Uvođenje reda u gradu Splitu ne može proći lako. Ovaj put na redu je opet bila Šumica, zelena površina oko koje se već godinama lome koplja, postavljaju se štekati, rampe, betonske barijere, a građanima je već muka od svega. 

Ove subote opet se zahuktala situacija. Gornja rampa koja je priječila prolaz automobilima prema Šumici, dignuta je, pa su brojni vozači našli mjesto za svoje automobile u hladovini i otišli što na ručak, što u šetnju po sunčanom danu.

Naravno, netko je sve dojavio komunalnim redarima koji su hitno izašli na teren zajedno sa zamjenikom gradonačelnika Bojanom Ivoševićem i pauk službom. I eto novih problema jer je vlasnik tamošnjeg restorana u Šumici spustio drugu, onu donju rampu koju je sam prethodno postavio.

Stigla je i policija, a Ivošević je tijelom pokušao spriječiti spuštanje donje rampe kako bi pauk služba uklonila divlje parkirane automobile, no potom je kombi s oznakom "Biberona" zagradio put pauku. I eto belaja!

- Radi se o zakonitom postupanju gdje je netko pokušao spriječiti službu Grada Splita da postupa. Pozvana je i policija jer je kombi blokirao prolaz službama. Policija im je izdala nalog da se premjeste.

Oni su tek sad nakon sat i nešto, premjestili kombi koji je uz pauk službu, blokirao i brojne građane koji nisu znali da se tu ne smije parkirati i htjeli su sami ukloniti svoja vozila. Netko je otvorio gornju rampu, što će istražiti policija - kazao je Ivošević naglasivši kako je teren Šumice odivijek bio zelena površina, po GUP-u, gdje je netko nelegalno nalio beton.

- Zgrožen sam što se vozač kombija oglušio na molbu jedne gospođe s djetetom da se makne, nije htio. Sve dosadašnje žalopojke od nemogućnostui pristupa hitnim službama padaju u vodu jer oni ne prezaju ni od ičega. Njima je vlastiti interes jedino bitan, a zakon ih ne zanima.

Na intervenciju policije kombi se na koncu pomaknuo, a pauk je odvezao nekoliko vozila iz Šumice. Čekamo službeno policijsko izvješće no čuli smo kako kombiju ide prekršajna prijava, kao i svim odvezenim vozilima.

Dok su prolaznici hvalili potez Grada oko uklanjanja vozila iz Šumice, uhvatili smo nakratko Denisa Pavlovića, vlasnika restorana "Maestro" u kojem je bilo puno gostiju na ručku.

- Mi smo u najmu do 2031. godine. Radimo svoj posao, imamo preko 40 zaposlenih i nastojimo očuvati radna mjesta. Mi ne možemo ulaziti u vlasničke probleme jer smo u najmu od 2019. godine, a, nažalost, ovaj imovinsko-pravni problem je bio tu prije nas i nije se još riješio - kazao je Pavlović uputivši nas na svog odvjetnika.

Uvođenje reda u gradu Splitu ne može proći lako. Ovaj put na redu je opet bila Šumica, zelena površina oko koje se već godinama lome koplja, postavljaju se štekati, rampe, betonske barijere, a građanima je već muka od svega. 

Ove subote opet se zahuktala situacija. Gornja rampa koja je priječila prolaz automobilima prema Šumici, dignuta je, pa su brojni vozači našli mjesto za svoje automobile u hladovini i otišli što na ručak, što u šetnju po sunčanom danu.

Naravno, netko je sve dojavio komunalnim redarima koji su hitno izašli na teren zajedno sa zamjenikom gradonačelnika Bojanom Ivoševićem i pauk službom. I eto novih problema jer je vlasnik tamošnjeg restorana u Šumici spustio drugu, onu donju rampu koju je sam prethodno postavio.

Stigla je i policija, a Ivošević je tijelom pokušao spriječiti spuštanje donje rampe kako bi pauk služba uklonila divlje parkirane automobile, no potom je kombi s oznakom "Biberona" zagradio put pauku. I eto belaja!

- Radi se o zakonitom postupanju gdje je netko pokušao spriječiti službu Grada Splita da postupa. Pozvana je i policija jer je kombi blokirao prolaz službama. Policija im je izdala nalog da se premjeste.

Oni su tek sad nakon sat i nešto, premjestili kombi koji je uz pauk službu, blokirao i brojne građane koji nisu znali da se tu ne smije parkirati i htjeli su sami ukloniti svoja vozila. Netko je otvorio gornju rampu, što će istražiti policija - kazao je Ivošević naglasivši kako je teren Šumice odivijek bio zelena površina, po GUP-u, gdje je netko nelegalno nalio beton.

- Zgrožen sam što se vozač kombija oglušio na molbu jedne gospođe s djetetom da se makne, nije htio. Sve dosadašnje žalopojke od nemogućnostui pristupa hitnim službama padaju u vodu jer oni ne prezaju ni od ičega. Njima je vlastiti interes jedino bitan, a zakon ih ne zanima.

Na intervenciju policije kombi se na koncu pomaknuo, a pauk je odvezao nekoliko vozila iz Šumice. Čekamo službeno policijsko izvješće no čuli smo kako kombiju ide prekršajna prijava, kao i svim odvezenim vozilima.

Dok su prolaznici hvalili potez Grada oko uklanjanja vozila iz Šumice, uhvatili smo nakratko Denisa Pavlovića, vlasnika restorana "Maestro" u kojem je bilo puno gostiju na ručku.

- Mi smo u najmu do 2031. godine. Radimo svoj posao, imamo preko 40 zaposlenih i nastojimo očuvati radna mjesta. Mi ne možemo ulaziti u vlasničke probleme jer smo u najmu od 2019. godine, a, nažalost, ovaj imovinsko-pravni problem je bio tu prije nas i nije se još riješio - kazao je Pavlović uputivši nas na svog odvjetnika.
