Već je duže vrijeme poznato da bi do kraja ove godine na mjestu stare zgrade koja je činila dio nekadašnjeg kompleksa hotela "Split“, srušene prije dva mjeseca, trebao niknuti novi paviljon "Radisson Blu Resorta“.

Odabran je i glavni izvođač radova, to je zagrebačka tvrtka "Tehnika", koja bi trebala izgraditi zamjensko hotelsko krilo naziva "Fikus-Radisson“, a investitor je kompanija "Hotel Split" koja upravlja smještajnim kapacitetima na Trsteniku.

Prema dostupnim podacima, bruto površina planiranog objekta iznosit će nešto više od 6000 metara kvadratnih, a obuhvaćat će podrum, prizemlje i pet katova. U hotelskoj zgradi planirano je ukupno 69 smještajnih jedinica, točnije 54 sobe i 15 apartmana, projektiranih tako da zadovoljavaju standarde hotela s četiri zvjezdice.

Iz "Radisson Blua“ su nam u siječnju kazali da time nastavljaju dosadašnju praksu investiranja u dodatnu vrijednost koju će turisti i sugrađani dobiti po završetku tog ulagačkog ciklusa.

Članovi poslovodstva tada su objasnili da će hotel raditi cijelo vrijeme tijekom tog zahvata, kao i da bi kompletan projekt trebala biti dovršena do početka 2018. godine, što je navedeno i u ugovoru sklopljenom s građevinskom kompanijom.

U istom se dokumentu navodi i da će ta zagrebačka tvrtka obavljati i adaptaciju i sanaciju terase u postojećoj glavnoj hotelskoj zgradi, ali detalje o tome nismo uspjeli doznati od Uprave "Hotela Split".

Kompleks na Trsteniku trenutačno ima 250 stilski uređenih soba i apartmana, nekoliko restorana i barova, spa i fitness centar, bazen, te devet dvorana za sastanke.

Sudeći po recenzijama gostiju na specijaliziranim servisima, oni su uglavnom vrlo zadovoljni uslugom u splitskom "Radissonu".

Već je duže vrijeme poznato da bi do kraja ove godine na mjestu stare zgrade koja je činila dio nekadašnjeg kompleksa hotela "Split“, srušene prije dva mjeseca, trebao niknuti novi paviljon "Radisson Blu Resorta“.

Odabran je i glavni izvođač radova, to je zagrebačka tvrtka "Tehnika", koja bi trebala izgraditi zamjensko hotelsko krilo naziva "Fikus-Radisson“, a investitor je kompanija "Hotel Split" koja upravlja smještajnim kapacitetima na Trsteniku.

Prema dostupnim podacima, bruto površina planiranog objekta iznosit će nešto više od 6000 metara kvadratnih, a obuhvaćat će podrum, prizemlje i pet katova. U hotelskoj zgradi planirano je ukupno 69 smještajnih jedinica, točnije 54 sobe i 15 apartmana, projektiranih tako da zadovoljavaju standarde hotela s četiri zvjezdice.

Iz "Radisson Blua“ su nam u siječnju kazali da time nastavljaju dosadašnju praksu investiranja u dodatnu vrijednost koju će turisti i sugrađani dobiti po završetku tog ulagačkog ciklusa.

Članovi poslovodstva tada su objasnili da će hotel raditi cijelo vrijeme tijekom tog zahvata, kao i da bi kompletan projekt trebala biti dovršena do početka 2018. godine, što je navedeno i u ugovoru sklopljenom s građevinskom kompanijom.

U istom se dokumentu navodi i da će ta zagrebačka tvrtka obavljati i adaptaciju i sanaciju terase u postojećoj glavnoj hotelskoj zgradi, ali detalje o tome nismo uspjeli doznati od Uprave "Hotela Split".

Kompleks na Trsteniku trenutačno ima 250 stilski uređenih soba i apartmana, nekoliko restorana i barova, spa i fitness centar, bazen, te devet dvorana za sastanke.

Sudeći po recenzijama gostiju na specijaliziranim servisima, oni su uglavnom vrlo zadovoljni uslugom u splitskom "Radissonu".
