Restoran u Šumici, smješten na atraktivnoj lokaciji iznad plaža Ovčice i Firule, dobio je novog zakupca, a time i novi naziv – “Biberon”.

No, ono što bode oči jest ploča s obavijesti da prostor ispred objekta služi kao parking koji mogu koristiti samo gosti restorana, iako se radi o zemljištu koje je u suvlasništvu Grada Splita!

- Tu ploču nismo mi stavili, već ona stoji otkad smo ušli u najam. Korištenje tog zemljišta s Gradom moraju izregulirati obitelj Bradarić i Zoran Sikirica čija tvrtka “Fateor” ima suvlasnički udio na tim parcelama, koja mi je iznajmila restoran na razdoblje od deset godina. Za sada smo u šumici promijenili samo brend, da se odmaknemo od nekih negativnih stvari koje su se za nju vezale, kao što je, primjerice, bio požar prije nekoliko godina. Iako smo u preuzimanje krenuli još početkom ove godine, planove za otvaranje restorana je poremetila situacija s koronavirusom - kazuje nam Denis Pavlović, vlasnik lanca “Biberon”.

Plan je bio da “Biberon” u Šumici otvori za Uskrs, no epidemiološka situacija im je poremetila planove. Međutim, objekt nije otvorio ni u ponedjeljak 11. svibnja, otkad je dozvoljen rad ugostiteljskim objektima.

Kultno mjesto

- To je toliko veliki restoran da ga se bez mogućnosti održavanja vjenčanja ne isplati otvoriti, a vjenčanja nema zbog korone. Zato ćemo polako sređivati prostor dok čekamo upute stožera kada će biti dozvoljena malo veća okupljanja. Želimo napraviti kultno mjesto, kakvo taj prostor i zaslužuje. Vidjet ćemo još hoće li otvaranje biti 1. srpnja ili ćemo ga odgoditi za 1. rujna - navodi Pavlović.

Kada se restoran u Šumici ponovno otvori, bit će to još jedan u nizu “Biberon” kojih je do sada više od 30! Do sada imaju self-service restorane, kafeterije, slastičarnice, sushi restoran, te restoran “Štorija” na Rivi gdje je chef Ivan Pažanin.

- Sada ćemo imati i Šumicu. Mi smo jedina firma iz Dalmacije koja se širi u Istru, Zadar, Metković..., jedini se borimo da osvijetlimo obraz našeg grada, te “napadamo” Zagreb. Naravno, vidjet ćemo koliko objekata će ih ostati poslije korone jer Hrvatska se može razvijati kao autodestinacija, ali se u ovoj situaciji ne možemo vratiti na promet od proteklih godina - smatra naš sugovornik.

Lanac zapošljava 247 ljudi, dok bi ih u Šumici radilo od 20 do 50, ovisno kako se situacija bude razvijala u sljedeće dvije godine.

- Sada je najvažnije sačuvati tvrtku i radna mjesta. Ako netko od ugostitelja smatra da će moći zaraditi u sljedeće dvije godine, mislim da se vara. Tvrtke koje će preživjeti uz male gubitke, moći će biti sretne. Tko spasi tvrtku i kvalitetu, gledajući s poduzetničke strane, ima veću šansu da nešto napravi u kasnijem razdoblju. Gledajući s ljudske i moralne strane, najvažnije je spasiti radna mjesta, da bi ljudi imali prihode, pa makar i umanjene - zaključuje Pavlović.•

Restoran u Šumici, smješten na atraktivnoj lokaciji iznad plaža Ovčice i Firule, dobio je novog zakupca, a time i novi naziv – “Biberon”.

No, ono što bode oči jest ploča s obavijesti da prostor ispred objekta služi kao parking koji mogu koristiti samo gosti restorana, iako se radi o zemljištu koje je u suvlasništvu Grada Splita!

- Tu ploču nismo mi stavili, već ona stoji otkad smo ušli u najam. Korištenje tog zemljišta s Gradom moraju izregulirati obitelj Bradarić i Zoran Sikirica čija tvrtka “Fateor” ima suvlasnički udio na tim parcelama, koja mi je iznajmila restoran na razdoblje od deset godina. Za sada smo u šumici promijenili samo brend, da se odmaknemo od nekih negativnih stvari koje su se za nju vezale, kao što je, primjerice, bio požar prije nekoliko godina. Iako smo u preuzimanje krenuli još početkom ove godine, planove za otvaranje restorana je poremetila situacija s koronavirusom - kazuje nam Denis Pavlović, vlasnik lanca “Biberon”.

Plan je bio da “Biberon” u Šumici otvori za Uskrs, no epidemiološka situacija im je poremetila planove. Međutim, objekt nije otvorio ni u ponedjeljak 11. svibnja, otkad je dozvoljen rad ugostiteljskim objektima.

Kultno mjesto

- To je toliko veliki restoran da ga se bez mogućnosti održavanja vjenčanja ne isplati otvoriti, a vjenčanja nema zbog korone. Zato ćemo polako sređivati prostor dok čekamo upute stožera kada će biti dozvoljena malo veća okupljanja. Želimo napraviti kultno mjesto, kakvo taj prostor i zaslužuje. Vidjet ćemo još hoće li otvaranje biti 1. srpnja ili ćemo ga odgoditi za 1. rujna - navodi Pavlović.

Kada se restoran u Šumici ponovno otvori, bit će to još jedan u nizu “Biberon” kojih je do sada više od 30! Do sada imaju self-service restorane, kafeterije, slastičarnice, sushi restoran, te restoran “Štorija” na Rivi gdje je chef Ivan Pažanin.

- Sada ćemo imati i Šumicu. Mi smo jedina firma iz Dalmacije koja se širi u Istru, Zadar, Metković..., jedini se borimo da osvijetlimo obraz našeg grada, te “napadamo” Zagreb. Naravno, vidjet ćemo koliko objekata će ih ostati poslije korone jer Hrvatska se može razvijati kao autodestinacija, ali se u ovoj situaciji ne možemo vratiti na promet od proteklih godina - smatra naš sugovornik.

Lanac zapošljava 247 ljudi, dok bi ih u Šumici radilo od 20 do 50, ovisno kako se situacija bude razvijala u sljedeće dvije godine.

- Sada je najvažnije sačuvati tvrtku i radna mjesta. Ako netko od ugostitelja smatra da će moći zaraditi u sljedeće dvije godine, mislim da se vara. Tvrtke koje će preživjeti uz male gubitke, moći će biti sretne. Tko spasi tvrtku i kvalitetu, gledajući s poduzetničke strane, ima veću šansu da nešto napravi u kasnijem razdoblju. Gledajući s ljudske i moralne strane, najvažnije je spasiti radna mjesta, da bi ljudi imali prihode, pa makar i umanjene - zaključuje Pavlović.•

Restoran u Šumici, smješten na atraktivnoj lokaciji iznad plaža Ovčice i Firule, dobio je novog zakupca, a time i novi naziv – “Biberon”.

No, ono što bode oči jest ploča s obavijesti da prostor ispred objekta služi kao parking koji mogu koristiti samo gosti restorana, iako se radi o zemljištu koje je u suvlasništvu Grada Splita!

- Tu ploču nismo mi stavili, već ona stoji otkad smo ušli u najam. Korištenje tog zemljišta s Gradom moraju izregulirati obitelj Bradarić i Zoran Sikirica čija tvrtka “Fateor” ima suvlasnički udio na tim parcelama, koja mi je iznajmila restoran na razdoblje od deset godina. Za sada smo u šumici promijenili samo brend, da se odmaknemo od nekih negativnih stvari koje su se za nju vezale, kao što je, primjerice, bio požar prije nekoliko godina. ...
