Počeli su radovi na popločavanju Tončićeve ulice, u centru grada. Konačno je, nakon buke građevinskih strojeva i iskopa, stigao red na "estetski" dio posla. Uredit će se cijeli parter od Matošićeve do Marmontove ulice.

Nakon rekonstrukcije vodovodne i oborinske kanalizacije te zamjene elektroinstalacijskog raspleta, sada se krenulo s uređenjem pješačke površine i nogostupa te postavljanjem kamenih ploča, a poslije slijedi sadnja stabala.

O radovima u Tončićevoj više puta smo razgovarali s Juricom Vojnovićem, pročelnikom Službe za izgradnju i upravljanje gradskim projektima. Premda se tijekom izvođenja radova pojavilo neplaniranih situacija, napomenuo je da do zastoja radova – u ukupnom trajanju od pet mjeseci – nije došlo.

– Tijekom izvođenja radova, a nakon iskopa na predviđenu/projektiranu dubinu utvrdilo se postojanje infrastrukture (TK instalacije, vodovod i kanalizacija, elektroinstalacije) koja nije u cijelosti prijavljena u katastar vodova (što je obveza pojedinih upravitelja/vlasnika instalacija). Hrvatska elektroprivreda je izrazila molbu da zamijeni postojeći srednjonaponski kabel, a što nije bilo planirano. Isto tako trebalo je zamijeniti i dijelove dotrajalih vodovodnih i oborinskih instalacija – kazao je Vojnović za "Slobodnu".

Rekao je da je Grad Split kao investitor odlučio da je opravdano obaviti djelomičnu ili potpunu zamjenu ili izmjenu instalacija, kako se ne bi dogodilo da za koju godinu pojedini vlasnici infrastrukture izvode radove na tek uređenoj površini.

– Također se pojavila potreba "ojačanja" tla na koji dolazi betonska podloga s obzirom da se ispitivanjem utvrdila nedostatna nosivost tla. Stoga je trebalo pronaći ispravno tehničko rješenje kako bi se zadovoljili zahtjevi nosivosti. Napominjem da je uobičajeno tijekom radova u tlu, a naročito na lokaciji poput ove, u samom središtu grada, da dođe do nepredviđenih situacija koje nisu mogle biti obuhvaćene tehničkom dokumentacijom i koje se tek mogu sagledati nakon napravljenih iskopa – rekao je pročelnik, ali uz napomenu kao do zastoja u radovima nije došlo, bez obzira na velik broj kišnih dana u prethodnim mjesecima i neplanirane zahvate.

Počeli su radovi na popločavanju Tončićeve ulice, u centru grada. Konačno je, nakon buke građevinskih strojeva i iskopa, stigao red na "estetski" dio posla. Uredit će se cijeli parter od Matošićeve do Marmontove ulice.

Nakon rekonstrukcije vodovodne i oborinske kanalizacije te zamjene elektroinstalacijskog raspleta, sada se krenulo s uređenjem pješačke površine i nogostupa te postavljanjem kamenih ploča, a poslije slijedi sadnja stabala.

O radovima u Tončićevoj više puta smo razgovarali s Juricom Vojnovićem, pročelnikom Službe za izgradnju i upravljanje gradskim projektima. Premda se tijekom izvođenja radova pojavilo neplaniranih situacija, napomenuo je da do zastoja radova – u ukupnom trajanju od pet mjeseci – nije došlo.

– Tijekom izvođenja radova, a nakon iskopa na predviđenu/projektiranu dubinu utvrdilo se postojanje infrastrukture (TK instalacije, vodovod i kanalizacija, elektroinstalacije) koja nije u cijelosti prijavljena u katastar vodova (što je obveza pojedinih upravitelja/vlasnika instalacija). Hrvatska elektroprivreda je izrazila molbu da zamijeni postojeći srednjonaponski kabel, a što nije bilo planirano. Isto tako trebalo je zamijeniti i dijelove dotrajalih vodovodnih i oborinskih instalacija – kazao je Vojnović za "Slobodnu".

Rekao je da je Grad Split kao investitor odlučio da je opravdano obaviti djelomičnu ili potpunu zamjenu ili izmjenu instalacija, kako se ne bi dogodilo da za koju godinu pojedini vlasnici infrastrukture izvode radove na tek uređenoj površini.

– Također se pojavila potreba "ojačanja" tla na koji dolazi betonska podloga s obzirom da se ispitivanjem utvrdila nedostatna nosivost tla. Stoga je trebalo pronaći ispravno tehničko rješenje kako bi se zadovoljili zahtjevi nosivosti. Napominjem da je uobičajeno tijekom radova u tlu, a naročito na lokaciji poput ove, u samom središtu grada, da dođe do nepredviđenih situacija koje nisu mogle biti obuhvaćene tehničkom dokumentacijom i koje se tek mogu sagledati nakon napravljenih iskopa – rekao je pročelnik, ali uz napomenu kao do zastoja u radovima nije došlo, bez obzira na velik broj kišnih dana u prethodnim mjesecima i neplanirane zahvate.
