Trash partyjem na Zvončacu započeo je sinoć Advent u Splitu. Nakon što su se stanovnici Meja pobunili protiv Adventa na Zvončacu radi prekomjerne buke zbog koje ne mogu spavati, odlučili smo provjeriti koliko će glasno biti. 

Dozvoljena količina buke bila je 65 decibela jer je riječ o svakodnevnom programu. Isto kao i na ljeto, kada je organiziran ”Split park festival” i ”Koluri Zvončac” od istog organizatora, Antuna Tončija Vrdoljaka, unuka poznatijeg djeda. Razina buke je smanjena za koncerte i iznosi 65 decibela do 23 sata i 60 decibela do ponoći. Na ljeto je razina decibela na koncertima bila 80 decibela i nerijetko je prelazila iznad toga, što su pokazali rezultati mjerenja stanara, ali i mjerenje tvrtke ”Zast” za organizatore.

Krenuli smo s mjerenjem na izvoru buke. Kada smo ušli, početni je dojam da nije silent party. Dobro se čuje, ali Advent je više đir "pojest, popit, našalit se s ekipom" nego tulum u tom smislu riječi. 

Paprene cijene

Međutim, s obzirom na cijene, možda je bolje da sve ostane na šali: četiri eura za pivo od pola litre ili "tri deca", kobasica od pet i pol eura, burger od 12 eura, mozzarella štapići od osam, pileći medaljoni osam eura, dok ćete za litru ruma morati "isprsiti" 80 eura, viskija 100 eura i džina od 0,7 litara 150 eura.

Nakon inspekcije samog Adventa, stali smo ispod "Bobisa" i mjerili buku. Nekoliko decibela gore, nekoliko decibela dolje od dozvoljenih 65. Dojam je da ipak morate držati zatvorene prozore ako želite mir.

Potom smo otišli do stanara na Meštrovićevom šetalištu. Ta je ulica, uz Njegoševu, Dražanac i Begovićevu bila "najglasnija":

- Kada je počelo oko 18, nisam ni mislio da dođete. Ali evo, s balkona se sada sve čuje – rekao nam je.

Nije strašno, ali nije ni tiha misa

Aplikacija mjeri od 50 do 70, prosjek 63-67. Ajde sad, nije toliko loše. On nam je samo odgovorio da probamo mi ovo slušati od 15. lipnja naovamo s nekoliko dana tišine između. Pozvao nas je i na koncert Vesne Pisarović u petak. Iz prvog reda.

- U 180 dana ove godine imat ćemo 130 večeri s prekomjernom bukom. Kako ići leći prije ponoći? Iznajmljujem apartmane u zgradi, gubim rezervacije jer ne želi svatko doći za vrijeme festivala - nastavlja nam.

Ne možete ovce i novce. Vidjeli smo kako izgleda grad 1. studenoga. Vidjeli smo i kako izgleda 1. kolovoza. Mrtav grad ili grad mrtvih pijanih. I on sam živi od turizma, bez obzira na nezadovoljstvo.

Ali lagali bismo kad bismo napisali da se ne čuje buka sa Zvončaca. Ne para uši, ali nije dobro kad se otvore balkonska vrata.

Vlasnik stana tvrdi kako se krši pravilnik, jer ova manifestacija nije obuhvaćena zaključkom gradonačelnika Puljka:

- U Zakonu o zaštiti buke jasno je navedeno da jedinica lokalne samouprave određuje ulice, trgove, dijelove ulica i naselja gdje je moguće prekoračiti razinu buke. Prema Pravilniku bi razina buke trebala biti 55 decibela. U zaključku je samo navedena ulica gdje se Advent održava. Tamo se mjeri imisijska razina – rekao nam je.

U Zaključku je navedeno da je referentna imisijska točka na najizloženijem pročelju objekta stambene namjene. Nije silent party. Nije knjižnica. Ali nije ni ludi party koji će potrajati do jutra. Ono što se može razumjeti je stalna buka navečer koje su se naslušali na Mejama od 15. lipnja. Ili to ili grintanje kako do Uskrsa nema nigdje ništa.

Trash partyjem na Zvončacu započeo je sinoć Advent u Splitu. Nakon što su se stanovnici Meja pobunili protiv Adventa na Zvončacu radi prekomjerne buke zbog koje ne mogu spavati, odlučili smo provjeriti koliko će glasno biti. 

Dozvoljena količina buke bila je 65 decibela jer je riječ o svakodnevnom programu. Isto kao i na ljeto, kada je organiziran ”Split park festival” i ”Koluri Zvončac” od istog organizatora, Antuna Tončija Vrdoljaka, unuka poznatijeg djeda. Razina buke je smanjena za koncerte i iznosi 65 decibela do 23 sata i 60 decibela do ponoći. Na ljeto je razina decibela na koncertima bila 80 decibela i nerijetko je prelazila iznad toga, što su pokazali rezultati mjerenja stanara, ali i mjerenje tvrtke ”Zast” za organizatore.

Krenuli smo s mjerenjem na izvoru buke. Kada smo ušli, početni je dojam da nije silent party. Dobro se čuje, ali Advent je više đir "pojest, popit, našalit se s ekipom" nego tulum u tom smislu riječi. 

Paprene cijene

Međutim, s obzirom na cijene, možda je bolje da sve ostane na šali: četiri eura za pivo od pola litre ili "tri deca", kobasica od pet i pol eura, burger od 12 eura, mozzarella štapići od osam, pileći medaljoni osam eura, dok ćete za litru ruma morati "isprsiti" 80 eura, viskija 100 eura i džina od 0,7 litara 150 eura.

Nakon inspekcije samog Adventa, stali smo ispod "Bobisa" i mjerili buku. Nekoliko decibela gore, nekoliko decibela dolje od dozvoljenih 65. Dojam je da ipak morate držati zatvorene prozore ako želite mir.

Potom smo otišli do stanara na Meštrovićevom šetalištu. Ta je ulica, uz Njegoševu, Dražanac i Begovićevu bila "najglasnija":

- Kada je počelo oko 18, nisam ni mislio da dođete. Ali evo, s balkona se sada sve čuje – rekao nam je.

Nije strašno, ali nije ni tiha misa

Aplikacija mjeri od 50 do 70, prosjek 63-67. Ajde sad, nije toliko loše. On nam je samo odgovorio da probamo mi ovo slušati od 15. lipnja naovamo s nekoliko dana tišine između. Pozvao nas je i na koncert Vesne Pisarović u petak. Iz prvog reda.

- U 180 dana ove godine imat ćemo 130 večeri s prekomjernom bukom. Kako ići leći prije ponoći? Iznajmljujem apartmane u zgradi, gubim rezervacije jer ne želi svatko doći za vrijeme festivala - nastavlja nam.

Ne možete ovce i novce. Vidjeli smo kako izgleda grad 1. studenoga. Vidjeli smo i kako izgleda 1. kolovoza. Mrtav grad ili grad mrtvih pijanih. I on sam živi od turizma, bez obzira na nezadovoljstvo.

Ali lagali bismo kad bismo napisali da se ne čuje buka sa Zvončaca. Ne para uši, ali nije dobro kad se otvore balkonska vrata.

Vlasnik stana tvrdi kako se krši pravilnik, jer ova manifestacija nije obuhvaćena zaključkom gradonačelnika Puljka:

- U Zakonu o zaštiti buke jasno je navedeno da jedinica lokalne samouprave određuje ulice, trgove, dijelove ulica i naselja gdje je moguće prekoračiti razinu buke. Prema Pravilniku bi razina buke trebala biti 55 decibela. U zaključku je samo navedena ulica gdje se Advent održava. Tamo se mjeri imisijska razina – rekao nam je.

U Zaključku je navedeno da je referentna imisijska točka na najizloženijem pročelju objekta stambene namjene. Nije silent party. Nije knjižnica. Ali nije ni ludi party koji će potrajati do jutra. Ono što se može razumjeti je stalna buka navečer koje su se naslušali na Mejama od 15. lipnja. Ili to ili grintanje kako do Uskrsa nema nigdje ništa.
