Iz kaosa koji je ovog ljeta vladao na Kašjunima proizišla je prekršajna prijava, i to protiv Splićanina koji je pokušao riješiti nered koji su izazvali taksisti, ali i protiv taksista.

Mediji su cijelo ljeto upozoravali o alarmantnom stanju na poznatoj splitskoj plaži i taksistima koji se tamo zadržavaju, a koji su bili jedan, ali važan uzrok totalnog nereda.
Taksi i ostala vozila stvarali su nesnosne gužve na cestovnom prilazu do marjanske plaže, a pogotovo na makadamu uz samu obalu gdje je vladao potpuni prometni čep.
Trebalo je živaca i vremena za iskobeljati se iz tih prometnih gužvi, a službe koje su trebale uvesti red očito su potpuno zakazale.

Sada je sutkinja Općinskog prekršajnog suda u Splitu ​proglasila krivima jednog Splićanina, ali i jednog taksista, koje su policajci iz Prve policijske postaje 18. kolovoza ova godine prijavili da su na Kašjunima počinili prekršaj protiv javnog reda i mira.

Taksist, koji je već bio prekršajno kažnjavan, svojim je automobilom zapriječio prolazak drugog vozila. Zbog toga je jedan Splićanin izišao iz svog auta i prišao taksiju vičući, kako to navodi policija: "Poštuj red, ne možeš ukrcavati ljude...", a zatim otvorio vrata taksija i tjerao putnike koji su u njemu sjedili.
– To je kod putnika i vozača taksija izazvalo uznemirenost. Dakle, i taksist i građanin su na javnome mjestu vikali – utvrdio je sud i obojicu kaznio sa po 300 eura.

Inače, kažnjeni vozač taksija je Nino Aviani, bivši član splitskog SDP-a. Nismo ga uspjeli dobiti na mobitel, a za Dalmatinski portal je kazao: 

- To popodne sam se kupao na Kašjunima i nisam sudjelovao u nikakvoj svađi taksi vozača. A osim toga ni ne vozim auto Dacia. To je bio nekakav manji prijepor oko prava prvenstva uzimanja putnika. Žalit ću se na prekršajni nalog.

Iz kaosa koji je ovog ljeta vladao na Kašjunima proizišla je prekršajna prijava, i to protiv Splićanina koji je pokušao riješiti nered koji su izazvali taksisti, ali i protiv taksista.

Mediji su cijelo ljeto upozoravali o alarmantnom stanju na poznatoj splitskoj plaži i taksistima koji se tamo zadržavaju, a koji su bili jedan, ali važan uzrok totalnog nereda.
Taksi i ostala vozila stvarali su nesnosne gužve na cestovnom prilazu do marjanske plaže, a pogotovo na makadamu uz samu obalu gdje je vladao potpuni prometni čep.
Trebalo je živaca i vremena za iskobeljati se iz tih prometnih gužvi, a službe koje su trebale uvesti red očito su potpuno zakazale.

Sada je sutkinja Općinskog prekršajnog suda u Splitu ​proglasila krivima jednog Splićanina, ali i jednog taksista, koje su policajci iz Prve policijske postaje 18. kolovoza ova godine prijavili da su na Kašjunima počinili prekršaj protiv javnog reda i mira.

Taksist, koji je već bio prekršajno kažnjavan, svojim je automobilom zapriječio prolazak drugog vozila. Zbog toga je jedan Splićanin izišao iz svog auta i prišao taksiju vičući, kako to navodi policija: "Poštuj red, ne možeš ukrcavati ljude...", a zatim otvorio vrata taksija i tjerao putnike koji su u njemu sjedili.
– To je kod putnika i vozača taksija izazvalo uznemirenost. Dakle, i taksist i građanin su na javnome mjestu vikali – utvrdio je sud i obojicu kaznio sa po 300 eura.

Inače, kažnjeni vozač taksija je Nino Aviani, bivši član splitskog SDP-a. Nismo ga uspjeli dobiti na mobitel, a za Dalmatinski portal je kazao: 

- To popodne sam se kupao na Kašjunima i nisam sudjelovao u nikakvoj svađi taksi vozača. A osim toga ni ne vozim auto Dacia. To je bio nekakav manji prijepor oko prava prvenstva uzimanja putnika. Žalit ću se na prekršajni nalog.
