Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, dio vozača u Splitu koji koriste aplikaciju Uber za posao od ponedjeljka je u štrajku. Štrajk bi, prema riječima anonimnog izvora s kojim smo stupili u kontakt putem grupe "Uber vozači Hrvatska" i telefonski razgovarali, trebao trajati danas do ponoći.

- U Splitu i okolici ima između 800 i 1000 vozača koji koriste aplikaciju Uber za posao. Mislim da je između 20 i 30 posto vozača u štrajku – kazao nam je vozač koji, navodno, za ovaj posao koristi Uber tri sezone.

Drugi anonimni izvor nam je opisao koji su njegovi razlozi za štrajk te ono što on smatra problemima u suradnji s Uberom.

- Problem je u cijenama gradske vožnje i vremenu koje se potroši na tu vožnju radi ljetnih gužvi. Dok god algoritam nije promijenjen i nema nekakvog izračuna na vremenskoj osnovi, gradske vožnje Ubera su daleko od isplativog. Minimalnu cijenu treba povećati na sedam eura.

Treba isključiti Uber Promo da bi se donekle moglo raditi. U slučaju štete koju korisnici naprave, pa i u alkoholiziranom stanju, ne naplati im se trošak. U slučaju da im ispadne predmet u automobilu, vozač se mora vraćati, gubiti vrijeme i gorivo, a ne naplati mu se.

Da korisnik kaže da je izgubio predmet u automobilu, a vozač ga ipak ne pronađe, Uber isključuje vozače, pa čak i trajno zbog sumnje na krađu.

Naši korisnicima rekli su nam da je naš Uber poprilično jeftin u odnosu na druge gradove u Europi i svijetu – opisao nam je jedan od vozača.

Drugi nam je kazao da je njegov razlog za štrajk nelegalnost tržišta.

- Veliki broj vozača u Splitu i okolici nisu prijavljeni i nama su nelegalna konkurencija. Od svake vožnje 25 posto zarade dobiva platforma, a još svaki mjesec plaćam 200 do 250 eura za zdravstveno i mirovinsko – rekao nam je vozač koji je također u štrajku.

Niže nego u Dubrovniku

Prema njegovim riječima, minimalna cijena vožnje je niža nego u drugim gradovima na obali:

- Minimalna cijena vožnje u Splitu je četiri i pol eura. U Dubrovniku i Zadru je oko šest, a u Puli između šest i sedam eura. Uz Uber promo, cijena vožnje je niža za oko 20 posto – govore nam vozači.

Pitali smo vozača i kako bi se riješili problemi da nas, na primjer, vozi od redakcije do zračne luke?

- U slučaju da ste povratili u vozilu, ja ću uzeti račun i poslati Uberu. Meni su dva puta pokrili troškove do sada, jednom ne. Ako vam je ostao novčanik, aplikacija će nas povezati, ja ću se vratiti u zračnu luku, makar bio u centru Splita. Uber neće platiti ništa. Ako nisam pronašao vaš novčanik, onda aplikacija šalje pitanja. Mene nisu do sada isključili jer sam uvijek pronašao predmete, najčešće mobitele – pojasnio nam je.

Uskoro i u Zagrebu?

Štrajk vozača Ubera podržava Saša Vuković, vozač iz Zagreba. Govori nam da se nada da bi do kraja tjedna mogao biti dogovoren štrajk u Zagrebu.

- Podržavam ih jer su cijene Ubera katastrofa. Minimalna cijena vožnje u Zagrebu je 2,30 eura. Cijena vožnje koja je bila procijenjena ostaje, ne računajući gužve. Pisao sam im, ali nisu mi ništa odgovorili. Dogovaramo se preko grupe na Facebooku i nadam se da će do kraja tjedna biti nešto dogovoreno – kaže Saša Vuković.

Pisali smo i mi Uberu, no za sada bez odgovora. Pokušali smo doći do odgovornih osoba, ali i mi, baš kao i korisnici, jedva smo mogli stupiti u kontakt. Službena e-mail adresa nije navedena stoga smo ih probali dobiti alternativnim kanalima komunikacije, poput društvenih mreža ili službe za korisnike.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, dio vozača u Splitu koji koriste aplikaciju Uber za posao od ponedjeljka je u štrajku. Štrajk bi, prema riječima anonimnog izvora s kojim smo stupili u kontakt putem grupe "Uber vozači Hrvatska" i telefonski razgovarali, trebao trajati danas do ponoći.

- U Splitu i okolici ima između 800 i 1000 vozača koji koriste aplikaciju Uber za posao. Mislim da je između 20 i 30 posto vozača u štrajku – kazao nam je vozač koji, navodno, za ovaj posao koristi Uber tri sezone.

Drugi anonimni izvor nam je opisao koji su njegovi razlozi za štrajk te ono što on smatra problemima u suradnji s Uberom.

- Problem je u cijenama gradske vožnje i vremenu koje se potroši na tu vožnju radi ljetnih gužvi. Dok god algoritam nije promijenjen i nema nekakvog izračuna na vremenskoj osnovi, gradske vožnje Ubera su daleko od isplativog. Minimalnu cijenu treba povećati na sedam eura.

Treba isključiti Uber Promo da bi se donekle moglo raditi. U slučaju štete koju korisnici naprave, pa i u alkoholiziranom stanju, ne naplati im se trošak. U slučaju da im ispadne predmet u automobilu, vozač se mora vraćati, gubiti vrijeme i gorivo, a ne naplati mu se.

Da korisnik kaže da je izgubio predmet u automobilu, a vozač ga ipak ne pronađe, Uber isključuje vozače, pa čak i trajno zbog sumnje na krađu.

Naši korisnicima rekli su nam da je naš Uber poprilično jeftin u odnosu na druge gradove u Europi i svijetu – opisao nam je jedan od vozača.

Drugi nam je kazao da je njegov razlog za štrajk nelegalnost tržišta.

- Veliki broj vozača u Splitu i okolici nisu prijavljeni i nama su nelegalna konkurencija. Od svake vožnje 25 posto zarade dobiva platforma, a još svaki mjesec plaćam 200 do 250 eura za zdravstveno i mirovinsko – rekao nam je vozač koji je također u štrajku.

Niže nego u Dubrovniku

Prema njegovim riječima, minimalna cijena vožnje je niža nego u drugim gradovima na obali:

- Minimalna cijena vožnje u Splitu je četiri i pol eura. U Dubrovniku i Zadru je oko šest, a u Puli između šest i sedam eura. Uz Uber promo, cijena vožnje je niža za oko 20 posto – govore nam vozači.

Pitali smo vozača i kako bi se riješili problemi da nas, na primjer, vozi od redakcije do zračne luke?

- U slučaju da ste povratili u vozilu, ja ću uzeti račun i poslati Uberu. Meni su dva puta pokrili troškove do sada, jednom ne. Ako vam je ostao novčanik, aplikacija će nas povezati, ja ću se vratiti u zračnu luku, makar bio u centru Splita. Uber neće platiti ništa. Ako nisam pronašao vaš novčanik, onda aplikacija šalje pitanja. Mene nisu do sada isključili jer sam uvijek pronašao predmete, najčešće mobitele – pojasnio nam je.

Uskoro i u Zagrebu?

Štrajk vozača Ubera podržava Saša Vuković, vozač iz Zagreba. Govori nam da se nada da bi do kraja tjedna mogao biti dogovoren štrajk u Zagrebu.

- Podržavam ih jer su cijene Ubera katastrofa. Minimalna cijena vožnje u Zagrebu je 2,30 eura. Cijena vožnje koja je bila procijenjena ostaje, ne računajući gužve. Pisao sam im, ali nisu mi ništa odgovorili. Dogovaramo se preko grupe na Facebooku i nadam se da će do kraja tjedna biti nešto dogovoreno – kaže Saša Vuković.

Pisali smo i mi Uberu, no za sada bez odgovora. Pokušali smo doći do odgovornih osoba, ali i mi, baš kao i korisnici, jedva smo mogli stupiti u kontakt. Službena e-mail adresa nije navedena stoga smo ih probali dobiti alternativnim kanalima komunikacije, poput društvenih mreža ili službe za korisnike.
