Gradska tvrtka "Žnjan" raspisala je javni poziv za investicijsko financiranje izgradnje Žnjanskog platoa, odnosno traži banku koja će odobriti dugoročni kredit u iznosu od 256.173.000,00 kuna ili 34.000.000,00 eura (po tečaju HNB-a prema kojem je jedan euro 7,53450 kuna).

Zainteresirani ponuditelji dostavljaju obvezujuću ponudu s maksimalnim rokom otplate uz tri godine počeka jednokratno ili po ispostavljenim građevinskim situacijama. Kamatna stopa je fiksna i u počeku je jednaka kamatnoj stopi u otplati kredita.

Instrument osiguranja kredita je obična zadužnica društva "Žnjan" u iznosu kredita uvećanog za kamatu, ovjerena kod javnog bilježnika i/ili jamstvo Grada Splita, dok je početak izvršenja predmetne usluge odmah po sklapanju ugovora.

Ponuda mora obvezno sadržavati izvod iz sudskog, obrtnog, strukovnog ili drugog odgovarajućeg registra države sjedišta gospodarskog subjekta kojim dokazuje da ima registriranu djelatnost u svezi s predmetom nabave.

Krajnji rok za dostavu ponuda je 18. studenog ove godine do 12 sati na protokol tvrtke "Žnjan" koja se nalazi na adresi Kralja Zvonimira 14, 21000 Split.

Naručitelj će provesti postupak bez javnog otvaranja ponuda, a započinje danom objave poziva na internetskim stranicama Žnjana 21. rujna 2022. godine.

Gradska tvrtka "Žnjan" raspisala je javni poziv za investicijsko financiranje izgradnje Žnjanskog platoa, odnosno traži banku koja će odobriti dugoročni kredit u iznosu od 256.173.000,00 kuna ili 34.000.000,00 eura (po tečaju HNB-a prema kojem je jedan euro 7,53450 kuna).

Zainteresirani ponuditelji dostavljaju obvezujuću ponudu s maksimalnim rokom otplate uz tri godine počeka jednokratno ili po ispostavljenim građevinskim situacijama. Kamatna stopa je fiksna i u počeku je jednaka kamatnoj stopi u otplati kredita.

Instrument osiguranja kredita je obična zadužnica društva "Žnjan" u iznosu kredita uvećanog za kamatu, ovjerena kod javnog bilježnika i/ili jamstvo Grada Splita, dok je početak izvršenja predmetne usluge odmah po sklapanju ugovora.

Ponuda mora obvezno sadržavati izvod iz sudskog, obrtnog, strukovnog ili drugog odgovarajućeg registra države sjedišta gospodarskog subjekta kojim dokazuje da ima registriranu djelatnost u svezi s predmetom nabave.

Krajnji rok za dostavu ponuda je 18. studenog ove godine do 12 sati na protokol tvrtke "Žnjan" koja se nalazi na adresi Kralja Zvonimira 14, 21000 Split.

Naručitelj će provesti postupak bez javnog otvaranja ponuda, a započinje danom objave poziva na internetskim stranicama Žnjana 21. rujna 2022. godine.
