Svaki put kad nam se nakon obilnijih kiša zamuti voda, na pamet nam padne kad ćemo dobiti taj famozni pročišćivač o kojemu slušamo već godinama. Točnije, o tome slušamo od 2018. kada je cijeli projekt krenuo s pilotiranjem kako bi se uopće vidjelo kakav točno uređaj može zadovoljiti stroge direktive Europske unije.

A baš je u tim direktivama “caka”. Naime, sada dopušteni parametri mutnoće iznose 4 NTU, a u budućnosti će iznositi samo 0,5 NTU, što znači da bi bez uređaja za filtriranje splitska voda - uvijek bila mutna.

Opsežna procedura dobivanja ovog važnog uređaja, čija duljina trajanja izluđuje oko 400 tisuća stanovnika Splita i još 12 gradova i općina, uključivala je gomilu dokumenata koje nećemo sada nabrajati, a od kojih je najvažniji lokacijska dozvola koja je dobivena 2021. godine.

Kad je Europska banka za obnovu i razvitak (EBRD) pristala na model financiranja prema kojemu 93 milijuna kuna osiguravaju Hrvatske vode, a ostatak do 140 milijuna, koliko iznosi ukupna vrijednost projekta, upravo EBRD, raspisan je prije godinu i pol dana natječaj za izvođača radova. Zašto se toliko duga čekalo, objasnio nam je Tomislav Šuta, direktor “Vodovoda i kanalizacije”.

- Morat će se prekinuti i preusmjeriti Dioklecijanov i Novi splitski kanal, pa su se morali naručiti posebni radovi, te su se dodatno naručili geomehanički radovi, što je zaustavilo natječaj. Svakako, nadamo se da bi otvaranje ponuda moglo biti za mjesec dana, s tim da je rok izvođenja radova nakon uvođenja izvođača u posao godinu i pol dana.

Dakle, odgovor na pitanje s početka teksta bio bi - novi pročišćivač najranije bismo mogli dobiti krajem 2024. ili početkom 2025. godine.

Svaki put kad nam se nakon obilnijih kiša zamuti voda, na pamet nam padne kad ćemo dobiti taj famozni pročišćivač o kojemu slušamo već godinama. Točnije, o tome slušamo od 2018. kada je cijeli projekt krenuo s pilotiranjem kako bi se uopće vidjelo kakav točno uređaj može zadovoljiti stroge direktive Europske unije.

A baš je u tim direktivama “caka”. Naime, sada dopušteni parametri mutnoće iznose 4 NTU, a u budućnosti će iznositi samo 0,5 NTU, što znači da bi bez uređaja za filtriranje splitska voda - uvijek bila mutna.

Opsežna procedura dobivanja ovog važnog uređaja, čija duljina trajanja izluđuje oko 400 tisuća stanovnika Splita i još 12 gradova i općina, uključivala je gomilu dokumenata koje nećemo sada nabrajati, a od kojih je najvažniji lokacijska dozvola koja je dobivena 2021. godine.

Kad je Europska banka za obnovu i razvitak (EBRD) pristala na model financiranja prema kojemu 93 milijuna kuna osiguravaju Hrvatske vode, a ostatak do 140 milijuna, koliko iznosi ukupna vrijednost projekta, upravo EBRD, raspisan je prije godinu i pol dana natječaj za izvođača radova. Zašto se toliko duga čekalo, objasnio nam je Tomislav Šuta, direktor “Vodovoda i kanalizacije”.

- Morat će se prekinuti i preusmjeriti Dioklecijanov i Novi splitski kanal, pa su se morali naručiti posebni radovi, te su se dodatno naručili geomehanički radovi, što je zaustavilo natječaj. Svakako, nadamo se da bi otvaranje ponuda moglo biti za mjesec dana, s tim da je rok izvođenja radova nakon uvođenja izvođača u posao godinu i pol dana.

Dakle, odgovor na pitanje s početka teksta bio bi - novi pročišćivač najranije bismo mogli dobiti krajem 2024. ili početkom 2025. godine.
