Sanja Guć Babić je svoj rodni Split i Bačvice zamijenila dalekim Dubaijem i Švicarskom. Nakon završenog “Pojišana” i “Marulića” upisuje Pravni fakultet u Splitu.

Tijekom njezinih srednjoškolskih dana profesor Ivo Škarić pozvao ju je u svoju Govorničku školu, a za vrijeme studija vodila je Hrvatsku akademsku debatnu ligu, za koju se uspostavilo da će biti njezin “prozor u svijet”.

Članovi te studentske organizacije imali su priliku putovati na natjecanja u Oxford, Pariz i ostale svjetske gradove, ono što bi se reklo, "okusiti svijet". Nakon rada u jednom zagrebačkom odvjetničkom uredu shvatila je da je ipak vuku daljine, inozemstvo i nova iskustva.

– Dobila sam ponudu i otišla u Ameriku na American University, a nakon skupljanja iskustva u različitim poslovnim branšama otišla sam u Dubai u kojem sam nekoliko godina radila kao poslovna i pravna savjetnica za jednu švicarsku firmu. Zapravo je odskočna daska za sve što je slijedilo kasnije u mom poslovnom životu bio magisterij poslovne administracije u Zagrebu, odnosno EMBA diploma – govori.

Život ju je odveo nazad u Europu, u Švicarsku u kojoj je osnovala i obitelj, a trenutno s mužem ima tvrtku koja se bavi investicijama i gradnjom nekretnina u Švicarskoj. Kada bi trebala usporediti stil života vani i u Splitu, kaže da Split, Dalmacija i Hrvatska nemaju konkurenciju. 

– Moji prijatelji iz cijelog svijeta mi redovito dolaze u Split te se pitaju zašto sam otišla odavde. Svi su oduševljeni našim morem, suncem, gostoprimstvom, hranom, načinom na koji se zabavljamo i to je nešto neprocjenjivo. Oni, naravno, vide samo onu lijepu stranu Splita – kazuje.

Nakon naglog porasta interesa za nekretnine u Dubaiju, bilo je razumljivo da i ona sama krene tim putem.

– Ljudi su me, znajući da sam jedan dio života provela u Dubaiju, stalno pitali za tamošnje nekretnine. Onda sam dobila poziv iz Dubaija da zastupam švicarsko i hrvatsko tržište – objašnjava.

Dodaje da su Švicarci jedni od najvećih kupaca nekretnina u Dubaiju, a ako netko zna gdje treba investirati, onda su to upravo Švicarci.

Kvadrat od 35.000 eura u Dubaiju znači da dobijete stan s bazenom na balkonu

Osim što ima tvrtku za nekretnine u Dubaiju, također se bavi i prodajom nekretnina u Hrvatskoj za kupce u Švicarskoj. Kaže da je interes za nekretnine u Splitu jako velik i zbog toga je u stalnoj potrazi za zanimljivim nekretninama na moru, unatoč visokim cijenama kvadrata, koje ponekad iznenade čak i Švicarce. 

Kvadrat od 3.500 eura u Dubaiju znači da dobijete stan s bazenom na balkonu, a u susjedstvu vam se nalazi Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, imate pogled na Palm Jumeirah, a za izlaske možete birati najpoznatije svjetske restorane, barove i klubove kao što su “Cavalli Club”,“Billionare Club", poznati restorani poput “Cipriani”, “Robertos”, “Nusr-Et” i stalno ste okruženi luksuzom – objašnjava Sanja. 

Dodaje da Split ima luksuzne cijene, ali nema ponudu koja te cijene i prati. U gradu ne postoje sadržaji u smislu restorana i trgovina poput onih u Dubaiju, Monacu, Mykonosu, New Yorku ili Londonu. Za istu cijenu koju bi platili za neku stariju gradnju u Splitu, možete dobiti puno luksuzniji prostor u inozemstvu.

Kada se sve skupa zbroji i oduzme, ispada da je kvadrat u Splitu skuplji nego kvadrat u Dubaiju. Kaže da je ista kategorija stana u Dubaiju duplo jeftinija nego ovdje. Posebno je komentirala stan na Mejašima, koji se prodaje za 8500 eura po kvadratu.

– U Dubaiju se za te novce dobije stan “Cavalli brenda” koji ima pogled na Palm Jumeirah. Meni je drago da je Split tako popularan, ali bih voljela da onda i druge stvari u gradu budu u skladu s tim. U protivnom se radi o balonu koji će se kad-tad, nažalost, ispuhati – govori Sanja.

Dodaje da je važno da rast cijena prati i rast kvalitete ostalih popratnih gradskih sadržaja.

– Splićani pokazuju interes za ulaganje u Dubai jer im je to financijski dostupnija prilika kojom si mogu priuštiti drugu nekretninu na koju gledaju kao dugoročno ulaganje s većim povratom od onoga koji bi mogli ostvariti ovdje – objašnjava.

Sanja Guć Babić je svoj rodni Split i Bačvice zamijenila dalekim Dubaijem i Švicarskom. Nakon završenog “Pojišana” i “Marulića” upisuje Pravni fakultet u Splitu.

Tijekom njezinih srednjoškolskih dana profesor Ivo Škarić pozvao ju je u svoju Govorničku školu, a za vrijeme studija vodila je Hrvatsku akademsku debatnu ligu, za koju se uspostavilo da će biti njezin “prozor u svijet”.

Članovi te studentske organizacije imali su priliku putovati na natjecanja u Oxford, Pariz i ostale svjetske gradove, ono što bi se reklo, "okusiti svijet". Nakon rada u jednom zagrebačkom odvjetničkom uredu shvatila je da je ipak vuku daljine, inozemstvo i nova iskustva.

– Dobila sam ponudu i otišla u Ameriku na American University, a nakon skupljanja iskustva u različitim poslovnim branšama otišla sam u Dubai u kojem sam nekoliko godina radila kao poslovna i pravna savjetnica za jednu švicarsku firmu. Zapravo je odskočna daska za sve što je slijedilo kasnije u mom poslovnom životu bio magisterij poslovne administracije u Zagrebu, odnosno EMBA diploma – govori.

Život ju je odveo nazad u Europu, u Švicarsku u kojoj je osnovala i obitelj, a trenutno s mužem ima tvrtku koja se bavi investicijama i gradnjom nekretnina u Švicarskoj. Kada bi trebala usporediti stil života vani i u Splitu, kaže da Split, Dalmacija i Hrvatska nemaju konkurenciju. 

– Moji prijatelji iz cijelog svijeta mi redovito dolaze u Split te se pitaju zašto sam otišla odavde. Svi su oduševljeni našim morem, suncem, gostoprimstvom, hranom, načinom na koji se zabavljamo i to je nešto neprocjenjivo. Oni, naravno, vide samo onu lijepu stranu Splita – kazuje.

Nakon naglog porasta interesa za nekretnine u Dubaiju, bilo je razumljivo da i ona sama krene tim putem.

– Ljudi su me, znajući da sam jedan dio života provela u Dubaiju, stalno pitali za tamošnje nekretnine. Onda sam dobila poziv iz Dubaija da zastupam švicarsko i hrvatsko tržište – objašnjava.

Dodaje da su Švicarci jedni od najvećih kupaca nekretnina u Dubaiju, a ako netko zna gdje treba investirati, onda su to upravo Švicarci.

Osim što ima tvrtku za nekretnine u Dubaiju, također se bavi i prodajom nekretnina u Hrvatskoj za kupce u Švicarskoj. Kaže da je interes za nekretnine u Splitu jako velik i zbog toga je u stalnoj potrazi za zanimljivim nekretninama na moru, unatoč visokim cijenama kvadrata, koje ponekad iznenade čak i Švicarce. 

Kvadrat od 3.500 eura u Dubaiju znači da dobijete stan s bazenom na balkonu, a u susjedstvu vam se nalazi Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, imate pogled na Palm Jumeirah, a za izlaske možete birati najpoznatije svjetske restorane, barove i klubove kao što su “Cavalli Club”,“Billionare Club", poznati restorani poput “Cipriani”, “Robertos”, “Nusr-Et” i stalno ste okruženi luksuzom – objašnjava Sanja. 

Dodaje da Split ima luksuzne cijene, ali nema ponudu koja te cijene i prati. U gradu ne postoje sadržaji u smislu restorana i trgovina poput onih u Dubaiju, Monacu, Mykonosu, New Yorku ili Londonu. Za istu cijenu koju bi platili za neku stariju gradnju u Splitu, možete dobiti puno luksuzniji prostor u inozemstvu.

Kada se sve skupa zbroji i oduzme, ispada da je kvadrat u Splitu skuplji nego kvadrat u Dubaiju. Kaže da je ista kategorija stana u Dubaiju duplo jeftinija nego ovdje. Posebno je komentirala stan na Mejašima, koji se prodaje za 8500 eura po kvadratu.

– U Dubaiju se za te novce dobije stan “Cavalli brenda” koji ima pogled na Palm Jumeirah. Meni je drago da je Split tako popularan, ali bih voljela da onda i druge stvari u gradu budu u skladu s tim. U protivnom se radi o balonu koji će se kad-tad, nažalost, ispuhati – govori Sanja.

Dodaje da je važno da rast cijena prati i rast kvalitete ostalih popratnih gradskih sadržaja.

– Splićani pokazuju interes za ulaganje u Dubai jer im je to financijski dostupnija prilika kojom si mogu priuštiti drugu nekretninu na koju gledaju kao dugoročno ulaganje s većim povratom od onoga koji bi mogli ostvariti ovdje – objašnjava.
