Gradska tvrtka Žnjan oglasila je poziv zainteresiranima za izlaganje na manifestaciji 'Advent u Splitu' da dostave ponude. Manifestacija će se održati od 27. studenog do 6. siječnja na Rivi, u Đardinu, na bedemu Cornaro, a od 3. prosinca do 3. siječnja i u parku na Mertojaku. Bit će opet i klizalište u Đardinu.

Marin Krpetić, predsjednik Udruge stanovnika povijesne jezgre grada Splita 'Get' i član Kotarskog vijeća uopće nije oduševljen najavom da će se na Cornaru održavati ova manifestacija.

Dapače, javno se ogradio i ispričao svim susjedima i vlasnicima pasa koji koriste bedem Cornaro za slobodno istrčavanje svojih ljubimaca, što je i namjena istočne parcele.

- Gore sada očito ide dirigirani advent, a dio krivice ide i na lokalno kotarsko vijeće - naime, osim mene i vijećnice Lare, svi ostali su bili ZA, bilo radi pritiska, bilo radi toga jer uopće nisu svjesni svoje pozicije da su izabrani od strane stanara, a ne iz redova Turističke zajednice ili Ceha ugostitelja. Iako je pitanje koliko je mišljenje kotara obvezujuće ili se tu samo radi o pokriću onoga koji se prihvatio i organizacije kulturnih/zabavnih događaja - napisao je Krpetić na svom Facebook profilu, te nastavio:

Očito postoje drugačije vizije. Vijeće kotara Grad je nedavno naručilo i geodetsku podlogu te planira otvoriti temu kako konačno privesti svrsi navedeni prostor - primarno u korist susjeda, stanara i građana koji nam daju inpute s terena (pseći park, vježbalište, chill out zona su za sada najsnažnije argumentirani). Valja naglasiti da bedemu Cornaro gravitira cijeli kotar Grad (5.500 stanara), a istrčavalištu za pse gravitiraju i vlasnici susjednih kotareva. Prostor je zaživio kao takav. U samom kotaru podređenom turizmu i komercijalizaciji pa i prekomjernom muzealizacijom prostora i (pseudo)kulturnih sadržaja - nema nikakvog sportskog igrališta (osim dvije branke pred školom), nema vježbališta, nema uređene zone za odmor i bijeg od gužve, nema niti uređenog psećeg parka (osim ove parcele koja je isključivo samo na papiru, neuređena).

Odlukom da se otvori ovaj prostor za sadržaje ovakvog tipa potencijalno može imati posljedice za sve češćim interesom privatnih inicijativa, a sve to smanjuje kvalitetu života ljudi užeg, ali i šireg centra grada. Naporom Vijeća GK Grad, jedva smo se rješili rimskih legija i sličnih kičastih anomalija. Sad opet? Advent i psi, dreka i mir - ne idu zajedno. Jednostavno možemo očekivati odvezane pse svuda po gradu ovaj mjesec i pseću drekicu posvuda.

Lokacija je upitna i iz sigurnosnih razloga, osim ako nadležni misle ograđivati obod bedema ogradama i barijerama za što im vjerojatno treba i dozvola konzervatora. Upitno je i radi bure, ali i bauljanja onih koji (malo) više popiju. Bilo je kudikamo primjerenijih lokacija, kao Prokurative, a i čemu forsirati Advent kada i Zagreb odustaje od masovnog okupljanja, pošto je praktički nemoguće organizirati išta po važećim odlukama stožera s obzirom da je ovdje riječ o javnom okupljanju, što podrazumijeva ograđeni prostor, covid potvrde i sl. Možda je jednostavno trebalo prepustiti lokalnim ugostiteljima da sve skupa organiziraju u vlastitom aranžmanu tako da im se dozvole pultovi unutar površine štekata? Tada to nije klasično okupljanje i nema potrebe za potvrdama.

Druga sporna stvar je organizacija klizališta u Đardinu. Čemu? Zar se nije upravo aktualna vlast borila protiv ovakvih ludosti i ovakvog koncepta? Veže li ih kakav ugovor, stavka da baš moraju raditi ovo i pri tom u natječaju davati prednost organizatoru klizališta prethodna 2 puta (Arctic Rijeka) - 10 bodova. Još jedan od kriterija je i "razina kvalitete i raznovrsnost ponude" čije se vrednovanje temelji na "diskrecijskoj ocjeni ponuda", a nosi 30 bodova. Zašto kad se već forsira klizalište ono ne može biti na nekom trgu, primjerice na trgu "Dobri" gdje je i onako gomila djece, a ne u parku?

U kontaktu sa gradonačelnikom smo čuli suprotne ideje - upravo viziju koja se podudara sa vizijom Udruge Get, ljudima okupljenima oko inicijative Đardin, Vijećem GK Grad, ali i više-manje ostalim susjedima i stanarima te korisnicima parka i bedema. Inkluzivnost, a ne samovolju. Osobno sam uvjeren da je gradonačelnik komunicirao bez fige u džepu, a da ove nebuloze pušu iz nekih drugih vjetrova. Ima još vremena poništiti sve ovo i olabaviti koncept, a ne sijati gnjev i dodvoravati se širim masama. Netko će trebati i pogledati susjede u oči.

Ovo je moj osoban stav. Možda mi neki ljudi jesu manje ili više bliski, možda sam nekog podržavao u kampanji. Činjenica je da jednostavno i po funkciji u udruzi, i kao predstavnik liste u kotarskom vijeću kojoj su stanari dali najveće povjerenje - moram iznijeti svoj stav o ovome. Jer mi se ne crveni pred susjedima.

Gradska tvrtka Žnjan oglasila je poziv zainteresiranima za izlaganje na manifestaciji 'Advent u Splitu' da dostave ponude. Manifestacija će se održati od 27. studenog do 6. siječnja na Rivi, u Đardinu, na bedemu Cornaro, a od 3. prosinca do 3. siječnja i u parku na Mertojaku. Bit će opet i klizalište u Đardinu.

Marin Krpetić, predsjednik Udruge stanovnika povijesne jezgre grada Splita 'Get' i član Kotarskog vijeća uopće nije oduševljen najavom da će se na Cornaru održavati ova manifestacija.

Dapače, javno se ogradio i ispričao svim susjedima i vlasnicima pasa koji koriste bedem Cornaro za slobodno istrčavanje svojih ljubimaca, što je i namjena istočne parcele.

- Gore sada očito ide dirigirani advent, a dio krivice ide i na lokalno kotarsko vijeće - naime, osim mene i vijećnice Lare, svi ostali su bili ZA, bilo radi pritiska, bilo radi toga jer uopće nisu svjesni svoje pozicije da su izabrani od strane stanara, a ne iz redova Turističke zajednice ili Ceha ugostitelja. Iako je pitanje koliko je mišljenje kotara obvezujuće ili se tu samo radi o pokriću onoga koji se prihvatio i organizacije kulturnih/zabavnih događaja - napisao je Krpetić na svom Facebook profilu, te nastavio:

Očito postoje drugačije vizije. Vijeće kotara Grad je nedavno naručilo i geodetsku podlogu te planira otvoriti temu kako konačno privesti svrsi navedeni prostor - primarno u korist susjeda, stanara i građana koji nam daju inpute s terena (pseći park, vježbalište, chill out zona su za sada najsnažnije argumentirani). Valja naglasiti da bedemu Cornaro gravitira cijeli kotar Grad (5.500 stanara), a istrčavalištu za pse gravitiraju i vlasnici susjednih kotareva. Prostor je zaživio kao takav. U samom kotaru podređenom turizmu i komercijalizaciji pa i prekomjernom muzealizacijom prostora i (pseudo)kulturnih sadržaja - nema nikakvog sportskog igrališta (osim dvije branke pred školom), nema vježbališta, nema uređene zone za odmor i bijeg od gužve, nema niti uređenog psećeg parka (osim ove parcele koja je isključivo samo na papiru, neuređena).

Odlukom da se otvori ovaj prostor za sadržaje ovakvog tipa potencijalno može imati posljedice za sve češćim interesom privatnih inicijativa, a sve to smanjuje kvalitetu života ljudi užeg, ali i šireg centra grada. Naporom Vijeća GK Grad, jedva smo se rješili rimskih legija i sličnih kičastih anomalija. Sad opet? Advent i psi, dreka i mir - ne idu zajedno. Jednostavno možemo očekivati odvezane pse svuda po gradu ovaj mjesec i pseću drekicu posvuda.

Lokacija je upitna i iz sigurnosnih razloga, osim ako nadležni misle ograđivati obod bedema ogradama i barijerama za što im vjerojatno treba i dozvola konzervatora. Upitno je i radi bure, ali i bauljanja onih koji (malo) više popiju. Bilo je kudikamo primjerenijih lokacija, kao Prokurative, a i čemu forsirati Advent kada i Zagreb odustaje od masovnog okupljanja, pošto je praktički nemoguće organizirati išta po važećim odlukama stožera s obzirom da je ovdje riječ o javnom okupljanju, što podrazumijeva ograđeni prostor, covid potvrde i sl. Možda je jednostavno trebalo prepustiti lokalnim ugostiteljima da sve skupa organiziraju u vlastitom aranžmanu tako da im se dozvole pultovi unutar površine štekata? Tada to nije klasično okupljanje i nema potrebe za potvrdama.

Druga sporna stvar je organizacija klizališta u Đardinu. Čemu? Zar se nije upravo aktualna vlast borila protiv ovakvih ludosti i ovakvog koncepta? Veže li ih kakav ugovor, stavka da baš moraju raditi ovo i pri tom u natječaju davati prednost organizatoru klizališta prethodna 2 puta (Arctic Rijeka) - 10 bodova. Još jedan od kriterija je i "razina kvalitete i raznovrsnost ponude" čije se vrednovanje temelji na "diskrecijskoj ocjeni ponuda", a nosi 30 bodova. Zašto kad se već forsira klizalište ono ne može biti na nekom trgu, primjerice na trgu "Dobri" gdje je i onako gomila djece, a ne u parku?

U kontaktu sa gradonačelnikom smo čuli suprotne ideje - upravo viziju koja se podudara sa vizijom Udruge Get, ljudima okupljenima oko inicijative Đardin, Vijećem GK Grad, ali i više-manje ostalim susjedima i stanarima te korisnicima parka i bedema. Inkluzivnost, a ne samovolju. Osobno sam uvjeren da je gradonačelnik komunicirao bez fige u džepu, a da ove nebuloze pušu iz nekih drugih vjetrova. Ima još vremena poništiti sve ovo i olabaviti koncept, a ne sijati gnjev i dodvoravati se širim masama. Netko će trebati i pogledati susjede u oči.

Ovo je moj osoban stav. Možda mi neki ljudi jesu manje ili više bliski, možda sam nekog podržavao u kampanji. Činjenica je da jednostavno i po funkciji u udruzi, i kao predstavnik liste u kotarskom vijeću kojoj su stanari dali najveće povjerenje - moram iznijeti svoj stav o ovome. Jer mi se ne crveni pred susjedima.
