Studentski centar splitskog Sveučilišta pod prijetnjom ovrhe tvrtki "Manas" mora platiti 80 tisuća kuna, zatim zatezne kamate na taj iznos koje teku od rujna 2012. godine, te 17.687 kuna parničnog troška. Tako glasi nepravomoćna presuda Trgovačkog suda.

A evo o čemu se radi: SC još je u lipnju 2012. godine putem javnog natječaja prodao svojih 1500 kvadrata u samom centru grada, u Sinjskoj 6, tvrtki "Manas", koja je tamo kasnije otvorila hotel "Cornaro".

Ugovorom se obvezao da će iz prostora izići do 1. kolovoza iste godine, a ako u njima ipak ostane još neko vrijeme (najkasnije dok novi vlasnik ne ishodi građevinsku dozvolu da bi mogao krenuti s radovima), da će s njime sklopiti ugovor o najmu.

Budući da nova zgrada u Sveučilišnom kampusu na Visokoj još nije bila spremna da bi se u nju mogao preseliti, SC je do 10. rujna nastavio koristiti dio prostora u Sinjskoj, točnije 651 kvadrat. No, za tih 40 dana nije sklopio ugovor o najmu jer mu je tržišna cijena od 60 tisuća kuna na mjesec (ipak se radi o atraktivnoj lokaciji i značajnoj kvadraturi) jednostavno bila previsoka. I tako ga je "Manas" 2014. godine dao na sud. Nakon održanih 11 ročišta i ispitivanja više svjedoka, Studentski centar je izgubio spor.

Studentski centar splitskog Sveučilišta pod prijetnjom ovrhe tvrtki "Manas" mora platiti 80 tisuća kuna, zatim zatezne kamate na taj iznos koje teku od rujna 2012. godine, te 17.687 kuna parničnog troška. Tako glasi nepravomoćna presuda Trgovačkog suda.

A evo o čemu se radi: SC još je u lipnju 2012. godine putem javnog natječaja prodao svojih 1500 kvadrata u samom centru grada, u Sinjskoj 6, tvrtki "Manas", koja je tamo kasnije otvorila hotel "Cornaro".

Ugovorom se obvezao da će iz prostora izići do 1. kolovoza iste godine, a ako u njima ipak ostane još neko vrijeme (najkasnije dok novi vlasnik ne ishodi građevinsku dozvolu da bi mogao krenuti s radovima), da će s njime sklopiti ugovor o najmu.

Budući da nova zgrada u Sveučilišnom kampusu na Visokoj još nije bila spremna da bi se u nju mogao preseliti, SC je do 10. rujna nastavio koristiti dio prostora u Sinjskoj, točnije 651 kvadrat. No, za tih 40 dana nije sklopio ugovor o najmu jer mu je tržišna cijena od 60 tisuća kuna na mjesec (ipak se radi o atraktivnoj lokaciji i značajnoj kvadraturi) jednostavno bila previsoka. I tako ga je "Manas" 2014. godine dao na sud. Nakon održanih 11 ročišta i ispitivanja više svjedoka, Studentski centar je izgubio spor.
