Na Facebook stranicama Gradskog kotara Žnjan osvanula je službena objava koja je razbjesnila mnoge stanovnike tog velikog, po mnogo čemu lijepog i vrlo "živahnog", ali urbanistički potpuno zapuštenog splitskog kvarta.

Jedan od "ogranaka" Puta svetog Lovre do malo kome poznate Igranske ulice zatvoren je za promet od 21. srpnja, što je otežalo cestovnu i pješačku komunikaciju unutar kvarta. Međutim, ovo nije prvi put da se brojni stanovnici Žnjana žale na slične poteze.

– Ove "majmunarije" koje već godinama po Žnjanu izvodi investitorska tvrtka "Elanija" i ostali građevinari uz blagoslov Grada su katastrofa. Ista je ulica prije nekoliko mjeseci bila raskopana zbog postavljanja instalacija, a sada je ponovno blokirana, nakon dva mjeseca. Nikoga nije briga za građane koji tu žive i uredno plaćaju komunalne doprinose, u Banovini se sve odluke donose isključivo u korist građevinara – komentirao je na društvenoj mreži jedan od građana sa Žnjana.

Uske ulice glavni su problem zapadnog dijela kotara, jer su to većinom nekadašnji poljski putovi na koje je postavljen asfalt. Broj vozila i prometno opterećenje stalno rastu, posebice jer stanovništvo čine uglavnom mladi, radno aktivni ljudi, pa se stvaraju čepovi pri mimoilasku automobila, i zato bi radi sigurnosti bilo potrebno uspostaviti novu prometnu regulaciju, odnosno dio Puta sv. Lovre pretvoriti u jednosmjernu ulicu.

Na službeno pitanje Gradskog kotara Žnjan o ovom problemu iz Banovine je stigao sljedeći odgovor:
– Upravni odjel Grada izdao je prometnu suglasnost za privremenu regulaciju za vrijeme izvođenja radova navedenog investitora ("Alta vista", tvrtka kći poznatije "Elanije", nap. a.). Dio prometnice zatvoren je za promet vozila, koja su upućena na korištenje obilaznog pravca, ali je ogradom odijeljen dio ceste na kojem se izvode radovi s ciljem osiguranja pješačke komunikacije.

Međutim, mnogi građani ne slažu se s takvom blokadom jer, kako kažu, većini stanara okolnih zgrada i kuća to je jedini put do njihovih domova.
– Kao prvo, to nije obilazna cesta, nego jedina koju imamo ako ne mislimo do vlastitog doma kružiti kao idioti. Kao drugo, pješacima je osiguran minimalni dio, stoga je samo pitanje vremena kad će se dogoditi nesreća. Asfalt je ostao, a ispod asfalta je prokopano, katastrofa – zaključuje ogorčena sugrađanka.

Tvrtka "Elanija" u svojem odgovoru na pitanja iz Gradskog kotara najavljuje završetak radova u drugom dijelu rujna, točnije do 20. rujna.

– Naši djelatnici na gradilištu zajedno s izvođačima radova ulažu dodatne napore kako bi se radovi što prije dovršili, te da bi se prometnica i prije tog roka mogla staviti u funkciju. Smatramo da je važno istaknuti da nam je svima u interesu da radovi budu što prije dovršeni, te nam je namjera maksimalno ubrzati njihov dovršetak – naglasila je Dubravka Menegelo iz tvrtke "Alta vista" koja gradi stambeno-poslovne objekte u Igranskoj ulici, koja, treba i to reći, zasad postoji samo na papiru.

Koliko su Grad i investitori zaista zainteresirani za dobrobit stanovnika, te kako će se ovaj problem razvijati i riješiti, ostaje otvoreno pitanje. Međutim, očekuje se da će lokalna vlast postupiti po Generalnom urbanističkom planu i Zakonu o prostornom uređenju kako bi riješila nastalu zavrzlamu.

Na Facebook stranicama Gradskog kotara Žnjan osvanula je službena objava koja je razbjesnila mnoge stanovnike tog velikog, po mnogo čemu lijepog i vrlo "živahnog", ali urbanistički potpuno zapuštenog splitskog kvarta.

Jedan od "ogranaka" Puta svetog Lovre do malo kome poznate Igranske ulice zatvoren je za promet od 21. srpnja, što je otežalo cestovnu i pješačku komunikaciju unutar kvarta. Međutim, ovo nije prvi put da se brojni stanovnici Žnjana žale na slične poteze.

– Ove "majmunarije" koje već godinama po Žnjanu izvodi investitorska tvrtka "Elanija" i ostali građevinari uz blagoslov Grada su katastrofa. Ista je ulica prije nekoliko mjeseci bila raskopana zbog postavljanja instalacija, a sada je ponovno blokirana, nakon dva mjeseca. Nikoga nije briga za građane koji tu žive i uredno plaćaju komunalne doprinose, u Banovini se sve odluke donose isključivo u korist građevinara – komentirao je na društvenoj mreži jedan od građana sa Žnjana.

Uske ulice glavni su problem zapadnog dijela kotara, jer su to većinom nekadašnji poljski putovi na koje je postavljen asfalt. Broj vozila i prometno opterećenje stalno rastu, posebice jer stanovništvo čine uglavnom mladi, radno aktivni ljudi, pa se stvaraju čepovi pri mimoilasku automobila, i zato bi radi sigurnosti bilo potrebno uspostaviti novu prometnu regulaciju, odnosno dio Puta sv. Lovre pretvoriti u jednosmjernu ulicu.

Na službeno pitanje Gradskog kotara Žnjan o ovom problemu iz Banovine je stigao sljedeći odgovor:
– Upravni odjel Grada izdao je prometnu suglasnost za privremenu regulaciju za vrijeme izvođenja radova navedenog investitora ("Alta vista", tvrtka kći poznatije "Elanije", nap. a.). Dio prometnice zatvoren je za promet vozila, koja su upućena na korištenje obilaznog pravca, ali je ogradom odijeljen dio ceste na kojem se izvode radovi s ciljem osiguranja pješačke komunikacije.

Međutim, mnogi građani ne slažu se s takvom blokadom jer, kako kažu, većini stanara okolnih zgrada i kuća to je jedini put do njihovih domova.
– Kao prvo, to nije obilazna cesta, nego jedina koju imamo ako ne mislimo do vlastitog doma kružiti kao idioti. Kao drugo, pješacima je osiguran minimalni dio, stoga je samo pitanje vremena kad će se dogoditi nesreća. Asfalt je ostao, a ispod asfalta je prokopano, katastrofa – zaključuje ogorčena sugrađanka.

Tvrtka "Elanija" u svojem odgovoru na pitanja iz Gradskog kotara najavljuje završetak radova u drugom dijelu rujna, točnije do 20. rujna.

– Naši djelatnici na gradilištu zajedno s izvođačima radova ulažu dodatne napore kako bi se radovi što prije dovršili, te da bi se prometnica i prije tog roka mogla staviti u funkciju. Smatramo da je važno istaknuti da nam je svima u interesu da radovi budu što prije dovršeni, te nam je namjera maksimalno ubrzati njihov dovršetak – naglasila je Dubravka Menegelo iz tvrtke "Alta vista" koja gradi stambeno-poslovne objekte u Igranskoj ulici, koja, treba i to reći, zasad postoji samo na papiru.

Koliko su Grad i investitori zaista zainteresirani za dobrobit stanovnika, te kako će se ovaj problem razvijati i riješiti, ostaje otvoreno pitanje. Međutim, očekuje se da će lokalna vlast postupiti po Generalnom urbanističkom planu i Zakonu o prostornom uređenju kako bi riješila nastalu zavrzlamu.
