Cijene najma stanova u Splitu otišle su u nebo. Pronaći stan po normalnoj cijeni ravno je dobitku na lotu. 

Jedna od popularnijih Facebook grupa za najam stanova je "Tražim stan/iznajmljujem stan Split" koja broji preko 45 tisuća članova. Izgleda da su neki članovi svoju muku odlučili okrenuti na šalu pa je osvanulo nekoliko oglasa za iznajmljivanje minijaturnih stanova. Što su kvadrati manji, veća je cijena. Izdvojili smo neke oglase.

"Iznajmljujem namješteni prekrasni apartman 15 kvadrata neslanovac od 1.10 - 15.06 dugoročno 500 eura. Obavezno prelist zadnje 3 godine platne liste, polog 6 mjesečnih rata, pet frendly, bez djece po mogućnosti i da imam pravo koristiti i ja za prespavati 2-3 puta kad dođem s Brača"...

Cijene najma stanova u Splitu otišle su u nebo. Pronaći stan po normalnoj cijeni ravno je dobitku na lotu. 

Jedna od popularnijih Facebook grupa za najam stanova je "Tražim stan/iznajmljujem stan Split" koja broji preko 45 tisuća članova. Izgleda da su neki članovi svoju muku odlučili okrenuti na šalu pa je osvanulo nekoliko oglasa za iznajmljivanje minijaturnih stanova. Što su kvadrati manji, veća je cijena. Izdvojili smo neke oglase.

"Iznajmljujem namješteni prekrasni apartman 15 kvadrata neslanovac od 1.10 - 15.06 dugoročno 500 eura. Obavezno prelist zadnje 3 godine platne liste, polog 6 mjesečnih rata, pet frendly, bez djece po mogućnosti i da imam pravo koristiti i ja za prespavati 2-3 puta kad dođem s Brača"...
