Tužna vijest danas je pogodila sve one koji su poznavali gradsku legendu i „dušu splitske peškarije“. Naime, u poslijepodnevnim satima preminuo je Joško Bačić zvani Žila, prvi i najpoznatiji čistač ribe naše ribarnice, osoba koju su znali i voljeli baš svi u gradu, te opisivali kao „dušu od čovika“.
Živio je u Alješijevoj ulici i bio je jedan od rijetkih preostalih stanovnika Dioklecijanove palače. Vijest se proširila po društvenim grupama, s njegovom fotografijom i emotivnim porukama ožalošćenih prijatelja i poznanika.
Godinama je bio narušenog zdravlja, boravio je u splitskom KBC-u i zbog tuberkuloze, pa se u nekoliko navrata među zabrinutim sugrađanima znala proširiti kriva informacije da je pokleknuo pred bolesti.
No, ovoga puta potvrda je stigla iz jednog od njegovih omiljenih mjesta gdje je boravio, kultne zalogajnice „Tri volta“. Vlasnik Ante Prkić kazao nam je kako su ga zvali iz bolničke sobe gdje je Žila bio smješten, te mu priopćili što se dogodilo. Navodno je jučer pronađen kako leži u blizini tog lokala te je brzo pozvana hitna pomoć, no ovoga puta je bolest očito bila jača...
„Počivao u miru“, „Pokoj vječni moj prijo“, „Odlaze legende grada... „, - neki su od komentara s Facebooka u kojima se Splićani opraštaju od našeg dobrog Žile, čiji će duh živjeti vječno.

Tužna vijest danas je pogodila sve one koji su poznavali gradsku legendu i „dušu splitske peškarije“. Naime, u poslijepodnevnim satima preminuo je Joško Bačić zvani Žila, prvi i najpoznatiji čistač ribe naše ribarnice, osoba koju su znali i voljeli baš svi u gradu, te opisivali kao „dušu od čovika“.
Živio je u Alješijevoj ulici i bio je jedan od rijetkih preostalih stanovnika Dioklecijanove palače. Vijest se proširila po društvenim grupama, s njegovom fotografijom i emotivnim porukama ožalošćenih prijatelja i poznanika.
Godinama je bio narušenog zdravlja, boravio je u splitskom KBC-u i zbog tuberkuloze, pa se u nekoliko navrata među zabrinutim sugrađanima znala proširiti kriva informacije da je pokleknuo pred bolesti.
No, ovoga puta potvrda je stigla iz jednog od njegovih omiljenih mjesta gdje je boravio, kultne zalogajnice „Tri volta“. Vlasnik Ante Prkić kazao nam je kako su ga zvali iz bolničke sobe gdje je Žila bio smješten, te mu priopćili što se dogodilo. Navodno je jučer pronađen kako leži u blizini tog lokala te je brzo pozvana hitna pomoć, no ovoga puta je bolest očito bila jača...
„Počivao u miru“, „Pokoj vječni moj prijo“, „Odlaze legende grada... „, - neki su od komentara s Facebooka u kojima se Splićani opraštaju od našeg dobrog Žile, čiji će duh živjeti vječno.
