Na veliki odaziv naišla je neformalna inicijativa građana za darivanjem djece i mladih iz Dječjeg doma Maestral. U Domu kažu kako se ne mogu 'obraniti' od brojnih poziva i želja plemenitih ljudi koji žele naredne dane učiniti djeci ljepšima.

- Sretni smo što imamo dobre ljude oko sebe koji cijene i misle na našu djecu. Hvala svima od srca. Nama zapravo ništa nije nužno, ali, opet, svašta nam dobro dođe. Evo, sva naša djeca su poželjela već nekoliko poklona po vlastitim željama za Božić pa nema više potrebe raditi liste poklona jer su sve želje već ispunjene.

Ljudi nas stalno zovu i žele pomoći na razne načine, pa im mi predložimo da primjerice za mališane do sedam godina doniraju higijenske potrepštine poput pelena veličina 4, 5 i 6, vlažne maramice, kupke, šampone za bebe, kreme za lice i guzu i slično.

Za školsku djecu, onu od 7 do 18 godina, mogu se donirati higijenske potrepštine ili poklon bonovi za odjeću ili kozmetiku (HM, Zara, Muller, New Yorker, Berscha, Dechatlon i slično jer im je uvijek užitak sami kupiti sebi komad odjeće po vlastitom izboru - kazala nam je Jelena Burazin, ravnateljica Doma koji skrbi za 124 korisnika na čak 13 lokacija. Među njima je pedesetak školske djece koja stalno borave u domu, te isto toliko onih u poludnevnom boravku koji dolaze na učenje i provođenje kvalitetno osmišljenog vremena.

Njihove potrebe su adekvatna oprema za učenje, posebice za online nastavu koja se odvija u nekim školama, no Maestralu nedostaje laptopa i dječjih stolica za rad na računalu.

- Dom ima u planu nabaviti i perilicu i sušilicu rublja, televizor, dva nova kauča... Zapravo, imamo svega, ali zbog velikog broja korisnika, uvijek se nešto istroši, pokvari, polomi, pa treba obnavljati. Ljudi nas često zovu kako bi donijeli rabljenu odjeću, obuću i igračke, ali to ne primamo do daljnjeg zbog aktualne epidemiološke situacije.

Ostalo se može donijeti u našu podružnicu u Kaštel Lukšiću ili u sjedište na Lokvama. Zbog epidemioloških mjera ne može se ulaziti, pa neka ljudi samo pozvone i predaju donaciju - uputila je ravnateljica sve one koji žele pomoći Maestralu.

Iz doma stiže još puno lijepih vijesti. Vrijedna volonterka Antonija Kokan obojala je vedrim bojama i optimističnim porukama stepenište u sjedištu u Šižgorićevoj ulici, a druge volonterke oslikale su vesele murale na odjelu za bebe, dok je ekipa iz SKA-a osvježila ogradu na Lokvama.

Djeca su nedavno bila na planinarskom izletu, zaigrala na paintball u Mravincima s Ligom za prevenciju ovisnosti, obrali masline, a neki su dobili i nove dioptrijske naočale zahvaljujući dr. Dobrili Karlici...

Novost je i Obiteljsko savjetovalište Dječjeg doma Maestral u Kaštelima koje inače djeluje već pet godina, a nedavno je pokrenut novi projekt Savjetovališta u kojem sudjeluju psihologinja i socijalna radnica. Riječ je o projektu koji će se uz rad s djecom i mladima, krenuti i s edukacijom roditelja o prevenciji rizičnih ponašanja djece. Cilj tih radionica je osnaživanje roditeljskih vještina gdje bi se roditeljima osvijestilo o rizičnim ponašanjima djece, o nasilju, odnosno o aktualnim temama vezanim za djecu i mlade.

Također konačno je kenuo projekt Četiri palme na Blatinama u Šimićevoj ulici u Splitu. Za godinu dana, koliko je rok za izvođenje radova, na ovoj lokaciji nalazit će se stanovi za bivše štićenike Dječjeg dom Maestral.

Na veliki odaziv naišla je neformalna inicijativa građana za darivanjem djece i mladih iz Dječjeg doma Maestral. U Domu kažu kako se ne mogu 'obraniti' od brojnih poziva i želja plemenitih ljudi koji žele naredne dane učiniti djeci ljepšima.

- Sretni smo što imamo dobre ljude oko sebe koji cijene i misle na našu djecu. Hvala svima od srca. Nama zapravo ništa nije nužno, ali, opet, svašta nam dobro dođe. Evo, sva naša djeca su poželjela već nekoliko poklona po vlastitim željama za Božić pa nema više potrebe raditi liste poklona jer su sve želje već ispunjene.

Ljudi nas stalno zovu i žele pomoći na razne načine, pa im mi predložimo da primjerice za mališane do sedam godina doniraju higijenske potrepštine poput pelena veličina 4, 5 i 6, vlažne maramice, kupke, šampone za bebe, kreme za lice i guzu i slično.

Za školsku djecu, onu od 7 do 18 godina, mogu se donirati higijenske potrepštine ili poklon bonovi za odjeću ili kozmetiku (HM, Zara, Muller, New Yorker, Berscha, Dechatlon i slično jer im je uvijek užitak sami kupiti sebi komad odjeće po vlastitom izboru - kazala nam je Jelena Burazin, ravnateljica Doma koji skrbi za 124 korisnika na čak 13 lokacija. Među njima je pedesetak školske djece koja stalno borave u domu, te isto toliko onih u poludnevnom boravku koji dolaze na učenje i provođenje kvalitetno osmišljenog vremena.

Njihove potrebe su adekvatna oprema za učenje, posebice za online nastavu koja se odvija u nekim školama, no Maestralu nedostaje laptopa i dječjih stolica za rad na računalu.

- Dom ima u planu nabaviti i perilicu i sušilicu rublja, televizor, dva nova kauča... Zapravo, imamo svega, ali zbog velikog broja korisnika, uvijek se nešto istroši, pokvari, polomi, pa treba obnavljati. Ljudi nas često zovu kako bi donijeli rabljenu odjeću, obuću i igračke, ali to ne primamo do daljnjeg zbog aktualne epidemiološke situacije.

Ostalo se može donijeti u našu podružnicu u Kaštel Lukšiću ili u sjedište na Lokvama. Zbog epidemioloških mjera ne može se ulaziti, pa neka ljudi samo pozvone i predaju donaciju - uputila je ravnateljica sve one koji žele pomoći Maestralu.

Iz doma stiže još puno lijepih vijesti. Vrijedna volonterka Antonija Kokan obojala je vedrim bojama i optimističnim porukama stepenište u sjedištu u Šižgorićevoj ulici, a druge volonterke oslikale su vesele murale na odjelu za bebe, dok je ekipa iz SKA-a osvježila ogradu na Lokvama.

Djeca su nedavno bila na planinarskom izletu, zaigrala na paintball u Mravincima s Ligom za prevenciju ovisnosti, obrali masline, a neki su dobili i nove dioptrijske naočale zahvaljujući dr. Dobrili Karlici...

Novost je i Obiteljsko savjetovalište Dječjeg doma Maestral u Kaštelima koje inače djeluje već pet godina, a nedavno je pokrenut novi projekt Savjetovališta u kojem sudjeluju psihologinja i socijalna radnica. Riječ je o projektu koji će se uz rad s djecom i mladima, krenuti i s edukacijom roditelja o prevenciji rizičnih ponašanja djece. Cilj tih radionica je osnaživanje roditeljskih vještina gdje bi se roditeljima osvijestilo o rizičnim ponašanjima djece, o nasilju, odnosno o aktualnim temama vezanim za djecu i mlade.

Također konačno je kenuo projekt Četiri palme na Blatinama u Šimićevoj ulici u Splitu. Za godinu dana, koliko je rok za izvođenje radova, na ovoj lokaciji nalazit će se stanovi za bivše štićenike Dječjeg dom Maestral.
