Grad traži najpovoljnije ponuditelje za radove na razvrstavanju i deponiranju građevinskog otpada, a taj posao je tijekom ove godine obavljala tvrtka "Brkan - Plano" iz Planog kod Trogira.

Procijenjena vrijednost natječaja je 312.500 kuna s PDV-om, navodi se u pratećoj dokumentaciji. Poslove uklanjanja "šuta" s gradskih ulica i dalje će voditi komunalni redari, a zadatak "Čistoće" je odvoženje materijala do ovlaštene tvrtke koja ima dozvolu za gospodarenje i zbrinjavanje takvog otpada, dakle do budućeg koncesionara.

Prema podacima koje smo ranije objavili, tijekom prve polovice godine, po nalozima redara, s gradskih ulica je prikupljeno 650 tona građevinskog otpada. Budući da je cijena zbrinjavanja 450 kuna po toni, dolazimo do iznosa od gotovo 300 tisuća kuna, koliko je Banovina u polugodišnjem razdoblju potrošila na saniranje ljudskog nemara.

U istom razdoblju izdano je gotovo 190 naloga za uklanjanje "šuta" te 38 mandatnih kazni i sedam prekršajnih naloga za nelegalno odlaganje glomaznog i građevinskog otpada. Od početka ove godine, zaključno s 28. kolovoza, prikupljeno je 873,6 tona građevinskog otpada, što znači da je tijekom nešto manje od tri mjeseca prikupljeno 223,6 tona takve vrste otpada s gradskih ulica.

Time dolazimo do brojke veće od 393 tisuće kuna, koje je lokalna vlast od početka godine do rujna potrošila na zbrinjavanje žbuke, dijelova zidova, betona, keramičkih pločica, crjepova, stolarije... svega što sugrađani bacali gdje im je god palo na pamet, a najčešće pokraj kontejnera za komunalni otpad.

Sramotno stanje

Nažalost, brojke su samo potvrdile da Split ima veliki problem s nepropisnim odlaganjem građevinskog otpada. Bez obzira na zgražanje dijela građana nad ovakvim prizorima, upravo su njihovi susjedi odgovorni za sramotno stanje na ulicama naših kvartova.

Posebno izdvajamo Split 3, gdje je na sedam lokacija u samo tri dana, od 7. do 9. siječnja, prikupljeno čak 28,7 tona glomaznog otpada. U Šibenskoj ulici na Kmanu je u dva navrata u samo jednom danu uklonjeno 10,5 tona otpada. Također, pokraj parkirališta u Plinarskoj je u jednom odvozu izvagano više od sedam tona "šuta".

U Kopilici, u Hercegovačkoj ulici od brojeva 39 do 43, u jednom danu je odvezeno "impresivnih" 14 tona otpada. Pujanke se također mogu "pohvaliti" nevjerojatnim brojkama. Tijekom samo dva dana nekoliko kamiona "Čistoće" u tom kvartu je prikupilo čak 18,6 tona otpada.

Onda je sutradan isti vozač došao po još poneku tonu otpada, pa je prekosutra na još tri lokacije u istom kvartu prikupio 3,6 tona odbačenog građevinskog materijala. Tijekom četiri dana više od 20 tona samo na Pujankama. Usporedbe radi, nekoliko dana kasnije, samo jedan kamion je na sedam lokacija na Lovretu te u Hercegovačkoj i Mosećkoj ulici ukupno prikupio 4,5 tona građevinskog otpada.

No, zato je nedugo nakon toga u Starčevićevoj ulici oboren rekord, u jednom danu je isti kamion prikupio više od 10 tona otpada, a dan nakon toga je u Starčevićevoj i na Dračevcu prikupljeno 10 i pol tona otpada u jednom kamionu.
Nažalost, ako građani ovakvim ritmom besramno nastave bacati zidove, beton, keramičke pločice, crjepove, stolariju i ostalo smeće, procijenjena vrijednost radova na razvrstavanju i deponiranju građevinskog otpada neće biti dostatna do polovice iduće godine.

Grad traži najpovoljnije ponuditelje za radove na razvrstavanju i deponiranju građevinskog otpada, a taj posao je tijekom ove godine obavljala tvrtka "Brkan - Plano" iz Planog kod Trogira.

Procijenjena vrijednost natječaja je 312.500 kuna s PDV-om, navodi se u pratećoj dokumentaciji. Poslove uklanjanja "šuta" s gradskih ulica i dalje će voditi komunalni redari, a zadatak "Čistoće" je odvoženje materijala do ovlaštene tvrtke koja ima dozvolu za gospodarenje i zbrinjavanje takvog otpada, dakle do budućeg koncesionara.

Prema podacima koje smo ranije objavili, tijekom prve polovice godine, po nalozima redara, s gradskih ulica je prikupljeno 650 tona građevinskog otpada. Budući da je cijena zbrinjavanja 450 kuna po toni, dolazimo do iznosa od gotovo 300 tisuća kuna, koliko je Banovina u polugodišnjem razdoblju potrošila na saniranje ljudskog nemara.

U istom razdoblju izdano je gotovo 190 naloga za uklanjanje "šuta" te 38 mandatnih kazni i sedam prekršajnih naloga za nelegalno odlaganje glomaznog i građevinskog otpada. Od početka ove godine, zaključno s 28. kolovoza, prikupljeno je 873,6 tona građevinskog otpada, što znači da je tijekom nešto manje od tri mjeseca prikupljeno 223,6 tona takve vrste otpada s gradskih ulica.

Time dolazimo do brojke veće od 393 tisuće kuna, koje je lokalna vlast od početka godine do rujna potrošila na zbrinjavanje žbuke, dijelova zidova, betona, keramičkih pločica, crjepova, stolarije... svega što sugrađani bacali gdje im je god palo na pamet, a najčešće pokraj kontejnera za komunalni otpad.

Sramotno stanje

Nažalost, brojke su samo potvrdile da Split ima veliki problem s nepropisnim odlaganjem građevinskog otpada. Bez obzira na zgražanje dijela građana nad ovakvim prizorima, upravo su njihovi susjedi odgovorni za sramotno stanje na ulicama naših kvartova.

Posebno izdvajamo Split 3, gdje je na sedam lokacija u samo tri dana, od 7. do 9. siječnja, prikupljeno čak 28,7 tona glomaznog otpada. U Šibenskoj ulici na Kmanu je u dva navrata u samo jednom danu uklonjeno 10,5 tona otpada. Također, pokraj parkirališta u Plinarskoj je u jednom odvozu izvagano više od sedam tona "šuta".

U Kopilici, u Hercegovačkoj ulici od brojeva 39 do 43, u jednom danu je odvezeno "impresivnih" 14 tona otpada. Pujanke se također mogu "pohvaliti" nevjerojatnim brojkama. Tijekom samo dva dana nekoliko kamiona "Čistoće" u tom kvartu je prikupilo čak 18,6 tona otpada.

Onda je sutradan isti vozač došao po još poneku tonu otpada, pa je prekosutra na još tri lokacije u istom kvartu prikupio 3,6 tona odbačenog građevinskog materijala. Tijekom četiri dana više od 20 tona samo na Pujankama. Usporedbe radi, nekoliko dana kasnije, samo jedan kamion je na sedam lokacija na Lovretu te u Hercegovačkoj i Mosećkoj ulici ukupno prikupio 4,5 tona građevinskog otpada.

No, zato je nedugo nakon toga u Starčevićevoj ulici oboren rekord, u jednom danu je isti kamion prikupio više od 10 tona otpada, a dan nakon toga je u Starčevićevoj i na Dračevcu prikupljeno 10 i pol tona otpada u jednom kamionu.
Nažalost, ako građani ovakvim ritmom besramno nastave bacati zidove, beton, keramičke pločice, crjepove, stolariju i ostalo smeće, procijenjena vrijednost radova na razvrstavanju i deponiranju građevinskog otpada neće biti dostatna do polovice iduće godine.

Od Grada smo zatražili brojku ispisanih kazni i prekršajnih naloga za nelegalno odlaganje glomaznog i građevinskog otpada, ali do zaključenja ovog broja nismo dobili odgovor.
