Nova garaža na Lokvama, kojom su osigurana parkirna mjesta za 200 vozila, tamošnjim je stanovnicima barem malo pomogla s problemom njihovog nedostatka. No, mještani ovoga kotara sada se pitaju zašto je igralište na njezinu zadnjem katu još uvijek “pod ključem”.

Podsjetimo, garaža je izgrađena na mjestu gdje je prije bilo igralište Osnovne škole “Lokve-Gripe”. Budući da zakon nalaže da svaka osnovna škola ima vanjski prostor za izvođenje nastave tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture, novo igralište prvenstveno je namijenjeno učenicima škole.

No, što je s periodom kada škola ne radi? Stanovnici okolnih zgrada navikli su da na školskom igralištu mogu bacit na mali balun ili košarku, ali sada im takva rekreacija nije dostupna jer je igralište izvan radnog vremena škole zaključano.

Kako objašnjava ravnatelj škole Davor Šimić, igralište je otvoreno dok je otvorena škola, no nakon toga se zaključava. Zašto? Kaže da igralište izvan radnog vremena škole nije u njegovoj nadležnosti.

Kako bismo doznali o čemu se zapravo radi, poslali smo upit Gradu Splitu. Oni pak tvrde da je trenutna situacija samo privremena.

Igralište nije sigurno

Iz Grada tvrde da je problem nastao nakon što je garažu početkom studenog od izvođača radova preuzeo “Split Parking”, odnosno Grad Split. Tvrtka “AP - atesti i procjene” tada je utvrdila da na igralištu postoji niz nedostataka koji bi mogli predstavljati potencijalnu opasnost za učenike i druge korisnike igrališta, a nadzorni inženjer naložio je uklanjanje svih nedostataka.

Naime, na određenim dijelovima nogometnog igrališta ne postoji sigurna udaljenost između betonskog zida i igrališta, pa se preporučuje kritične dijelove zida obložiti mekanom oblogom.

Sličan je problem i s tribinama, koje su preblizu igralištu pa bi ih od terena trebalo dodatno udaljiti. Problematično je i što je nasipanjem šljunka pri izgradnji terena za skok u dalj osobama s invaliditetom onemogućen pristup unutarnjoj dvorani.

Kako kažu iz Grada, igralište će službeno biti otvoreno kad se uklone navedeni problemi i tada će biti dostupno svim stanovnicima GK Lokve kao javno dostupna i besplatna usluga. Za sada će to biti samo u večernjim satima, a od iduće godine, kad škola prelazi na rad u jednoj smjeni, može se očekivati da će za građane biti dostupno već nakon 15 sati.

– Tada će školsko sportsko igralište biti još više i češće u funkciji takve cjelodnevne škole, ali vjerojatno kraće, odnosno do otprilike 15 sati. Poslije toga će spomenuto igralište biti na raspolaganju svim stanovnicima GK Lokve kao javno dostupna i besplatna usluga. Vjerujemo da će korištenje biti omogućeno do 22 sata zimi te do 23 sata ljeti – poručili su iz Grada.

Nova garaža na Lokvama, kojom su osigurana parkirna mjesta za 200 vozila, tamošnjim je stanovnicima barem malo pomogla s problemom njihovog nedostatka. No, mještani ovoga kotara sada se pitaju zašto je igralište na njezinu zadnjem katu još uvijek “pod ključem”.

Podsjetimo, garaža je izgrađena na mjestu gdje je prije bilo igralište Osnovne škole “Lokve-Gripe”. Budući da zakon nalaže da svaka osnovna škola ima vanjski prostor za izvođenje nastave tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture, novo igralište prvenstveno je namijenjeno učenicima škole.

No, što je s periodom kada škola ne radi? Stanovnici okolnih zgrada navikli su da na školskom igralištu mogu bacit na mali balun ili košarku, ali sada im takva rekreacija nije dostupna jer je igralište izvan radnog vremena škole zaključano.

Kako objašnjava ravnatelj škole Davor Šimić, igralište je otvoreno dok je otvorena škola, no nakon toga se zaključava. Zašto? Kaže da igralište izvan radnog vremena škole nije u njegovoj nadležnosti.

Kako bismo doznali o čemu se zapravo radi, poslali smo upit Gradu Splitu. Oni pak tvrde da je trenutna situacija samo privremena.

Igralište nije sigurno

Iz Grada tvrde da je problem nastao nakon što je garažu početkom studenog od izvođača radova preuzeo “Split Parking”, odnosno Grad Split. Tvrtka “AP - atesti i procjene” tada je utvrdila da na igralištu postoji niz nedostataka koji bi mogli predstavljati potencijalnu opasnost za učenike i druge korisnike igrališta, a nadzorni inženjer naložio je uklanjanje svih nedostataka.

Naime, na određenim dijelovima nogometnog igrališta ne postoji sigurna udaljenost između betonskog zida i igrališta, pa se preporučuje kritične dijelove zida obložiti mekanom oblogom.

Sličan je problem i s tribinama, koje su preblizu igralištu pa bi ih od terena trebalo dodatno udaljiti. Problematično je i što je nasipanjem šljunka pri izgradnji terena za skok u dalj osobama s invaliditetom onemogućen pristup unutarnjoj dvorani.

Kako kažu iz Grada, igralište će službeno biti otvoreno kad se uklone navedeni problemi i tada će biti dostupno svim stanovnicima GK Lokve kao javno dostupna i besplatna usluga. Za sada će to biti samo u večernjim satima, a od iduće godine, kad škola prelazi na rad u jednoj smjeni, može se očekivati da će za građane biti dostupno već nakon 15 sati.

– Tada će školsko sportsko igralište biti još više i češće u funkciji takve cjelodnevne škole, ali vjerojatno kraće, odnosno do otprilike 15 sati. Poslije toga će spomenuto igralište biti na raspolaganju svim stanovnicima GK Lokve kao javno dostupna i besplatna usluga. Vjerujemo da će korištenje biti omogućeno do 22 sata zimi te do 23 sata ljeti – poručili su iz Grada.
