Čim je Kerum isforsirao krizu vlasti kako bi uhvatio startnu poziciju za izbore, Split je postao nacionalna tema. Svode se konti jednog mandata: je li lokalna vlast mogla bolje i više? I je li uopće što napravila? Ajmo redom: da, "utabala" je Karepovac i tako stavila točku na projekt koji joj je papirnato priredila Baldasarova garnitura, pa omogućila Gradu i građanima da prodišu do izgradnje centra u Lećevici.

Obnovljene su i dograđene osmoljetke; ona na Šinama temeljito, zatim na Pujankama, Mejašima, Skalicama, a radi se i na vrtićima. Prema POS-ovim stanovima na Kili probija se vrlo važna prometnica, dio Bračke ulice napokon je donekle stavljen u funkciju, a na križanju kod nekadašnje prometne postaje na Mertojaku, opet napokon, postavljen je kružni tok koji je riješio problem na tom vrlo opasnom križanju, kao i na onom susjednom, kod hotela "Radisson Blu".

Političar i trgovac

Obnovljena je Matoševa ulica, dio Vukovarske, Put Trstenika, a i na Poljičkoj će se, vele, raditi "face lifting". Krenulo se i s odčepljivanjem prometnih arterija kako bi se konačno spojilo Žnjan i Pazdigrad, čiji je dio ispod Lovrinačke petlje slijepo crijevo, pa njegovi stanovnici u novogradnjama više od deset godina žive u nekoj vrsti mišolovke iz koje bi se teško izvukli da, ne daj bože, danas-sutra bukne požar.

Je li se napravilo puno, malo ili ništa? Paaa, suma summarum, vjerojatno se učinilo onoliko koliko je to u ovim okolnostima – političkim, ekonomskim i inim – bilo realno, jer politika je, ta toliko smo puta već to čuli, umijeće mogućeg. Naime, nije se moglo očekivati više iz nategnute koalicije Opara – Kerum, Andro – Željko, baš tako; jer HDZ i HGS, vehementni Keri kaže, "nemaju nikakvih problema", ali njih dvojica, naglasit će i poteštat i (politički) trgovac Kerum, komuniciraju samo preko medija.

A je li moglo drukčije? Ne, zato što je izabrani gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara po svemu bio bliži ekipi iz Pametnog ili Mosta, i kao takvima im nudio suradnju, ali oni opet nisu mogli prihvatiti poteštata iz HDZ-a jer bi to značilo izdati vlastite birače.
Stoga je Opara krenuo jedinim putem koji mu je preostao, što je značilo voditi Grad, a zapravo trpiti neprestane ucjene od strane HGS-a, koji će, kad god im se ne ispuni neku želju vezanu uz uhljebljivanje njihovih kadrova ili gradski novac, pritiskati gradonačelnika činjenicom da bez njihovih ruku nema kvoruma.

Očistio žnjanski plato

Je li onda Krstulović Opara, odmah nakon izbora koje je dobio u fotofinišu, trebao sve poslati kvragu i isprovocirati njihovo ponavljanje, kao što sada Kerum provocira krizu vlasti? I što bi time postigao? Ništa. I zato vam i tvrdim da je ovo što je u ove tri godine u Splitu učinjeno – naša realnost. Možda surova, ali – realnost.

A ona se najviše zrcali na Žnjanu. Opara je uz pomoć HNS-ova ministra očistio žnjanski plato od bespravnih graditelja, i pri tome otrpio nezamislive uvrede i prijetnje. S unificiranim ugostiteljskim objektima i štekatima svedenim u normalne gabarite, plaže danas izgledaju pristojnije.

I Kuzmanićev projekt, koji je ponuđen na uvid javnosti, podržali su redom: vlast, opozicija i javnost; ali opet se zapelo. Raduje što će krenuti radovi na šetnici, no daleko je to od najavljivanog. Korona-kriza je ispraznila blagajnu, a i to je naša stvarnost. Velim, kako god gledali na ovo što se oko nas u Splitu događa ili ne, ispada da nam se tako piše.

Za velike projekte trebate imati politički stabilnu vlast, a to u Banovini u ovom mandatu nisu imali. Dalje, za iste te projekte netko vam treba dobro odčepiti špinu, a to Zagreb, unatoč silnim obećanjima kad su ministri pohodili Split, nije učinio. Ispada da čak nisu ni pomogli oko "papirnatog" sređivanja žnjanskog platoa, što je conditio sine qua non da bi se punim jedrima krenulo naprijed. A sve tri razine vlasti drži HDZ: lokalnu, županijsku i centralnu?

I znači li to da su onda Oparini radili protiv njega samog, i potvrđuje li to onu Kerumovu "da je on dobar s HDZ-om, ali nije s Oparom"? I je li onda ovaj grad u posljednje tri godine vodio usamljeni gradonačelnik? Andro sam na svijetu? I je li mu onda i podrška za novi mandat, koju mu je nedavno pružio predsjednik HDZ-a Andrej Plenković, samo nominalna? Puno je pitanja, a odgovor samo jedan: njega će dati birači na izborima u svibnju iduće godine. I oni su jedini koji znaju može li ovaj i ovakav Split bolje.

Čim je Kerum isforsirao krizu vlasti kako bi uhvatio startnu poziciju za izbore, Split je postao nacionalna tema. Svode se konti jednog mandata: je li lokalna vlast mogla bolje i više? I je li uopće što napravila? Ajmo redom: da, "utabala" je Karepovac i tako stavila točku na projekt koji joj je papirnato priredila Baldasarova garnitura, pa omogućila Gradu i građanima da prodišu do izgradnje centra u Lećevici.

Obnovljene su i dograđene osmoljetke; ona na Šinama temeljito, zatim na Pujankama, Mejašima, Skalicama, a radi se i na vrtićima. Prema POS-ovim stanovima na Kili probija se vrlo važna prometnica, dio Bračke ulice napokon je donekle stavljen u funkciju, a na križanju kod nekadašnje prometne postaje na Mertojaku, opet napokon, postavljen je kružni tok koji je riješio problem na tom vrlo opasnom križanju, kao i na onom susjednom, kod hotela "Radisson Blu".

Političar i trgovac

Obnovljena je Matoševa ulica, dio Vukovarske, Put Trstenika, a i na Poljičkoj će se, vele, raditi "face lifting". Krenulo se i s odčepljivanjem prometnih arterija kako bi se konačno spojilo Žnjan i Pazdigrad, čiji je dio ispod Lovrinačke petlje slijepo crijevo, pa njegovi stanovnici u novogradnjama više od deset godina žive u nekoj vrsti mišolovke iz koje bi se teško izvukli da, ne daj bože, danas-sutra bukne požar.

Je li se napravilo puno, malo ili ništa? Paaa, suma summarum, vjerojatno se učinilo onoliko koliko je to u ovim okolnostima – političkim, ekonomskim i inim – bilo realno, jer politika je, ta toliko smo puta već to čuli, umijeće mogućeg. Naime, nije se moglo očekivati više iz nategnute koalicije Opara – Kerum, Andro – Željko, baš tako; jer HDZ i HGS, vehementni Keri kaže, "nemaju nikakvih problema", ali njih dvojica, naglasit će i poteštat i (politički) trgovac Kerum, komuniciraju samo preko medija.

A je li moglo drukčije? Ne, zato što je izabrani gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara po svemu bio bliži ekipi iz Pametnog ili Mosta, i kao takvima im nudio suradnju, ali oni opet nisu mogli prihvatiti poteštata iz HDZ-a jer bi to značilo izdati vlastite birače.
Stoga je Opara krenuo jedinim putem koji mu je preostao, što je značilo voditi Grad, a zapravo trpiti neprestane ucjene od strane HGS-a, koji će, kad god im se ne ispuni neku želju vezanu uz uhljebljivanje njihovih kadrova ili gradski novac, pritiskati gradonačelnika činjenicom da bez njihovih ruku nema kvoruma.

Očistio žnjanski plato

Je li onda Krstulović Opara, odmah nakon izbora koje je dobio u fotofinišu, trebao sve poslati kvragu i isprovocirati njihovo ponavljanje, kao što sada Kerum provocira krizu vlasti? I što bi time postigao? Ništa. I zato vam i tvrdim da je ovo što je u ove tri godine u Splitu učinjeno – naša realnost. Možda surova, ali – realnost.

A ona se najviše zrcali na Žnjanu. Opara je uz pomoć HNS-ova ministra očistio žnjanski plato od bespravnih graditelja, i pri tome otrpio nezamislive uvrede i prijetnje. S unificiranim ugostiteljskim objektima i štekatima svedenim u normalne gabarite, plaže danas izgledaju pristojnije.

I Kuzmanićev projekt, koji je ponuđen na uvid javnosti, podržali su redom: vlast, opozicija i javnost; ali opet se zapelo. Raduje što će krenuti radovi na šetnici, no daleko je to od najavljivanog. Korona-kriza je ispraznila blagajnu, a i to je naša stvarnost. Velim, kako god gledali na ovo što se oko nas u Splitu događa ili ne, ispada da nam se tako piše.

Za velike projekte trebate imati politički stabilnu vlast, a to u Banovini u ovom mandatu nisu imali. Dalje, za iste te projekte netko vam treba dobro odčepiti špinu, a to Zagreb, unatoč silnim obećanjima kad su ministri pohodili Split, nije učinio. Ispada da čak nisu ni pomogli oko "papirnatog" sređivanja žnjanskog platoa, što je conditio sine qua non da bi se punim jedrima krenulo naprijed. A sve tri razine vlasti drži HDZ: lokalnu, županijsku i centralnu?

I znači li to da su onda Oparini radili protiv njega samog, i potvrđuje li to onu Kerumovu "da je on dobar s HDZ-om, ali nije s Oparom"? I je li onda ovaj grad u posljednje tri godine vodio usamljeni gradonačelnik? Andro sam na svijetu? I je li mu onda i podrška za novi mandat, koju mu je nedavno pružio predsjednik HDZ-a Andrej Plenković, samo nominalna? Puno je pitanja, a odgovor samo jedan: njega će dati birači na izborima u svibnju iduće godine. I oni su jedini koji znaju može li ovaj i ovakav Split bolje.

Čim je Kerum isforsirao krizu vlasti kako bi uhvatio startnu poziciju za izbore, Split je postao nacionalna tema. Svode se konti jednog mandata: je li lokalna vlast mogla bolje i više? I je li uopće što napravila? Ajmo redom: da, "utabala" je Karepovac i tako stavila točku na projekt koji joj je papirnato priredila Baldasarova garnitura, pa omogućila Gradu i građanima da prodišu do izgradnje centra u Lećevici.

Obnovljene su i dograđene osmoljetke; ona na Šinama temeljito, zatim na Pujankama, Mejašima, Skalicama, a radi se i na vrtićima. Prema POS-ovim stanovima na Kili probija se vrlo važna prometnica, dio Bračke ulice napokon je donekle stavljen u funkciju, a na križanju kod nekadašnje prometne postaje na Mertojaku, opet napokon, postavljen je kružni tok koji je riješio problem ...
