Mucalo je tužbu podigao nakon Marasovićevog istupa u Dnevniku 3 HRT-a dan prije no što je Gradsko vijeće koncem 2010. godine usvojilo prijedlog Kazališnog vijeća da nekoć popularni pjevač bude postavljen za novog intendanta splitskog HNK. Marasović je tada s Mucalovog vojnog kartona iz JNA pročitao da je ovaj bio na kursu za "bezbednjaka" te je zapitao "zar hoćemo da nam takvi vode teatar".

Sud je, pišu Dalmacij News, ustanovilo da su i vojni karton i podaci u njemu autentični, tj. odgovaraju istini, no ipak je kaznio Marasovića. No barem mu nije dosudio da plati 150 tisuća kuna, koliko je Mucalo tražio, nego točno deset puta manje.

Sud je, pišu Dalmacij News, ustanovilo da su i vojni karton i podaci u njemu autentični, tj. odgovaraju istini, no ipak je kaznio Marasovića. No barem mu nije dosudio da plati 150 tisuća kuna, koliko je Mucalo tražio, nego točno deset puta manje.
