Grad Split traži parcele za gradnju škole na Kili i za dječji vrtić na Mejašima. Na stranicama Grada objavljen je Javni poziv za neobvezujuće prikupljanje ponuda za kupoprodaju građevinskog zemljišta i gotovih prostora u prizemljima stambenih zgrada u gradu Splitu.

U Javnom pozivu stoji da se na širem području Gradskog kotara Mejaši traži zemljište površine oko 10.000 kvadrata za gradnju osnovne škole i sportske dvorane te za formiranje školskog trga, igrališta i dvorišta s ostalim zelenim površinama.

Prednost kod odabira imat će zemljišta koja prema GUP-u namjenom i ostalim prostornim pokazateljima odgovaraju traženim potrebama. Iako se u pozivu spominje šire područje Mejaša, na jednom mjestu se konkretizira da je riječ o lokaciji Kila.

Odnosno, stoji da "jedan i više ponuditelja mogu ponuditi više zemljišta kako bi se osigurala potrebna površina za izgradnju osnovne škole na području Kile".

Traže se prostori i za vrtić

Osim parcele od 10.000 četvornih metara, Grad prikuplja ponude gotovih prostora u prizemljima stambenih zgrada za smještaj dječjeg vrtića i jaslica.

Prostor u prizemlju stambene zgrade mora imati poseban ulaz i površinu minimalno 300 metara četvornih zatvorenog prostora s ograđenim otvorenim prostorom minimalne površine također 300 kvadrata, što je sukladno odredbama Državnog pedagoškog standarda predškolskog odgoja i naobrazbe. U Javnom pozivu stoji da će prednost kod odabira imati ponude za prostore s boljim tehničkim parametrima i karakteristikama.

Rok za dostavu ponuda traje do konca siječnja ove godine, a otvaranje ponuda neće biti javno. Potrebno je imati uredne vlasničke papire za nekretnine koje se nude.

Za nove gradnje potrebno je imati uporabnu dozvolu i z.k. izvadak da je proveden etažni elaborat ili da je u postupku. Za prostor u prizemlju potrebno je imati energetski certifikat za stambenu zgradu, odnosno prostor, ili dokaz o izradi istog.

– Radi se o neobvezujućem prikupljanju ponuda. Tijekom ovih mjeseci pokušali smo doći do zemljišta za školu na Kili. Ali nismo, nažalost, uspjeli pronaći 10.000 kvadrata slobodnog zemljišta, u vlasništvu Grada ili nekih pojedinaca.

Jer nesređene su knjige, a druga stvar, teško je naći povoljno zemljište koje ima u blizini pristupnu cestu, potrebnu veličinu i da je u propisanoj zoni namjene – objašnjavam nam Mate Omazić, pročelnik Službe za društvene djelatnosti.

Dosta neupisane djece

– Kao drugo, ostalo nam je dosta neupisane djece, pitanje je kakvu ćemo imati najesen situaciju. Hoće li pasti broj jasličara? Sve je to upitno. Pokušavamo doći do rješenja u smještaju djece dok se ne izgradi vrtić na Kili, a njega ćemo kandidirati za Nacionalni program oporavka i otpornosti, kao i vrtić na Pujankama.

Ako izgradimo ta dva vrtića, bit će više od 250 mjesta i mi ćemo s njima riješiti probleme upisa djece u vrtiće. Međutim, sada pokušavamo vidjeti bismo li mogli naći povoljno neki prostor za najam ili kupnju koji bismo brzo mogli staviti u funkciju za premostiti jedno razdoblje.

Nismo sigurni što ćemo dobiti, budući da svaki takav prostor traži veliku površinu oko zgrade. Ako nađemo nešto pozitivno, onda ćemo to prihvatiti, ako ne, onda ništa. Ionako je neobvezujuće prikupljanje ponuda – napominje Omazić.

U ponudi je potrebno dostaviti "podatke o postojećim i planiranim mogućnostima priključenja na infrastrukturu", tj. ako nekretnina nije priključena na kompletnu infrastrukturu, ima li neki dokument da se jednom planira priključiti.

– Našli smo jedno zemljište koje je imalo 9000 kvadrata, ali bilo je predaleko od bilo kakvog puta, niti je bio planiran put od njega. To bi značilo da, ako kupimo česticu, ne možemo odmah početi graditi školu jer moramo izgraditi prvo cestu. Da bismo izgradili cestu, moramo je planirati...

Jako je teško u Splitu naći veličinu takve parcele sa zadovoljenim infrastrukturnim i ostalim uvjetima da biste mogli graditi školu. Nama je primarno graditi školu, jer škola "Mejaši" radi u tri smjene. To je najveći problem sada, nemamo, ne samo školu, nego ni infrastrukturu – ističe Omazić.

Grad Split traži parcele za gradnju škole na Kili i za dječji vrtić na Mejašima. Na stranicama Grada objavljen je Javni poziv za neobvezujuće prikupljanje ponuda za kupoprodaju građevinskog zemljišta i gotovih prostora u prizemljima stambenih zgrada u gradu Splitu.

U Javnom pozivu stoji da se na širem području Gradskog kotara Mejaši traži zemljište površine oko 10.000 kvadrata za gradnju osnovne škole i sportske dvorane te za formiranje školskog trga, igrališta i dvorišta s ostalim zelenim površinama.

Prednost kod odabira imat će zemljišta koja prema GUP-u namjenom i ostalim prostornim pokazateljima odgovaraju traženim potrebama. Iako se u pozivu spominje šire područje Mejaša, na jednom mjestu se konkretizira da je riječ o lokaciji Kila.

Odnosno, stoji da "jedan i više ponuditelja mogu ponuditi više zemljišta kako bi se osigurala potrebna površina za izgradnju osnovne škole na području Kile".

Traže se prostori i za vrtić

Osim parcele od 10.000 četvornih metara, Grad prikuplja ponude gotovih prostora u prizemljima stambenih zgrada za smještaj dječjeg vrtića i jaslica.

Prostor u prizemlju stambene zgrade mora imati poseban ulaz i površinu minimalno 300 metara četvornih zatvorenog prostora s ograđenim otvorenim prostorom minimalne površine također 300 kvadrata, što je sukladno odredbama Državnog pedagoškog standarda predškolskog odgoja i naobrazbe. U Javnom pozivu stoji da će prednost kod odabira imati ponude za prostore s boljim tehničkim parametrima i karakteristikama.

Rok za dostavu ponuda traje do konca siječnja ove godine, a otvaranje ponuda neće biti javno. Potrebno je imati uredne vlasničke papire za nekretnine koje se nude.

Za nove gradnje potrebno je imati uporabnu dozvolu i z.k. izvadak da je proveden etažni elaborat ili da je u postupku. Za prostor u prizemlju potrebno je imati energetski certifikat za stambenu zgradu, odnosno prostor, ili dokaz o izradi istog.

– Radi se o neobvezujućem prikupljanju ponuda. Tijekom ovih mjeseci pokušali smo doći do zemljišta za školu na Kili. Ali nismo, nažalost, uspjeli pronaći 10.000 kvadrata slobodnog zemljišta, u vlasništvu Grada ili nekih pojedinaca.

Jer nesređene su knjige, a druga stvar, teško je naći povoljno zemljište koje ima u blizini pristupnu cestu, potrebnu veličinu i da je u propisanoj zoni namjene – objašnjavam nam Mate Omazić, pročelnik Službe za društvene djelatnosti.

Dosta neupisane djece

– Kao drugo, ostalo nam je dosta neupisane djece, pitanje je kakvu ćemo imati najesen situaciju. Hoće li pasti broj jasličara? Sve je to upitno. Pokušavamo doći do rješenja u smještaju djece dok se ne izgradi vrtić na Kili, a njega ćemo kandidirati za Nacionalni program oporavka i otpornosti, kao i vrtić na Pujankama.

Ako izgradimo ta dva vrtića, bit će više od 250 mjesta i mi ćemo s njima riješiti probleme upisa djece u vrtiće. Međutim, sada pokušavamo vidjeti bismo li mogli naći povoljno neki prostor za najam ili kupnju koji bismo brzo mogli staviti u funkciju za premostiti jedno razdoblje.

Nismo sigurni što ćemo dobiti, budući da svaki takav prostor traži veliku površinu oko zgrade. Ako nađemo nešto pozitivno, onda ćemo to prihvatiti, ako ne, onda ništa. Ionako je neobvezujuće prikupljanje ponuda – napominje Omazić.

U ponudi je potrebno dostaviti "podatke o postojećim i planiranim mogućnostima priključenja na infrastrukturu", tj. ako nekretnina nije priključena na kompletnu infrastrukturu, ima li neki dokument da se jednom planira priključiti.

– Našli smo jedno zemljište koje je imalo 9000 kvadrata, ali bilo je predaleko od bilo kakvog puta, niti je bio planiran put od njega. To bi značilo da, ako kupimo česticu, ne možemo odmah početi graditi školu jer moramo izgraditi prvo cestu. Da bismo izgradili cestu, moramo je planirati...

Jako je teško u Splitu naći veličinu takve parcele sa zadovoljenim infrastrukturnim i ostalim uvjetima da biste mogli graditi školu. Nama je primarno graditi školu, jer škola "Mejaši" radi u tri smjene. To je najveći problem sada, nemamo, ne samo školu, nego ni infrastrukturu – ističe Omazić.
