Posrnula hotelska tvrtka pokrenula je postupak i protiv Anke Kerum, poduzetnikove bivše supruge, koja za svoje potraživanje od 72 milijuna kuna također ima ovršni dokument o osiguranju tražbine zasnivanjem založnog prava na nesuđenom visokokategorniku na Zapadnoj obali.

Stečajnog upravitelja Zorana Miletića na podnošenje tužbi uputio je Trgovački sud sukladno odluci “Adriaticove” Skupštine vjerovnika. Tuženi su “Sapor” (prijašnjeg naziva “Kerum-Ing”), koji je bio glavni izvođač radova na hotelu “Marjan”, nekadašnji trgovački lanac “Kerum”, te “Town” (bivša “Kerum-trgovina”) kojima su u stečaju u cijelosti osporena ukupna potraživanja veća od 146 milijuna kuna.

Kako je na ispitnom ročištu, održanom ovog ljeta, obrazložio stečajni upravitelj, predstečajnom nagodbom za “Adriatic” je predviđen prestanak tih tražbina, ali i zbog činjenice što dijelom ili uopće nisu evidentirane u knjigovodstvenim podacima toga posrnulog poduzeća.

Anka Kerum i “Sapor” su naplatu svojih potraživanja ranije osigurali upisom hipoteka na hotelu. Bivšoj Kerumovoj supruzi upravitelj je osporio prijavljenih 72 milijuna kuna potraživanja, jer ona u “Adriaticovoj” knjigovodstvenoj i poslovnoj dokumentaciji nikada nije bila zavedena kao poslovni partner ili dobavljač, pa, prema njegovu mišljenju, ne može biti vjerovnik.

Naime, ona je 72 milijuna kuna “tešku” hipoteku na hotelskom objektu upisala nakon što joj bivši suprug nije izbrisao jednako vrijednu hipoteku Hrvatske poštanske banke (HPB) s njezina hotela “Central” na Pjaci, za koji je tvrtki “Neva Kerum” (koja je ujedno bila i većinski dioničar “Adriatica”) uplatila 16,6 milijuna kuna.

stečaju, koja upravlja hotelom “Marjan”, tužila je tri kompanije u vlasništvu bivšega gradonačelnika Željka Keruma kako bi im osporila potraživanja koja su im priznata pravomoćno sklopljenom predstečajnom nagodbom koja ima snagu ovršne isprave.

Posrnula hotelska tvrtka pokrenula je postupak i protiv Anke Kerum, poduzetnikove bivše supruge, koja za svoje potraživanje od 72 milijuna kuna također ima ovršni dokument o osiguranju tražbine zasnivanjem založnog prava na nesuđenom visokokategorniku na Zapadnoj obali.

Stečajnog upravitelja Zorana Miletića na podnošenje tužbi uputio je Trgovački sud sukladno odluci “Adriaticove” Skupštine vjerovnika. Tuženi su “Sapor” (prijašnjeg naziva “Kerum-Ing”), koji je bio glavni izvođač radova na hotelu “Marjan”, nekadašnji trgovački lanac “Kerum”, te “Town” (bivša “Kerum-trgovina”) kojima su u stečaju u cijelosti osporena ukupna potraživanja veća od 146 milijuna kuna.

Kako je na ispitnom ročištu, održanom ovog ljeta, obrazložio stečajni upravitelj, predstečajnom nagodbom za “Adriatic” je predviđen prestanak tih tražbina, ali i zbog činjenice što dijelom ili uopće nisu evidentirane u knjigovodstvenim podacima toga posrnulog poduzeća.

Anka Kerum i “Sapor” su naplatu svojih potraživanja ranije osigurali upisom hipoteka na hotelu. Bivšoj Kerumovoj supruzi upravitelj je osporio prijavljenih 72 milijuna kuna potraživanja, jer ona u “Adriaticovoj” knjigovodstvenoj i poslovnoj dokumentaciji nikada nije bila zavedena kao poslovni partner ili dobavljač, pa, prema njegovu mišljenju, ne može biti vjerovnik.

Naime, ona je 72 milijuna kuna “tešku” hipoteku na hotelskom objektu upisala nakon što joj bivši suprug nije izbrisao jednako vrijednu hipoteku Hrvatske poštanske banke (HPB) s njezina hotela “Central” na Pjaci, za koji je tvrtki “Neva Kerum” (koja je ujedno bila i većinski dioničar “Adriatica”) uplatila 16,6 milijuna kuna.
