Zaustavljeni su građevinski radovi na ugostiteljskom objektu smještenom na adresi Marmontova 9.

Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu reagirao je gotovo dvije godine nakon što je počelo preuređenje poslovnog prostora u kojem se nalazila trgovina brenda španjolske grupe “Inditex” – “Bershka”, a na tome mjestu uskoro bi se trebao otvoriti “Boiler Arts & Culture”.

Kako je navedeno u rješenju, razlog zaustavljanja radova je zato što investitor, tvrtka “Yellow Apple”, nije ishodila "odobrenje nadležnog tijela za građevinsko-zanatske radove na pročelju i u unutrašnjosti" sjevernog dijela zgrade.

Naime, prostor je smješten unutar granica zone A Kulturno-povijesne cjeline grada Splita, zaštićene rješenjem Ministarstva kulture i medija te upisane u registar zaštićenih kulturnih dobara.

Nakon što su obustavljeni radovi, investitor je dužan pokrenuti postupak izdavanja propisanog odobrenja Konzervatorskog odjela u roku od 15 dana od izdavanja rješenja, ali žalba ne odgađa izvršenje takve odluke. Tražili smo od nadležnog odjela da nam pojasni rješenje koje su 5. prosinca uputili investitoru, a odgovor ćemo objaviti kad ga dobijemo.

Koncept izloga

Od Denisa Jušića, predstavnika investitora, pak, doznajemo da je problem nastao isključivo zbog izloga toga poslovnog prostora.

– Nismo htjeli mijenjati koncept izloga, namjera nam je bila da ostane stakleni kao što je bio dosad. Međutim, jedan dio izloga je bio fiksni, a sad će se izmijeniti u kliznu stijenku. U postupku smo pribavljanja navedene suglasnosti za takve radove – objasnio je Jušić.

Što se tiče građevinskih radova unutar prostora, rekao je da su provodili isključivo uređenje prostora, što mogu dokazati nadležnom Konzervatorskom odjelu u Splitu.

Kako se posljednjih mjeseci u pitanje dovodila i namjena prostora, zanimalo nas je li investitor tražio promjenu djelatnosti koja će se obavljati na toj lokaciji.

Podsjetio nas je kako je na tome mjestu punu 31 godinu djelovao restoran "Bastion" te im upravo zbog te prvotne namjene nije bila potrebna prenamjena djelatnosti, a brojni se sjećaju da je prije trgovine na toj lokaciji djelovao i prvi "McDonald’s" u gradu.

Nakon što je duge dvije godine izlog te atraktivne lokacije bio zatvoren, najavljuje se skoro otvaranje mjesta na kojem će Splićani imati priliku sudjelovati u “kulturno-zabavnim sadržajima, bilo da se radi o edukativnim, glazbenim, filmskim, plesnim ili gastronomskim programima”.

– Programske aktivnosti usmjerene razvoju visoke dodane vrijednosti, održavanju glazbeno-scenskih, poslovnih, kulturnih i znanstvenih događanja, kinoprojekcija, kazališnih predstava, izložbi i konferencija, mjesto gdje se okupljaju sve različite skupine kreativnih ljudi na pozitivan način, mjesto gdje se poštuje samo kreacija te traži ono što budan ne možeš ili ne želiš izgovoriti, prostor neograničenih mogućnosti – “Boiler Arts & Culture” – navedeno je, među ostalim, u opisu budućeg ugostiteljskog objekta na vrhu Marmontove.

U opisu nije definirano o kakvoj će vrsti djelatnosti biti riječ, hoće li to biti restoran s brojnim manifestacijama ili je riječ o, danas popularnoj, fuziji restorana i noćnoga kluba. Izgleda da ćemo uskoro doznati...

Zaustavljeni su građevinski radovi na ugostiteljskom objektu smještenom na adresi Marmontova 9.

Konzervatorski odjel u Splitu reagirao je gotovo dvije godine nakon što je počelo preuređenje poslovnog prostora u kojem se nalazila trgovina brenda španjolske grupe “Inditex” – “Bershka”, a na tome mjestu uskoro bi se trebao otvoriti “Boiler Arts & Culture”.

Kako je navedeno u rješenju, razlog zaustavljanja radova je zato što investitor, tvrtka “Yellow Apple”, nije ishodila "odobrenje nadležnog tijela za građevinsko-zanatske radove na pročelju i u unutrašnjosti" sjevernog dijela zgrade.

Naime, prostor je smješten unutar granica zone A Kulturno-povijesne cjeline grada Splita, zaštićene rješenjem Ministarstva kulture i medija te upisane u registar zaštićenih kulturnih dobara.

Nakon što su obustavljeni radovi, investitor je dužan pokrenuti postupak izdavanja propisanog odobrenja Konzervatorskog odjela u roku od 15 dana od izdavanja rješenja, ali žalba ne odgađa izvršenje takve odluke. Tražili smo od nadležnog odjela da nam pojasni rješenje koje su 5. prosinca uputili investitoru, a odgovor ćemo objaviti kad ga dobijemo.

Koncept izloga

Od Denisa Jušića, predstavnika investitora, pak, doznajemo da je problem nastao isključivo zbog izloga toga poslovnog prostora.

– Nismo htjeli mijenjati koncept izloga, namjera nam je bila da ostane stakleni kao što je bio dosad. Međutim, jedan dio izloga je bio fiksni, a sad će se izmijeniti u kliznu stijenku. U postupku smo pribavljanja navedene suglasnosti za takve radove – objasnio je Jušić.

Što se tiče građevinskih radova unutar prostora, rekao je da su provodili isključivo uređenje prostora, što mogu dokazati nadležnom Konzervatorskom odjelu u Splitu.

Kako se posljednjih mjeseci u pitanje dovodila i namjena prostora, zanimalo nas je li investitor tražio promjenu djelatnosti koja će se obavljati na toj lokaciji.

Podsjetio nas je kako je na tome mjestu punu 31 godinu djelovao restoran "Bastion" te im upravo zbog te prvotne namjene nije bila potrebna prenamjena djelatnosti, a brojni se sjećaju da je prije trgovine na toj lokaciji djelovao i prvi "McDonald’s" u gradu.

Nakon što je duge dvije godine izlog te atraktivne lokacije bio zatvoren, najavljuje se skoro otvaranje mjesta na kojem će Splićani imati priliku sudjelovati u “kulturno-zabavnim sadržajima, bilo da se radi o edukativnim, glazbenim, filmskim, plesnim ili gastronomskim programima”.

U opisu nije definirano o kakvoj će vrsti djelatnosti biti riječ, hoće li to biti restoran s brojnim manifestacijama ili je riječ o, danas popularnoj, fuziji restorana i noćnoga kluba. Izgleda da ćemo uskoro doznati...
