Sjedište „Splitske banke“ ostaje u Splitu, a danas je tu vijest predsjednik uprave OTP banke Hrvatska Balazs Bekeffy među prvima priopćio gradonačelniku Andri Krstuloviću Opari na sastanku u Gradskoj upravi.
Kako javljaju iz Banovine, gradonačelnik je iskazao iznimno zadovoljstvo tom činjenicom s obzirom kako je od početka svog mandata u više navrata isticao kako preseljenje sjedišta u drugi grad za njega nije prihvatljivo.
Bila je to jedna od tema sastanka i s mađarskom konzulicom Enikő Tuska u lipnju prošle godine kada je gradonačelnik naglasio važnost dobrih i korektnih gospodarskih odnosa Hrvatske i Mađarske, a tada u svjetlu preuzimanja „Splitske banke“ od strane „OTP banke“.
- Očekujem se da će sjedište „Splitske banke“ ostati u Splitu. Što se mene kao gradonačelnika tiče, nikakvo preseljenje sjedišta ne dolazi u obzir. Također, očekujem da najavljena racionalizacija radnih mjesta u neće rezultirati gubitkom radnih mjesta u toj banci u kojoj rade mnogi moji sugrađani. Upravo kroz tu prizmu mjerit ću kvalitetu naših odnosa - poručio je tada gradonačelnik Krstulović Opara.
- Činjenica kako sjedište Splitske banke ostaje u Splitu ukazuje na povjerenje stranih investitora u daljnji razvoj grada Splita, zaključak je iz Banovine.
Transakcijom u svibnju 2017. OTP banka je postala stopostotnom vlasnicom Splitske banke. Od tada se provodi vrlo složeni proces integracije banaka, koji će biti zaključen potpunim spajanjem 1. listopada ove godine. Nakon toga jedinstvena banka će poslovati pod imenom OTP banka Hrvatska i imat će sjedište u Splitu, poručili su u priopćenju iz OTP-a.
Transakcijom u svibnju 2017. OTP banka je postala stopostotnom vlasnicom Splitske banke. Od tada se provodi vrlo složeni proces integracije banaka, koji će biti zaključen potpunim spajanjem 1. listopada ove godine. Nakon toga jedinstvena banka će poslovati pod imenom OTP banka Hrvatska i imat će sjedište u Splitu, stoji u priopćenju.

Sjedište „Splitske banke“ ostaje u Splitu, a danas je tu vijest predsjednik uprave OTP banke Hrvatska Balazs Bekeffy među prvima priopćio gradonačelniku Andri Krstuloviću Opari na sastanku u Gradskoj upravi.
Kako javljaju iz Banovine, gradonačelnik je iskazao iznimno zadovoljstvo tom činjenicom s obzirom kako je od početka svog mandata u više navrata isticao kako preseljenje sjedišta u drugi grad za njega nije prihvatljivo.
Bila je to jedna od tema sastanka i s mađarskom konzulicom Enikő Tuska u lipnju prošle godine kada je gradonačelnik naglasio važnost dobrih i korektnih gospodarskih odnosa Hrvatske i Mađarske, a tada u svjetlu preuzimanja „Splitske banke“ od strane „OTP banke“.
- Očekujem se da će sjedište „Splitske banke“ ostati u Splitu. Što se mene kao gradonačelnika tiče, nikakvo preseljenje sjedišta ne dolazi u obzir. Također, očekujem da najavljena racionalizacija radnih mjesta u neće rezultirati gubitkom radnih mjesta u toj banci u kojoj rade mnogi moji sugrađani. Upravo kroz tu prizmu mjerit ću kvalitetu naših odnosa - poručio je tada gradonačelnik Krstulović Opara.
- Činjenica kako sjedište Splitske banke ostaje u Splitu ukazuje na povjerenje stranih investitora u daljnji razvoj grada Splita, zaključak je iz Banovine.
Transakcijom u svibnju 2017. OTP banka je postala stopostotnom vlasnicom Splitske banke. Od tada se provodi vrlo složeni proces integracije banaka, koji će biti zaključen potpunim spajanjem 1. listopada ove godine. Nakon toga jedinstvena banka će poslovati pod imenom OTP banka Hrvatska i imat će sjedište u Splitu, poručili su u priopćenju iz OTP-a.
