Kad se Splićani naviknu prolaziti nekim putem, nema tih zidova ni ograda koji će ih zaustaviti. Obratio nam se čitatelj tražeći da mu se objasni zašto je prolaz kroz lučicu Zenta - zatvoren.

Čitatelj nam je ispričao kako je s dvoje male djece imao namjeru voziti bicikle od Žnjana do Bačvica.

- Krenuli smo sa Žnjana i s istočne strane ušli u lučicu Zenta s namjerom da prođemo prema POŠK-ovom bazenu i dalje prema Bačvicama, međutim zapadni izlaz iz lučice je bio zatvoren i morali smo se vratiti natrag.

S obzirom na to da veliki uspon s vanjske strane lučice i prometovanje biciklima po frekventnoj prometnici uz teniske terene nisu primjereni za malu djecu, bio sam onemogućen u prolasku prema Bačvicama - požalio se.

Cijeli svoj život je povremeno prolazio tim putem i sada je ostao iznenađen.

- Odakle ljudima koji vode lučicu Zenta pravo zatvoriti javni put koji je na pomorskom dobru - javno dobro? - pita se.

Zanimalo ga je i ako se ispostavi da vodstvo lučice ipak ima pravo zatvoriti pješački prolaz građanima, može li se kako urgirati da se napravi novi pješački prolaz na sjevero-zapadnom kutu, s vanjske strane lučice na način da se izbjegne veliki uspon i obilaženje teniskih terena po frekventnoj cesti?

- Mislim da ne bi trebao biti veliki problem probiti put širine jedan do jedan i pol metar, dužine jedva par desetaka metara, a koji bi počinjao na dnu uzbrdice s vanjske strane lučice i završavao u samoj lučici na zapadnom dijelu gdje je sada ograda koja priječi prijašnji prolaz.

Ako je potrebno, stambeni kontejner u sjeverozapadnom dijelu lučice se može i pomaknuti za jedan metar unutar lučice kako bi se sa stražnje strane dobio prolaz koji će ići izvan ograđenog dijela lučice, jer sadašnja situacija da se roditeljima s malom djecom onemogućava pješački prolaz između Žnjana i Bačvica je neprihvatljiva - zaključio je čitatelj.

Odah smo kontaktirali voditelja luke Roberta Andrijića, koji nam je pojasnio kako je dio prolaza o kojem čitatelj govori zatvoren preventivno, uslijed bojazni od mogućih nezgoda kojima su prolaznici izloženi unutar lociranog područja.

- Predmetno područje je zona manipulacije i prijevoza teških tereta te radnog djelokruga pomične stupne dizalice, dakle radnih uvjeta koji nas ne čine bezbrižnima u percepciji potpuno otvorenog prolaza za prolaznike i mogućih posljedica.

Svjesni smo da je ljudima ipak dekomodirajuće trenutno rješenje načina obilaska dijela lučkog područja, ali bitno je reći i da ne udovoljava našim viđenjima lučice kao otvorenog prostora za ugodan boravak i šetnju sugrađana - kazao nam je Andrijić.

- Shvaćamo da nam je na zadani sigurnosni aspekt obveza iznaći rješenje što elegantnijeg i ugodnijeg prohoda kroz lučko područje. Potrudit ćemo se za izvršenje u prihvatljivom roku - optimističan je voditelj luke.

Kad se Splićani naviknu prolaziti nekim putem, nema tih zidova ni ograda koji će ih zaustaviti. Obratio nam se čitatelj tražeći da mu se objasni zašto je prolaz kroz lučicu Zenta - zatvoren.

Čitatelj nam je ispričao kako je s dvoje male djece imao namjeru voziti bicikle od Žnjana do Bačvica.

- Krenuli smo sa Žnjana i s istočne strane ušli u lučicu Zenta s namjerom da prođemo prema POŠK-ovom bazenu i dalje prema Bačvicama, međutim zapadni izlaz iz lučice je bio zatvoren i morali smo se vratiti natrag.

S obzirom na to da veliki uspon s vanjske strane lučice i prometovanje biciklima po frekventnoj prometnici uz teniske terene nisu primjereni za malu djecu, bio sam onemogućen u prolasku prema Bačvicama - požalio se.

Cijeli svoj život je povremeno prolazio tim putem i sada je ostao iznenađen.

- Odakle ljudima koji vode lučicu Zenta pravo zatvoriti javni put koji je na pomorskom dobru - javno dobro? - pita se.

Zanimalo ga je i ako se ispostavi da vodstvo lučice ipak ima pravo zatvoriti pješački prolaz građanima, može li se kako urgirati da se napravi novi pješački prolaz na sjevero-zapadnom kutu, s vanjske strane lučice na način da se izbjegne veliki uspon i obilaženje teniskih terena po frekventnoj cesti?

- Mislim da ne bi trebao biti veliki problem probiti put širine jedan do jedan i pol metar, dužine jedva par desetaka metara, a koji bi počinjao na dnu uzbrdice s vanjske strane lučice i završavao u samoj lučici na zapadnom dijelu gdje je sada ograda koja priječi prijašnji prolaz.

Ako je potrebno, stambeni kontejner u sjeverozapadnom dijelu lučice se može i pomaknuti za jedan metar unutar lučice kako bi se sa stražnje strane dobio prolaz koji će ići izvan ograđenog dijela lučice, jer sadašnja situacija da se roditeljima s malom djecom onemogućava pješački prolaz između Žnjana i Bačvica je neprihvatljiva - zaključio je čitatelj.

Odah smo kontaktirali voditelja luke Roberta Andrijića, koji nam je pojasnio kako je dio prolaza o kojem čitatelj govori zatvoren preventivno, uslijed bojazni od mogućih nezgoda kojima su prolaznici izloženi unutar lociranog područja.

- Predmetno područje je zona manipulacije i prijevoza teških tereta te radnog djelokruga pomične stupne dizalice, dakle radnih uvjeta koji nas ne čine bezbrižnima u percepciji potpuno otvorenog prolaza za prolaznike i mogućih posljedica.

Svjesni smo da je ljudima ipak dekomodirajuće trenutno rješenje načina obilaska dijela lučkog područja, ali bitno je reći i da ne udovoljava našim viđenjima lučice kao otvorenog prostora za ugodan boravak i šetnju sugrađana - kazao nam je Andrijić.

- Shvaćamo da nam je na zadani sigurnosni aspekt obveza iznaći rješenje što elegantnijeg i ugodnijeg prohoda kroz lučko područje. Potrudit ćemo se za izvršenje u prihvatljivom roku - optimističan je voditelj luke.
