U sklopu energetske obnove škola i vrtića sufinanciranih iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj, 10. svibnja je započela obnova Osnovne škole Pojišan. Projekt je vrijedan 12 milijuna kuna od čega je 4,8 milijuna bespovratnih sredstava. Radove izvodi tvrtka "Jukić Dam", a nadzor je "Oslonac".

I dok su se iz Grada Splita ovim projektom pohvalili ističući da će djeca dobiti ugodniji i ljepši prostor za boravak, učenje i igru, a škola ostvariti uštede u potrošnji električne energije, struka nije oduševljena.

Poznati splitski arhitekt Ante Kuzmanić je ispred Društva arhitekata Split (DAS) objavio priopćenje za javnost u kojem ukazuje da način obnove škole uništava njezinu originalnu vizuru, nazivajući to "projektanskim svetogrđem". Njegovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti.

- Živim u Splitu i u O.Š. Pojišan sam u prvi razred osnovne škole krenuo 1959. godine. Dakle, bio sam dio prve generacije te škole. Istu su mi pohađala djeca, a nadam se i unuci/ke. Uz to sam radeći kao projektant postao i redovni profesor u trajnom zvanju studija arhitekture, osnovanog prije dvadeset godina u Splitu.

Osnovna škola Pojišan je bila predmet interesa, kako nas profesora, tako i svih studenata arhitekture. Autora Dinka Vesanovića, uz niz ostalih realizacija, ova zgrada je obilježila kao značajnog autora na čijem su radu generacije arhitekata učile kvalitetu programiranja i projektiranja osnovnih škola, kao i perfektnu izvedbu zanatskih detalja pri upotrebi materijala. Godinama su zagrebačkim studentima arhitekture na ljetnim ekskurzijama pokazivali tu školu, kao primjer kvalitete splitske arhitekture. Osam godina boravka u njoj u mnogočemu me formiralo kao čovjeka i usmjerilo kvalitetom svojih prostora prema studiju arhitekture.

Prolazim svaki dan uz nju. Ovih dana promatrao sam postavljanje skele i razveselio se obnovi ovog bisera moderne arhitekture kroz projekt energetske obnove. Međutim pomno promatrajući radove ne mogu ne primijetiti neke izrazito loše odluke. Po tom projektu na kamenom obloženom dijelu pročelja lijepi se 15 cm debela toplinska izolacija na koju će vjerojatno doći 3 mm debela žbuka. Da čovjek ne povjeruje. U projektiranju to je svetogrđe! Nešto strašnije ne mogu ni zamisliti.

Ne znam tko je projektant, ali zar toplinska izolacija nije mogla ići iznutra?

Europski fondovi, iz koji se vjerojatno financira energetska obnova, ne znaju šta ta zgrada građanima Splita znači.

Arhitekturu moderne u Splitu inače nema tko štititi, konzervatori ne pokazuju interes dalje od baroka osim kad se kočijom treba ući u kazalište (neobarok). Godinama odlazeći glasovati na izborima gledam kako ravnatelji sa svojim kreativnim sposobnostima mijenjali boje, ruše nadstrešnice, iznajmljuju prostore, ograđuju igrališta u koja možeš ući isključivo uz plaćanje. Godine borbe kotara za javnim prostorima oko škole su izgubljene. Potrebe ravnatelja su jače. Nema u toj školi više ni kina, zdravstvene stanice, školske dvorane. I sada dolazimo do završnog čina. Škola će izgubiti sve što ju je krasilo kao odličan gradski projekt i postat će anonimno djelo "Pravilnika o jednostavnim i drugim građevinama". Nažalost, malo je građana i struke koji to primjećuju. Takav je današnji Split – zaključio je splitski arhitekt.

U sklopu energetske obnove škola i vrtića sufinanciranih iz Europskog fonda za regionalni razvoj, 10. svibnja je započela obnova Osnovne škole Pojišan. Projekt je vrijedan 12 milijuna kuna od čega je 4,8 milijuna bespovratnih sredstava. Radove izvodi tvrtka "Jukić Dam", a nadzor je "Oslonac".

I dok su se iz Grada Splita ovim projektom pohvalili ističući da će djeca dobiti ugodniji i ljepši prostor za boravak, učenje i igru, a škola ostvariti uštede u potrošnji električne energije, struka nije oduševljena.

Poznati splitski arhitekt Ante Kuzmanić je ispred Društva arhitekata Split (DAS) objavio priopćenje za javnost u kojem ukazuje da način obnove škole uništava njezinu originalnu vizuru, nazivajući to "projektanskim svetogrđem". Njegovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti.

- Živim u Splitu i u O.Š. Pojišan sam u prvi razred osnovne škole krenuo 1959. godine. Dakle, bio sam dio prve generacije te škole. Istu su mi pohađala djeca, a nadam se i unuci/ke. Uz to sam radeći kao projektant postao i redovni profesor u trajnom zvanju studija arhitekture, osnovanog prije dvadeset godina u Splitu.

Osnovna škola Pojišan je bila predmet interesa, kako nas profesora, tako i svih studenata arhitekture. Autora Dinka Vesanovića, uz niz ostalih realizacija, ova zgrada je obilježila kao značajnog autora na čijem su radu generacije arhitekata učile kvalitetu programiranja i projektiranja osnovnih škola, kao i perfektnu izvedbu zanatskih detalja pri upotrebi materijala. Godinama su zagrebačkim studentima arhitekture na ljetnim ekskurzijama pokazivali tu školu, kao primjer kvalitete splitske arhitekture. Osam godina boravka u njoj u mnogočemu me formiralo kao čovjeka i usmjerilo kvalitetom svojih prostora prema studiju arhitekture.

Prolazim svaki dan uz nju. Ovih dana promatrao sam postavljanje skele i razveselio se obnovi ovog bisera moderne arhitekture kroz projekt energetske obnove. Međutim pomno promatrajući radove ne mogu ne primijetiti neke izrazito loše odluke. Po tom projektu na kamenom obloženom dijelu pročelja lijepi se 15 cm debela toplinska izolacija na koju će vjerojatno doći 3 mm debela žbuka. Da čovjek ne povjeruje. U projektiranju to je svetogrđe! Nešto strašnije ne mogu ni zamisliti.

Ne znam tko je projektant, ali zar toplinska izolacija nije mogla ići iznutra?

Europski fondovi, iz koji se vjerojatno financira energetska obnova, ne znaju šta ta zgrada građanima Splita znači.

Arhitekturu moderne u Splitu inače nema tko štititi, konzervatori ne pokazuju interes dalje od baroka osim kad se kočijom treba ući u kazalište (neobarok). Godinama odlazeći glasovati na izborima gledam kako ravnatelji sa svojim kreativnim sposobnostima mijenjali boje, ruše nadstrešnice, iznajmljuju prostore, ograđuju igrališta u koja možeš ući isključivo uz plaćanje. Godine borbe kotara za javnim prostorima oko škole su izgubljene. Potrebe ravnatelja su jače. Nema u toj školi više ni kina, zdravstvene stanice, školske dvorane. I sada dolazimo do završnog čina. Škola će izgubiti sve što ju je krasilo kao odličan gradski projekt i postat će anonimno djelo "Pravilnika o jednostavnim i drugim građevinama". Nažalost, malo je građana i struke koji to primjećuju. Takav je današnji Split – zaključio je splitski arhitekt.
