prijedloga koji bi omogućio i prezentaciju spomenika i tradicionalnu trgovinu – ponudio je drugu opciju.

Kako navodi, UNESCO i Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu štite djelatnost trgovanja na Pazaru kao nematerijalnu kulturnu baštinu, sa stavom kako je uz restauraciju područja važno i njegovo oživljavanje.
