Tomislav Šuta, predsjednik splitskog HDZ-a ispred Banovine je danas održao konferenciu za novinare na kojoj je prozvao gradonačelnika Ivicu Puljka za loše upravljanje financijama.
- Stanje na žiro računu grada je 100 milijuna kuna, što znači da imamo gradonačelnika i zamjenike koji ne znaju upravljati Gradom. Ništa se ne događa ni po pitanju Žnjana, nerazvrstanih cesta, vrtića, škola...Nema ni GUP-a. Stagniramo, a u trećoj smo godini mandata.
Ne znam hoće li se gradonačelnik poslužiti PR trikovima i reći kako je situacija s financijama savršena, a mi tvrdimo da je suprotno.
Ono što se dogodilo s financijama Grada u 2022. godini u odnosu na 2021. je da je porez na dohodak porastao za skoro 108 milijuna kuna, na što gradonačelnik nije mogao utjecati. Utjecaj na takav rezultat imale su mjere Vlade donešene u prethodnom razdoblju.
Što se tiče prireza, njegovo smanjenje bilo je jedno od predizbornih obećanja bračnog para Puljak. Gradonačelnik sada ima sve uvjete da ga ispuni, da smanji prirez i ukine porez na potrošnju i da tako pokaže volju za promjenama.

Gradonačlnik je pokazao da s ovolikom količinom novca nema socijalne osjetljivosti prema najranjivijim skupinama, primjerice, umirovljenicima je mogao isplatiti uskrsnice. Zaboravio je i na mjere poduzetnika koje su isto bile predizborno obećanje, nije makao prstom po tom pitanju - naveo je Šuta.
Naglasio je kako se da zaključiti da gradonačelnik ni njegova supruga Marijana ne pokazuju da su liberali, već lažni lberali koji ne žele uzvaditi ruke iz džepova građana. Apelirano da ide realizacija kapitalnih investicija grada, Kopilica je zaboravljena, izlaz iz luke više nitko ne spominje...
Novinare je zanimalo kako komentira to "iznenađenje" u gradskoj blagajni od 100 milijuna kuna?
- Za banku je to dobro, ali za proračun imati toliko novca znači da se ne izvršava ono što je obećano, da ne ide realizacija projekata, rashodovna strana pati. Nije se sve ovo slilo sada.
Bilo bi dobro da se kontinuirano prati stanje financija, makar jednom mjesečno - ukazao je Šuta i dodao kako se u proračunu ne vidi trend povećanja bespovratnih EU sredstava.

Tomislav Šuta, predsjednik splitskog HDZ-a ispred Banovine je danas održao konferenciu za novinare na kojoj je prozvao gradonačelnika Ivicu Puljka za loše upravljanje financijama.
- Stanje na žiro računu grada je 100 milijuna kuna, što znači da imamo gradonačelnika i zamjenike koji ne znaju upravljati Gradom. Ništa se ne događa ni po pitanju Žnjana, nerazvrstanih cesta, vrtića, škola...Nema ni GUP-a. Stagniramo, a u trećoj smo godini mandata.
Ne znam hoće li se gradonačelnik poslužiti PR trikovima i reći kako je situacija s financijama savršena, a mi tvrdimo da je suprotno.
Ono što se dogodilo s financijama Grada u 2022. godini u odnosu na 2021. je da je porez na dohodak porastao za skoro 108 milijuna kuna, na što gradonačelnik nije mogao utjecati. Utjecaj na takav rezultat imale su mjere Vlade donešene u prethodnom razdoblju.
Što se tiče prireza, njegovo smanjenje bilo je jedno od predizbornih obećanja bračnog para Puljak. Gradonačelnik sada ima sve uvjete da ga ispuni, da smanji prirez i ukine porez na potrošnju i da tako pokaže volju za promjenama.

Gradonačlnik je pokazao da s ovolikom količinom novca nema socijalne osjetljivosti prema najranjivijim skupinama, primjerice, umirovljenicima je mogao isplatiti uskrsnice. Zaboravio je i na mjere poduzetnika koje su isto bile predizborno obećanje, nije makao prstom po tom pitanju - naveo je Šuta.
Naglasio je kako se da zaključiti da gradonačelnik ni njegova supruga Marijana ne pokazuju da su liberali, već lažni lberali koji ne žele uzvaditi ruke iz džepova građana. Apelirano da ide realizacija kapitalnih investicija grada, Kopilica je zaboravljena, izlaz iz luke više nitko ne spominje...
Novinare je zanimalo kako komentira to "iznenađenje" u gradskoj blagajni od 100 milijuna kuna?
- Za banku je to dobro, ali za proračun imati toliko novca znači da se ne izvršava ono što je obećano, da ne ide realizacija projekata, rashodovna strana pati. Nije se sve ovo slilo sada.
Bilo bi dobro da se kontinuirano prati stanje financija, makar jednom mjesečno - ukazao je Šuta i dodao kako se u proračunu ne vidi trend povećanja bespovratnih EU sredstava.
