Maroje Stjepović najavio je podnošenje zahtjeva Vrhovnom sudu za reviziju predmeta u kojemu je pravomoćno presuđeno da je Grad vlasnik hotela “Bellevue”, a ne tvrtka “Laurus”.
Stjepović je od Trgovačkog suda zatražio da zaključi stečaj “Laurusa”, te da mu se za petogodišnji rad isplati nagrada od 216.000 kuna, jer mu dosad, kako tvrdi, nije plaćena ni kuna za angažman. Stečaj je otvoren 2001. godine, a Stjepović je treći Stečajni upravitelj.
– Obustava stečaja samo znači da se neće nagomilavati troškovi. Nema razloga nastaviti jer više nema imovine za unovčenje. No, nastavit će se parnice, njih 50-ak – kaže Stjepović.
Stečajni upravitelj ističe da predložena nagrada, kada se podijeli na 65 mjeseci rada, iznosi 3328 kuna mjesečno, što smatra primjerenim, te dodaje da predujmove nije dobivao.
– Kada sam stupio na dužnost, na računu “Laurusa” zatekao sam 3332 kune, te sam taj iznos povećao na 6,4 milijuna kuna, nakon što je prodan hotel “Ljubljana” poslije okončanja upravnog spora i uvođenja u posjed. U mome “mandatu” prodano je i nekoliko stanova, a naplatio sam i potraživanja od nekih “Laurusovih” dužnika – napominje Stjepović.
Od tog novca će mu se isplatiti nagrada u visini koju utvrdi sud, pokrit će se sudski troškovi, te će se rezervirati novac za eventualne gubitke sporova koji se vode. Stečajni upravitelj Stjepović kaže da sada za podjelu vjerovnicima na računu neće ostati ništa ili vrlo malo novca.

Maroje Stjepović najavio je podnošenje zahtjeva Vrhovnom sudu za reviziju predmeta u kojemu je pravomoćno presuđeno da je Grad vlasnik hotela “Bellevue”, a ne tvrtka “Laurus”.
Stjepović je od Trgovačkog suda zatražio da zaključi stečaj “Laurusa”, te da mu se za petogodišnji rad isplati nagrada od 216.000 kuna, jer mu dosad, kako tvrdi, nije plaćena ni kuna za angažman. Stečaj je otvoren 2001. godine, a Stjepović je treći Stečajni upravitelj.
– Obustava stečaja samo znači da se neće nagomilavati troškovi. Nema razloga nastaviti jer više nema imovine za unovčenje. No, nastavit će se parnice, njih 50-ak – kaže Stjepović.
Stečajni upravitelj ističe da predložena nagrada, kada se podijeli na 65 mjeseci rada, iznosi 3328 kuna mjesečno, što smatra primjerenim, te dodaje da predujmove nije dobivao.
– Kada sam stupio na dužnost, na računu “Laurusa” zatekao sam 3332 kune, te sam taj iznos povećao na 6,4 milijuna kuna, nakon što je prodan hotel “Ljubljana” poslije okončanja upravnog spora i uvođenja u posjed. U mome “mandatu” prodano je i nekoliko stanova, a naplatio sam i potraživanja od nekih “Laurusovih” dužnika – napominje Stjepović.
Od tog novca će mu se isplatiti nagrada u visini koju utvrdi sud, pokrit će se sudski troškovi, te će se rezervirati novac za eventualne gubitke sporova koji se vode. Stečajni upravitelj Stjepović kaže da sada za podjelu vjerovnicima na računu neće ostati ništa ili vrlo malo novca.
